Stampin’ Up! Mischievous Mice Hello Card

Good Morning! Today I made a little hello card with the Stampin’ Up! Mischievous Mice cling stamp set. This is a Host set from the Jan-Jun 2022 Mini Catalog that you purchase with Host Dollars that you earn when you host a workshop with more than $150 in sales or make a purchase of that amount, and it is so cute! I used a couple of the images and a sentiment from the set for my card. You can find the supplies I used at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

I embossed a strip of Real Red with the new Gingham embossing folder and adhered it to a panel of striped Pattern Party designer series paper. I adhered the layered DSP to the front of a Granny Apple Green card base.

I stamped the large mouse from the Stampin’ Up! Mischievous Mice stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black on a Basic White panel and cut it out with the second largest Layering Circle die. I colored it with Gray Granite, So Saffron, Light Petal Pink and Light Pool Party Stampin’ Blends and adhered it to the white side of a Heart & Home doily with liquid glue.

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Mischievous Mice stamp set in Versamark ink on Basic Black and sprinkled it with white embossing powder. I shook off the excess and heated the powder with my heat tool until it was shiny. I cut it out with the little banner label die from the Give It A Whirl dies and adhered it to the layered circles with glue dots. I adhered the circles and label to the card front with dimensionals and finished it with three adhesive sequins.

For the inside of the card, I adhered a strip of Paper Party DSP to the bottom of a Basic White panel. I stamped the little mouse (without the balloon) from the Stampin’ Up! Mischievous Mice stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black on another Basic White panel. I colored it with Gray Granite and Light Petal Pink Stampin’ Blends and fussy cut it with paper snips. I adhered it just above the DSP strip and adhered the panel to the inside of the card.

The Stampin’ Up! Mischievous Mice stamp set is real cute and great for coloring. It has a variety of sentiments and can be used for many occasions.

Stampin’ Up! Amazing Thanks with Pattern Party

Good Morning! Today I have a simple thank you card featuring the pretty Pattern Party Host designer series paper with the Stampin’ Up! Amazing Thanks dies. These are wonderful layered word dies, but as you can see, the die cut words are pretty without the background layers! You can find the supplies I used at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

I embossed a panel of Misty Moonlight with the retiring Tasteful Textile 3D embossing folder and adhered it to the front of a Misty Moonlight card base. The subtle texture of this embossing folder really steps up a card front, and it’s on sale while supplies last – it’s a favorite so grab it while you can! I adhered a panel of the pretty floral Pattern Party DSP to a Granny Apple Green mat and wrapped it twice with Misty Moonlight twine, making a bow. I adhered the panel to the card front with dimensionals.

I used the Tasteful Labels small circle die to cut a pinked circle from Granny Apple Green. I used the butterfly dies from the Tulips dies to cut Flirty Flamingo, So Saffron and Misty Moonlight and adhered them together to make the pretty layered butterfly, and adhered it to the circle with a glue dot. I adhered the circle with dimensionals over the twine next to the bow.

I die cut the ‘thanks‘ word from the Stampin’ Up! Amazing Thanks dies from Basic White and adhered it to the bottom of the card front with dots of liquid glue and finished the card front with green Waves Rhinestones – these are pretty close to Granny Apple Green.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the butterfly from the Daffodil Daydream cling stamp set in Misty Moonlight on a Basic White panel. I trimmed the bottom with a strip of Pattern Party DSP before adhering it to the inside of the card.

The Pattern Party DSP is bright and colorful, and goes with so many other Stampin’ Up! products, especially for happy Spring cards!

Stampin’ Up! Gumball Greetings Valentine

Good Morning! Monday is Valentine’s Day – Do you have all your Valentines ready? I pulled out the Stampin’ Up! Gumball Greetings stamp set and a bunch of die sets to pull together this pretty Valentine for my sweetie. You can find the supplies I used at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

I adhered a panel of the heart design Pattern Party Host designer series paper to a Bermuda Bay mat and adhered them to a Basic White note card with liquid glue. I cut a Basic White panel with the second largest scalloped rectangle from the Stitched So Sweetly dies and layered my die cuts on top.

I cut the scalloped circle and stitched heart from Real Red using the Give It a Whirl dies. This die set has some wonderful stitched shapes in addition to the spinning wheel – clouds, stars and hearts, so be sure to check it out. I also cut Pumpkin Pie, Bermuda Bay and Granny Apple Green panels with the smallest stitched heart die for accents. I cut a Basic White panel with the third smallest Layering Circles die and embossed it with the Ornate Floral embossing folder. And I cut the Love You from the Love You More Than dies from Real Red card stock.

I adhered the words on the scalloped rectangle die cut with small dots of liquid glue along with the embossed circle. I adhered the scalloped circle over the embossed circle with dimensionals and centered the large stitched heart in the center. I adhered the small stitched hearts over the sentiment and adhered the scalloped rectangle to the card front with liquid glue.

I was going to stamp the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Gumball Greetings stamp set on the inside of the note card, but I dropped the inked stamp, messing up the inside. So I stamped the sentiment on a Basic White panel in Real Red and adhered it to a Bermuda Bay mat and adhered that to the inside of the note card, covering my mess. I have to do this way to often, and I find that using a mat under your Basic White panel really helps to cover stray ink marks – plus it gives a nice frame for your writing area!

The note cards are the perfect size for Valentines, and there are so many stamp and die sets that you can pull elements from for making a card for your sweeties if you don’t have a dedicated Valentine’s Day set. The Stampin’ Up! Gumball Greetings stamp set has the perfect sentiment (in addition to the fabulous gumball machine) and it even has some small sentiments that go with the holiday. So get creative and finish up your Valentines because everyone can use a little love note!

Stampin’ Up! All Squared Away for the Inkin’ Krew Blog Hop

Good morning! Welcome to the February Inkin’ Krew Team Blog Hop! The theme for this month’s hop is “Birthday” and I used the Stampin’ Up! All Squared Away bundle to make a colorful floral Birthday card. You can find the supplies I used at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

I adhered a panel of striped Pattern Party Host special designer series paper to a Granny Apple Green mat with liquid glue and wrapped it with white crinkle ribbon and made a bow on the side. I adhered it to the front of a Flirty Flamingo card base with dimensionals.

I cut a small Flirty Flamingo panel with the two flower dies from the Floral Squares dies that come in the Stampin’ Up! All Squared Away bundle. I cut a small Granny Apple Green Panel with the square die and adhered the two Flirty Flamingo floral die cuts to the square die cut to make the pink flowers on green stems.

I cut small slivers of dimensionals to put around the Granny Apple Green die cut frame and behind the flowers and leaves and adhered the die cut to the card front. I finished the card with three Pool Party iridescent sequins.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! All Squared Away stamp set in Granny Apple Green on a Basic White panel. I cut the small flowers from Bumblebee and adhered them next to the sentiment and trimmed the bottom of the panel with a strip of the striped Pattern Party DSP. I adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

The Stampin’ Up! All Squared Away bundle is really sweet with the graphic floral die cuts, and so easy to use. I didn’t used the background stamps, but they would be awesome to add additional texture when stamped on the die cuts or as a background for the die cuts. And popping these cute little squares on dimensionals makes any card special!

Stampin’ Up! Gumball Greetings for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good morning and welcome to the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop! For today card, I used the fun Stampin’ Up! Gumball Greetings bundle to make a shaker birthday card. I used the Gumball Machine shaker dome and filled it with the Frosted beads. I also used the Pattern Party designer series paper for the background. You can find the supplies I used at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

We have a sketch challenge this week – here is the pretty sketch we are using:

I stamped the gumball dome from the Stampin’ Up! Gumball Greetings photopolymer stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black on a Basic White panel. I stamped several gumballs in Poppy Parade, Bermuda Bay, Granny Apple Green, Highland Heather, Flirty Flamingo and Daffodil Delight and cut them out with the coordinating die. I adhered them to the stamped gumball dome back with liquid glue and put a pile of frosted beads in the middle. I peeled off the adhesive backing from one of the plastic gumball shaker domes and adhered it to the stamped dome, securing the frosted beads inside.

I cut a panel of Pattern Party designer series paper with the gumball dome die from the Stampin’ Up! Gumball Greetings bundle and pulled the adhesive strip covering off the front of the shaker dome. I adhered the shaker dome to the back of the die cut DSP and then adhered it to a Granny Apple Green mat. I adhered it to the front of a Crushed curry card base with liquid glue. I cut the gumball dome top, base, handle and trim pieces from Poppy Parade. I adhered the trim pieces to the dome top and the base – this gives the gumball machine some nice dimension! I adhered the base to the card front under the dome and the top to the top of the dome. I lifted the gumball opening slightly and adhered a stamped gumball under it with a glue dot.

I cut some silver foil with the coin plate die from the Stampin’ Up! Gumball Greetings bundle and adhered it to the gumball machine base with dimensionals. I cut the spinner from Poppy Parade and popped it on the machine with dimensionals. I finished the spinner with a silver metallic pearl. I stamped the sentiment from the Art Gallery photopolymer stamp set in Poppy Parade on a strip of Crushed Curry and cut it out with the label from the Floral Gallery dies. I adhered it to the card front with dimensionals.

For the inside, I stamped the gumball machine from the Stampin’ Up! Gumball Greetings stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black ink on a Basic White panel and colored it with Poppy Parade, Daffodil Delight, Bermuda Bay, Highland Heather, Granny Apple Green and Flirty Flamingo Stampin’ Blends. I stamped the sentiment from the stamp set in Bermuda Bay ink next to the gumball machine and trimmed the bottom with a strip of the Pattern Party DSP. I adhered the panel to the inside of the card.

The Gumball Greetings bundle is so much

Stampin’ Up! Many Messages Hello Card

Good morning! Today I’m sharing a colorful Hello card made with the awesome Stampin’ Up! Many Messages bundle and the new Host designer series paper Pattern Party. You can find the supplies I used at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

I adhered a panel striped Pattern Party designer series paper to the bottom of a Granny Apple Green panel with liquid glue and adhered the floral panel from Pattern Party on the top. I wrapped the panel with the pretty Real Red stitched ribbon and tied a bow on the side.

I used the Pierced Blooms dies to cut the flowers and leaves from Balmy Blue, Daffodil Delight and Granny Apple Green card stock. I cut two of each flower and four leaves so that I would have enough die cuts for a flower for the inside of the card. I adhered the two flower die cuts together with a glue dot and adhered a red rhinestone to the center.

I stamped the sentiment the Stampin’ Up! Many Messages stamp set on a Basic White panel in Real Red ink. I used my Stamparatus to hold the big stamp and it helped to center the sentiment on the panel. Then I cut it out with the Messages die. I adhered the leaves to the panel with glue dots and the label and flower with dimensionals. Then I adhered the panel to the front of a Bumblebee card base with dimensionals.

For the inside of the card, I assembled the second flower and adhered it to the top of a Basic White panel with the leaves. I used the little circle from the Label Me Fancy punch to cut a Real Red circle for the flower center. I adhered a strip of the floral Pattern Party DSP to the bottom of the panel and adhered the panel to the inside of the card.

The Stampin’ Up! Many Messages bundle is so versatile with sentiments for so many occasions and I am impressed at how useful I have found the Messages die. I have found so many sentiments from other stamp sets that fit in the different labels just beautifully, and a fancy label really adds a lot to a simple card like this one! And don’t forget the pretty Pattern Party Host designer series paper – It has so many colorful designs, and it can only be purchased with the Host Dollars that you earn from a qualifying order or by hosting a party.

Stampin’ Up! Flowers of Friendship for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good Morning and welcome to the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop! I used the new Stampin’ Up! Flowers of Friendship bundle from the upcoming 2021-2022 Annual Catalog for today’s Thank You card. I also used the new colorful and fun Pattern Party designer series paper that will be a host item in the new catalog. And the best news is that the new catalog will be open for orders next week on May 4th. I can’t wait!! You can find the currently available supplies used to create this card at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

We have a sketch challenge this week and here is the pretty sketch we are using:

I adhered a panel of the new Pattern Party designer series paper to a Poppy Parade mat and then popped it on the front of a Coastal Cabana card base. I stamped the flower and stems from the Stampin’ Up! Flowers of Friendship cling stamp set in Granny Apple Green ink on a Basic White panel and cut it out with the Stitched Rectangle Die. I colored the leaves with the light Granny Apple Green Stampin’ blend and adhered it to a Poppy Parade mat.

I stamped two large petal clusters from the Stampin’ Up! Flowers of Friendship stamp set in Poppy Parade ink on Basic White and cut them out with the new Flowers and Leaves punch that is in the bundle. I colored them with the Light Poppy Parade Stampin’ Blend and adhered them together with a glue dot. I stamped four small petal clusters, punched them out, colored the flowers and adhered them together. I adhered the two small flowers to the panel with glue dots and popped the large flower on the panel with dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Flowers of Friendship stamp set using Bermuda Bay ink on a Basic white strip and cut it out with the stitched rectangle from the Ornate Layers dies using the two step die cutting method. I cut a Coastal Cabana strip the same size and adhered it to the back of the label. Then I popped the floral panel on the side of the card front with dimensionals and adhered the label with dimensionals and glue dots. I finished the flowers centers with the new 2021-2023 In Color jewels and adhered a Coastal Cabana bow to the stem.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the row of flowers from the Stampin’ Up! Flowers of Friendship stamp set in Poppy Parade ink across the top of a Basic White panel. I adhered a strip of the Pattern Party DSP to the bottom and adhered the panel to the inside of the card.

The Stampin’ Up! Flowers of Friendship bundle is a great little stamp and punch set with cute flowers and sentiments. The new Pattern Party designer series paper is so colorful and fun and this is the first time that a Designer Series Paper pack has been among the host items. Both of these items along with the 2021-2023 In Color Jewels will be available when the new catalog opens on May 4, 2021. Here is a picture of the new bundle with the new designer series paper and today’s card.
