Stampin’ Up! Boho Indigo Such Happy News Card

Good Morning! The pretty Stampin’ Up! Boho Indigo Product Medley has a little bit of everything – stamps, dies, designer series and specialty paper, embellishments, ribbons and pre-stamped die cuts. Everything coordinates in shades of blue – Night of Navy and Misty Moonlight – with touches of Garden Green, Gold and Very Vanilla. I used the stamps, dies and designer series paper to create my Such Happy News card for today. You can find the supplies used to create this card and the card stock cuts at the bottom of this post.

I adhered a panel of the dark Boho Indigo designer series paper to a Whisper White mat and then to the front of a Night of Navy card base with Stampin’ Seal. I cut a panel of the light floral Boho Indigo DSP with the large skinny Stitched Rectangle die and adhered it to the front.

I cut a vellum panel with the large stitched circle die from the Stitched Shapes dies and adhered it with Stampin Seal under the vase. I stamped the vase from the Stampin’ Up! Boho Indigo photopolymer stamp set in Night of Navy ink on Whisper White and cut it out with the coordinating die. I cut out the two leaves from Pear Pizzazz with the Stampin’ Up! Boho Indigo dies and sponged the ends of the leaves with Pear Pizzazz ink. I adhered the leaves to the card front with glue dots.

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Boho Indigo stamp set in Versamark ink on a Night of Navy panel and sprinkled it with white Stampin’ Emboss powder. I heat set the powder until shiny and cut it out with the Stitched Rectangle die. I adhered the label and vase to the card front with dimensionals. I finished the card front with three pearl gemstones.

For the inside of the card, I stamped a flower and two designs from the Stampin’ Up! Boho Indigo stamp set in Night of Navy ink at the top of a Whisper White panel and I trimmed the bottom with a strip of the dark DSP. I adhered the panel to the inside of the card.

The Stampin’ Up! Product Medleys are the largest of the ‘kits’ with full sized packs of designer series paper, stamps and coordinating dies and embellishments. And the Stampin’ Up! Boho indigo Medley is a beautiful one with all the vases and mixed florals with geometric designs. Click on the picture below to get a full description of the contents in my Online Store.

Stampin’ Up! Enjoy The Moment Sneak Peek

Good Friday Morning! Can you believe that it’s a week until Christmas!! I don’t think I’m ready, so I am going to share another sneak peek of the upcoming Stampin’ Up! Enjoy The Moment cling stamp set. This pretty set is in the new January – June 2021 Mini Catalog and will be available on January 5. You can find the currently available supplies used to create this card and the card stock cuts at the bottom of this post.

I adhered a panel of the dark wood grained paper from the In Good Taste designer series paper to the front of a Soft Suede card base. I stamped the seed pods from the Stampin’ Up! Enjoy the Moment stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black ink on a Whisper White panel and colored them with the Granny Apple Green, Soft Suede, Crumb Cake and Calypso Coral Stampin’ Blends. I used the new blending brushes from the upcoming January – June 2021 Mini Catalog to blend the background with Seaside Spray ink.

I trimmed the panel to 3″ x 3″ and adhered it to a Pretty Peacock mat. I popped the panel on the card front with dimensionals. I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Enjoy The Moment stamp set in Versamark ink on a Pretty Peacock strip. I sprinkled it with white embossing powder and heat set the powder until it was shiny. I cut the label out with the sentiment on the right side with the small stitched banner die from thee Tasteful Labels dies.

I wrapped a length of linen thread around the left side of the banner and made a bow. I adhered a branch from the In Good Taste Elements with glue dots and adhered the label over the branch with dimensionals.

For the inside of the card, I stamped more seed pods from the Stampin’ Up! Enjoy TheMoment stamp set in the corners of a Whisper White panel and colored them with Stampin Blends like the front. I trimmed the bottom with a strip of the dark wood grained In Good Taste DSP and adhered the panel to the inside of the card.

The seed pods from the Stampin’ Up! Enjoy The Moment stamp set are pretty colored with the Stampin Blends, and they are very realistic. And there are lots of really nice sentiments in the stamp set too! This was the first time that I used blending brushes and I was pretty happy with how they worked. They will all be available when the new January – June 2021 Mini Catalog opens on January 5, 2021.

Stampin’ Up! Peaceful Moments Birthday Card for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good Morning and welcome to the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop! I brought out the Stampin’ Up! Peaceful Moments bundle and the pretty Poppy Moments dies to make a Birthday card for today’s hop. You can find the currently available supplies used to create this card at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

We have a color challenge this week, and here is the color palette we are using for our projects:

I embossed a panel of Misty Moonlight with the Bricks and Mortar embossing folder and adhered it to the front of a Misty Moonlight card base. I cut a panel of the Misty Moonlight striped paper from the Trimming the Town designer series paper (which just sold out, sadly) with the Stitched Rectangles Die and cut a panel of Misty Moonlight with thee same die. I adhered them together and cut out the middle with a Stitched Rectangle die two sizes smaller. I adhered the frame to a Pool Party panel from the Subtles 6″ x 6″ designer series paper with dimensionals. I adhered the whole thing to the middle of the card front.

I used the Poppy Moments Dies from the Stampin’ Up! Peaceful Moments bundle to cut out the flower and leaves from Poppy Parade, Old Olive and Black Glitter paper. I colored the accent leaves with the Old Olive Stampin Blends and the accent flower with the Poppy Parade Stampin’ Blends and clear Wink of Stella. I put the flowers and leaves together with liquid glue and adhered them to the card front with dimensionals and liquid glue.

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Poppy Moments stamp set in Misty Moonlight ink on a Pool Party panel and cut it out with the small rectangle from the Stitched Rectangles Dies. I adhered it to the striped frame and finished the card front with a Poppy Parade and gold trimmed bow and gold glitter enamel dots.

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Peaceful Moments stamp set in Poppy Parade ink on a Whisper White Panel and trimmed the bottom with the striped DSP. I adhered the panel to the inside of the card.

The die cut poppies from the Stampin’ Up! Peaceful Moments bundle are so beautiful that I think you can to use them at any time of the year!

Stampin’ Up! Gorgeous Posies Kit

Good Morning! Today I want to share something a little different – the Stampin’ Up! Gorgeous Posies card kit and cling stamp set! The Stampin’ Up! Gorgeous Posies card kit is a semi-inclusive kit with supplies for 16 pretty floral cards and envelopes with 4 designs and it comes in a pretty storage box.

The Stampin’ Up! Gorgeous Posies cling stamp set is made to compliment the kit with sentiments that fit on the labels and floral images that coordinate with the card kit designs. The pretty stamp set can continue to be used after the cards in the kit are completed and so can the pretty box!

I pretty much followed the enclosed instruction to make one of each of the cards, with slight variations so that they would all be portrait style.

The preprinted panels are full of beautiful flowers with touches of gold and the labels have cut outs that make them look really elegant.

By following the instructions, you can easily and quickly create beautiful cards. And the sentiments in the Stampin’ Up! Gorgeous Posies stamp set are both versatile for many occasions as well as pretty. But you could also use a favorite sentiment from your stash instead!

There are extra die cut flowers and labels to further customize your card or accent the inside. The Envelopes are a pretty Highland Heather with Gorgeous Grape borders.

With this semi inclusive kit, I used adhesives and ink from my stash. Next week I plan to revisit this beautiful kit and create some alternative designs. In the meantime you can check out the details of the Stampin’ Up! Gorgeous Posies card kit and stamp set in my Online Store by clicking on the pictures below.

The Stampin’ Up! Card Kits are perfect for a beginning stamper or for someone with limited crafting time because most of the design work for a beautiful project is already done for you. But the kits can also be used for alternative designs because the colors coordinate with current card stock, ink and embellishments!

Stampin’ Up! Dandelion Wishes Winter Wedding Card

Good Morning! Today I have snowflake Wedding card made with the beautiful sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Dandelion Wishes stamp set and the pretty Snowflake Splendor designer series paper! You can find the supplies used to create this card at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

I adhered a panel of the Snowflake Splendor designer series paper to a Whisper White mat. I cut out snowflakes with the So many Snowflakes dies from Silver Foil and Whisper White and adhered them to the panel.

I cut the large fancy label from a Whisper White panel with the Stitched So Sweetly dies and embossed it with the retiring Winter Snow embossing folder. I stamped the beautiful sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Dandelion Wishes cling stamp set in Versamark ink on a Seaside Spray panel and sprinkled it with Silver embossing powder. I heat set the powder until shiny and after it cooled, I cut it with the next largest Stitched So Sweetly die. I adhered the labels together with liquid glue and to the panel with dimensionals.

I adhered the panel to the front of a Seaside Spray card front with dimensionals and adhered a Seaside Spray metallic bow under the label with a glue dot. I finished the card front with rhinestone gems.

I adhered another silver foil die cut snowflake to a Whisper White panel and trimmed the bottom with a strip of the Snowflake Splendor DSP before adhering it to the inside of the card.

I think the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Dandelion Wishes stamp set is the most beautiful ever for Wedding cards. And while snowflakes are not traditional for weddings, the Snowflake Splendor DSP is beautiful and wonderful for a Winter Wedding! It’s currently on sale, along with the Winter Snow embossing folder, and it’s perfect for making cards for winter celebrations and sending winter greetings long after Christmas.

Stampin’ Up! Blossoms in Bloom for the Inkin’ Krew Blog Hop

Good Morning! Welcome to the Inkin’ Krew Monthly Blog Hop! Our talented team has created projects this month with the theme of Celebrate! I’m using the Stampin’ Up! Blossoms In Bloom bundle to make a fancy card to celebrate a special anniversary! You can find the supplies used to create this card at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

I embossed the Blushing Bride panel with the new Painted Texture 3D embossing folder from the upcoming January – June 2021 Mini Catalog and adhered it to the front of a Blushing Bride card base. I stamped the large floral image from the Stampin’ Up! Blossoms in Bloom photopolymer stamp set in Real Red ink on a Whisper White panel.

I cut the Blushing Bride panel with the large floral Many Layered Blossoms Dies. I positioned the outline die on the gold foil and laid the Blushing Bride die cut on top and adjusted the die until it lined up. I removed the die cut and adhered the die to the foil with post it notes and ran it through my die cutting machine.

I colored the center of the Blushing Bride Die cut with the Dark Mango Melody Stampin’ Blend and adhered the Gold Foil die cut on top. I positioned the layered die cuts on the stamped panel and positioned the Stitched Rectangle die on top. I cut the layered die cuts and then cut the stamped panel with the same stitched rectangle die. I adhered the layered die cuts to the stamped panel and then adhered it all to a Gold Foil mat.

I stamped the sentiment from the Many Mates cling stamp set in Versamark ink and sprinkled it with gold embossing powder. I heat set the embossing powder until it was shiny and cut the label out with the Stitched Nested Labels die. I wrapped the floral panel with gold trim and made a bow and popped the label on the trim with dimensionals. I popped the panel on the card front with dimensionals and finished it with three gold glitter enamel dots.

I stamped one of the single flowers from the Stampin’ Up! Blossoms in Bloom stamp set in Real Red on a Whisper White panel. I cut the flower’s corresponding die cuts in Blushing Bride and Fold Foil. I colored the Blushing Bride flower center with the dark Mango Melody Stampin’ Blend and adhered it all together. I stamped the sentiment from the Many Mates stamp set in Real Red and adhered the panel to the inside of the card.

Stampin’ Up! Arrange A Wreath Partridge Christmas Card

Good Friday Morning! I have a Christmas card to share today made with the wonderful Stampin’ Up! Arrange A Wreath bundle. This is one of my favorite bundles and I finally used it with the cute little partridge and pears for a Christmas card. You can find the supplies used to create this card at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

I embossed a panel of Soft Sea Foam with the Pinewood Planks 3D embossing folder and adhered it to an Old Olive mat. I cut two of the leaf wreaths using the Wreath Builder Dies from the Stampin’ Up! Arrange A Wreath bundle from Old Olive and adhered them to the card front with liquid glue. I stamped the sign post from the Stampin’ Up! Arrange A Wreath photopolymer stamp set in Soft Sea Foam ink on a Whisper White panel. I stamped the sentiment on top of it in Mossy Meadow and trimmed it with my paper snips. I popped it on the card front with dimensionals.

I stamped two sets of pears from the Stampin’ Up! Arrange A Wreath stamp set in Pear Pizzazz ink (what else?) and then used my sponge daubers to add a little Calypso Coral to the bottom and stamped them again. I stamped the partridge in Cinnamon Cider ink and then cut the bird and pears out with the coordinating dies. I cut out four little berry sprigs from gold foil and arranged them on the bottom of the wreath. I adhered the gold foil sprigs with liquid glue, the pears with glue dots and popped the partridge on with dimensionals.

I made a bow with Whisper White crinkle ribbon and adhered it with a glue dot and added some pearls around the wreath. I adhered the panel to a Thick Whisper White card base with dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment from the Peaceful Boughs stamp set in Mossy Meadow on a Whisper White panel. I stamped another partridge from the Stampin’ Up! Arrange A Wreath stamp set in Cinnamon Cider ink and cut it out with the coordinating die. I stamped some leaves in Old Olive ink in the corner and adhered the last pear and the partridge on top. I adhered the panel to an Old Olive mat and then to the inside of the card.

Another Christmas card done and it’s a sweet one made with the Stampin’ Up! Arrange A Wreath bundle. Are you done with your Christmas cards? I think I’ve got just a few more to do, and next week I need to start mailing them out! Christmas will be here before you know it. Thanks for stopping by!

Stampin’ Up! Festive Post Christmas Card II

Good Morning! I hope you all had a nice Thanksgiving! After I recovered from my turkey coma (or was my coma from all the cooking and cleaning?), I realized that I did not have a card finished for today’s post and so I wondered ‘What can I make real fast that is still nice?’ and I went looking for inspiration on Pinterest. And I found a sweet card by Brian King that did a great job of showing off pretty designer series papers and that’s my inspiration for today’s card because Stampin’ Up! has so many beautiful holiday designer series papers. And the funny thing is that I ended up using the Flowers for Every Season designer series paper from the Annual Catalog and it was a perfect excuse to pull out that cute little reindeer from the Stampin’ Up! Festive Post photopolymer stamp set. You can find the supplies used to create this card at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

I adhered the greenery paper from the Flowers For Every Season 6″ x 6″ designer series paper to a Poppy Parade mat and popped it to the front of a Just Jade card base. I adhered the poinsettia paper from the Flowers For Every Season 6″ x 6″ designer series paper to a Poppy Parade mat and popped it on the card front with dimensionals.

I stamped the cute reindeer from the Stampin’ Up! Festive Post stamp set in Cinnamon Cider on a small Whisper White panel and stamped the sentiment in Poppy Parade ink. I cut it out with a die from the Layering Circles dies. I used the scalloped circle die from the Little Treat Boxes dies to cut a Poppy Parade panel to adhere behind the deer.

I folded a length of Real Red metallic ribbon and adhered it to the card with Stampin’ Seal and popped the label on top with dimensionals. I finished the card front with three gold glitter enamel dots.

I stamped the little reindeer and sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Festive Post stamp set in Cinnamon Cider and Poppy Parade ink on a Whisper White panel. I adhered a strip of the Poinsettia DSP to the bottom and adhered the panel to the inside of the card.

I am happy to say that this was a quick card to make, but it’s really cute because it basically shows off the pretty designer series paper. And Stampin’ Up! does a great job of coordinating the colors that it makes your job even easier. You know to use Just Jade, Poppy Parade and Cinnamon Cider card stock and inks because those are the colors in the DSP. Sometimes, you can break this rule, like using the Real Red ribbon because the gold makes it look ok with Poppy Parade. So Yay! I was able to make a pretty card to share today. I hope you like it.

Stampin’ Up! Prized Peony for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Happy Thanksgiving!! My turkey should be in the oven by now so it’s time for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop! For today’s hop, I used the beautiful Stampin’ Up! Prized Peony bundle with the Heartwarming Hugs designer series paper to make a holiday season birthday card. I love this peony and I wanted to use it for a special December baby birthday card. You can find the supplies used to create this card at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

We have a sketch challenge this week, and here is the pretty sketch we are using for our projects:

Emboss a Real Red Panel with the Parisian Flourish embossing folder and adhere it to the front of a Real Red Card Base. Adhere the striped Heartwarming Hugs Designer Series paper to the back of the red dotted designer series paper and then adhere it to the card front. Stamp the sentiment from the Peaceful Moments cling stamp set in Real Red ink on a Whisper White panel and cut it out with the Painted Labels Die. Adhere the label to the card front.

Cut the poppy petals from a Whisper White panel using the Peony Dies from the Stampin’ Up! Prized Peony bundle. Lightly sponge the petals with Real Red ink. Cut the flower center from Bumblebee. Assemble the flower and add a couple of half dimensionals at the top of the flower between the last two layers. Brush clear Wink of Stella on the flower to give it some sparkle. Cut the leaves from Mossy Meadow and Pear Pizzazz and adhere the pieces together.

Adhere the peony to the card front with glue dots. Adhere the leaves under the flower with glue dots. Make a bow with Real Red sheer ribbon and adhere a short length of Polka dot tulle ribbon behind it. Adhere it to the card and finish with three rhinestone gems.

Stamp the sentiment from the Peaceful Moments stamp set in Real Red ink on a Whisper White panel. Adhere a strip of the Heartwarming Hugs DSP to the bottom and adhere the panel to the inside of the card.

The Stampin’ Up! Prized Peony bundle is a beautiful set with gorgeous peony images as well as this innovative 3D die cut flower. It’s a must have if you love to make floral cards!

Stampin’ Up! Festive Post Christmas Card

Good Morning! I have another Christmas card today, a rustic and simple card made with the pretty Stampin’ Up! Festive Post photopolymer stamp set. You can find the supplies used to create this card at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

I stamped little reindeer from the Stampin’ Up! Festive Post stamp set in Soft Suede ink on a Crumb Cake panel. I stamped the little postmark in Real Red and the little stars in Whisper White Craft ink. I punched it out with the new Rectangular Postage Stamp punch that coordinates perfectly with the images in this set – and is on sale today only!! Yay!!

I cut a panel of green Poinsettia Place designer series paper with the tag die from the North Pole Wonder Dies. I wrapped a Real Red Stitched Ribbon through the hole and tied it with a length of Linen thread, making a bow. I adhered the punched deer with dimensionals. I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Festive Post stamp set in Real Red on a Whisper White strip and trimmed the end with the Banner Pick a punch. I adhered it to the tag with liquid glue.

I adhered four strips of pinecone Poinsettia Place DSP to the front of a Garden Green card base. I cut a panel of Soft Sea Foam with a Stitched Rectangle die and embossed it with the Wrapped In Texture embossing folder. I adhered it to the card front and adhered the label on top with liquid glue. I finished the label with a red rhinestone.

I stamped the deer from the Stampin’ Up! Festive Post stamp set in Soft Suede ink in the bottom corner of a Whisper White panel. I trimmed the bottom with a strip of green Poinsettia Place DSP and adhered the panel to the inside of the card.

I just love this happy little reindeer from the Stampin’ Up! Festive Post stamp set! And the stamp set has great holiday images that coordinate with that new Rectangular Postage Stamp Punch – I can’t wait to use the Valentine’s Day image! Of course the punch comes bundled with the pretty Posted for You cling stamp set and is on sale today too!
