Stampin’ Up! Enjoy The Moment Sneak Peek

Good Friday Morning! Can you believe that it’s a week until Christmas!! I don’t think I’m ready, so I am going to share another sneak peek of the upcoming Stampin’ Up! Enjoy The Moment cling stamp set. This pretty set is in the new January – June 2021 Mini Catalog and will be available on January 5. You can find the currently available supplies used to create this card and the card stock cuts at the bottom of this post.

I adhered a panel of the dark wood grained paper from the In Good Taste designer series paper to the front of a Soft Suede card base. I stamped the seed pods from the Stampin’ Up! Enjoy the Moment stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black ink on a Whisper White panel and colored them with the Granny Apple Green, Soft Suede, Crumb Cake and Calypso Coral Stampin’ Blends. I used the new blending brushes from the upcoming January – June 2021 Mini Catalog to blend the background with Seaside Spray ink.

I trimmed the panel to 3″ x 3″ and adhered it to a Pretty Peacock mat. I popped the panel on the card front with dimensionals. I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Enjoy The Moment stamp set in Versamark ink on a Pretty Peacock strip. I sprinkled it with white embossing powder and heat set the powder until it was shiny. I cut the label out with the sentiment on the right side with the small stitched banner die from thee Tasteful Labels dies.

I wrapped a length of linen thread around the left side of the banner and made a bow. I adhered a branch from the In Good Taste Elements with glue dots and adhered the label over the branch with dimensionals.

For the inside of the card, I stamped more seed pods from the Stampin’ Up! Enjoy TheMoment stamp set in the corners of a Whisper White panel and colored them with Stampin Blends like the front. I trimmed the bottom with a strip of the dark wood grained In Good Taste DSP and adhered the panel to the inside of the card.

The seed pods from the Stampin’ Up! Enjoy The Moment stamp set are pretty colored with the Stampin Blends, and they are very realistic. And there are lots of really nice sentiments in the stamp set too! This was the first time that I used blending brushes and I was pretty happy with how they worked. They will all be available when the new January – June 2021 Mini Catalog opens on January 5, 2021.

Stampin’ Up! Peaceful Moments Birthday Card for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good Morning and welcome to the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop! I brought out the Stampin’ Up! Peaceful Moments bundle and the pretty Poppy Moments dies to make a Birthday card for today’s hop. You can find the currently available supplies used to create this card at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

We have a color challenge this week, and here is the color palette we are using for our projects:

I embossed a panel of Misty Moonlight with the Bricks and Mortar embossing folder and adhered it to the front of a Misty Moonlight card base. I cut a panel of the Misty Moonlight striped paper from the Trimming the Town designer series paper (which just sold out, sadly) with the Stitched Rectangles Die and cut a panel of Misty Moonlight with thee same die. I adhered them together and cut out the middle with a Stitched Rectangle die two sizes smaller. I adhered the frame to a Pool Party panel from the Subtles 6″ x 6″ designer series paper with dimensionals. I adhered the whole thing to the middle of the card front.

I used the Poppy Moments Dies from the Stampin’ Up! Peaceful Moments bundle to cut out the flower and leaves from Poppy Parade, Old Olive and Black Glitter paper. I colored the accent leaves with the Old Olive Stampin Blends and the accent flower with the Poppy Parade Stampin’ Blends and clear Wink of Stella. I put the flowers and leaves together with liquid glue and adhered them to the card front with dimensionals and liquid glue.

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Poppy Moments stamp set in Misty Moonlight ink on a Pool Party panel and cut it out with the small rectangle from the Stitched Rectangles Dies. I adhered it to the striped frame and finished the card front with a Poppy Parade and gold trimmed bow and gold glitter enamel dots.

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Peaceful Moments stamp set in Poppy Parade ink on a Whisper White Panel and trimmed the bottom with the striped DSP. I adhered the panel to the inside of the card.

The die cut poppies from the Stampin’ Up! Peaceful Moments bundle are so beautiful that I think you can to use them at any time of the year!

Stampin’ Up! Gorgeous Posies Kit

Good Morning! Today I want to share something a little different – the Stampin’ Up! Gorgeous Posies card kit and cling stamp set! The Stampin’ Up! Gorgeous Posies card kit is a semi-inclusive kit with supplies for 16 pretty floral cards and envelopes with 4 designs and it comes in a pretty storage box.

The Stampin’ Up! Gorgeous Posies cling stamp set is made to compliment the kit with sentiments that fit on the labels and floral images that coordinate with the card kit designs. The pretty stamp set can continue to be used after the cards in the kit are completed and so can the pretty box!

I pretty much followed the enclosed instruction to make one of each of the cards, with slight variations so that they would all be portrait style.

The preprinted panels are full of beautiful flowers with touches of gold and the labels have cut outs that make them look really elegant.

By following the instructions, you can easily and quickly create beautiful cards. And the sentiments in the Stampin’ Up! Gorgeous Posies stamp set are both versatile for many occasions as well as pretty. But you could also use a favorite sentiment from your stash instead!

There are extra die cut flowers and labels to further customize your card or accent the inside. The Envelopes are a pretty Highland Heather with Gorgeous Grape borders.

With this semi inclusive kit, I used adhesives and ink from my stash. Next week I plan to revisit this beautiful kit and create some alternative designs. In the meantime you can check out the details of the Stampin’ Up! Gorgeous Posies card kit and stamp set in my Online Store by clicking on the pictures below.

The Stampin’ Up! Card Kits are perfect for a beginning stamper or for someone with limited crafting time because most of the design work for a beautiful project is already done for you. But the kits can also be used for alternative designs because the colors coordinate with current card stock, ink and embellishments!

Stampin’ Up! Dandelion Wishes Winter Wedding Card

Good Morning! Today I have snowflake Wedding card made with the beautiful sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Dandelion Wishes stamp set and the pretty Snowflake Splendor designer series paper! You can find the supplies used to create this card at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

I adhered a panel of the Snowflake Splendor designer series paper to a Whisper White mat. I cut out snowflakes with the So many Snowflakes dies from Silver Foil and Whisper White and adhered them to the panel.

I cut the large fancy label from a Whisper White panel with the Stitched So Sweetly dies and embossed it with the retiring Winter Snow embossing folder. I stamped the beautiful sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Dandelion Wishes cling stamp set in Versamark ink on a Seaside Spray panel and sprinkled it with Silver embossing powder. I heat set the powder until shiny and after it cooled, I cut it with the next largest Stitched So Sweetly die. I adhered the labels together with liquid glue and to the panel with dimensionals.

I adhered the panel to the front of a Seaside Spray card front with dimensionals and adhered a Seaside Spray metallic bow under the label with a glue dot. I finished the card front with rhinestone gems.

I adhered another silver foil die cut snowflake to a Whisper White panel and trimmed the bottom with a strip of the Snowflake Splendor DSP before adhering it to the inside of the card.

I think the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Dandelion Wishes stamp set is the most beautiful ever for Wedding cards. And while snowflakes are not traditional for weddings, the Snowflake Splendor DSP is beautiful and wonderful for a Winter Wedding! It’s currently on sale, along with the Winter Snow embossing folder, and it’s perfect for making cards for winter celebrations and sending winter greetings long after Christmas.

Stampin’ Up! Quite Curvy Video Tutorial

Good Morning! Today’s card uses the Stampin’ Up! Quite Curvy bundle along with a sneak peek of the Field & Flower designer series paper. The Field & Flower DSP pack is a Sale A Bration item that you can get for FREE with a $50 order beginning January 5. This is the card I made during my Facebook Live video tutorial yesterday afternoon and you can find the currently available supplies I used to create this card at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

Here is the Facebook Live video showing how I made the card:

I posted a copy of the video in my YouTube channel here so you can view it there if you prefer.

I adhered the pretty Flower & Field designer series paper panel to the front of a Basic Black card base with liquid glue. I cut the top of the So Saffron panel with the fancy floral edge die from the Curvy Dies in the Stampin’ Up! Quite Curvy Bundle. Then I stamped the sentiment in Real Red ink on the bottom of the panel. I aligned the discarded top edge of the So Saffron panel to the top of the Real Red panel and drew a line and fussy cut the top off and adhered it to the back of the So Saffron panel so you would see the red though the die cut edge.

I used the discarded edge again to line up the dotted edge die on the Granny Apple Green panel and cut it out and adhered the panel to the back of the So Saffron panel. I wrapped a length of Real Red braided linen trim around the panel and tied a bow. I adhered the layered die cut panel to the card front with dimensionals.

I stamped two birds from the Stampin’ Up! Quite Curvy stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black ink on Whisper White and cut them out with the corresponding dies. I colored them with the Crumb Cake and Real Red Stampin Blends and popped them on the card front with dimensionals. I finished the card front with a rhinestone gem.

I stamped the flower and stem from the Field of Flowers photopolymer stamp set in Real Red and Granny Apple Green on a Whisper White panel. I trimmed the bottom with a strip of Flower & Field DSP and adhered the panel to the inside of the card.

The Stampin’ Up! Quite Curvy bundle is an early release of the January – June 2021 Mini Catalog that is available now! And if you purchase this bundle from me this month, you’ll get a bonus tutorial with 5 Curvy Celebrations projects (details below). And the pretty Field & Flower DSP is a Sale A Bration item that will be available on January 5, 2021. Sale A Bration is Stampin’ Up!’s biggest promotion of the year, where you choose a FREE $50 item with every $50 or $100 you spend (before shipping and taxes). Sale A Bration begins on January 5, 2021 and runs through February 28, 2021. So there is so much excitement to look forward to in the new year!!

Stampin’ Up! Dragonfly Garden Sneak Peek

Good Afternoon! Today I have another card made with the pretty Stampin’ Up! Dragonfly Garden cling stamp set. The new Dandy Garden 6″ x 6″ designer series paper is what really makes this card special though as I’ve used four different patterns from this pretty DSP pack to make this pretty card. You can find the currently available supplies used to create this card at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used. The Stampin’ Up! Dragonfly Garden stamp set and the Dandy Garden 6″ x 6″ designer series paper will be available in the upcoming January – June 2021 Mini Catalog on January 5!

I adhered a panel of the Bumblebee striped Dandy Garden 6″ x 6″ DSP to the front of a Bumblebee card base with liquid glue. I adhered a strip of the Mossy Meadow leafy paper across the panel and wrapped it with a length of Mossy Meadow braided trim (available Jan 5) and tied a knot.

I cut a Bumblebee panel with the Stitched So Sweetly Die and adhered a panel of the small dandelion and dragonfly paper from the Dandy Garden 6″ x 6″ DSP to the front. I cut a bumblebee from the bumblebee paper in the Dandy Garden 6″ x 6″ DSP pack with the die from the Dandy Wishes Dies (available Jan 5) and popped it on the panel with a dimensional. I popped the panel on the card front with dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Dragonfly Garden stamp set in Versamark ink on Blackberry Bliss and sprinkled it with white embossing powder. I heat set the powder until it was shiny and cut it out with the Stitched So Sweetly die using the two step die cutting method. I adhered the label on the card front and frayed the ribbon ends. I finished the card front with three adhesive sequins.

I stamped the dragonflies from the Stampin’ Up! Dragonfly Garden stamp set in Blackberry Bliss on a Whisper White panel. I added a strip of the Bumblebee striped paper to the side and adhered it to the inside of the card

The sentiments from the Stampin’ Up! Dragonfly Garden stamp set are really sweet and the dragonflies are wonderful. The Dandy Garden designer series paper is really pretty and so colorful – perfect for a dreary winter day! They will both be available when the new catalog goes live on January 5, 2021!

Stampin’ Up! Art Gallery Sneak Peek for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop! For today’s hop, I have another sneak peek of the beautiful new Stampin’ Up! Art Gallery bundle that is coming in the new January – June 2021 Mini Catalog on January 5. I paired the bundle with the pretty Fine Art Floral designer series paper, also coming on January 5, and the Beautiful Friendship photopolymer stamp set. You can find the currently available supplies used to create this card at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

We have a sketch challenge this week, and here is the cute sketch we are using for our projects:

I embossed a panel of Gray Granite cardstock with the new Painted Texture 3D embossing folder, available January 5, and adhered it to the front of a Gray Granite card base. I cut two panels of the Gray Granite floral paper from the Fine Art Floral designer series paper and cut them with the third largest Stitched Rectangles die – note that the top layer is cut from the back side. On the back side, I stamped the flowers from the Stampin’ Up! Art Gallery and Beautiful Friendship photopolymer stamp sets in Blushing Bride, Terracotta Tile, Bumblebee and Shaded Spruce ink along the bottom.

I stamped the large flower from the Stampin’ Up! Art Gallery stamp set in Blushing Bride and Terracotta Tile on a Thick Whisper White panel and the leaves and stem in Pretty Peacock ink on Whisper White. I adhered the stem on the stamped panel with liquid glue and popped the flower on with dimensionals. I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Art Gallery stamp set in Terracotta Tile ink on So Saffron and cut it out with the small label die from the Floral Gallery dies.

I adhered the panels on the card front with liquid glue and adhered the label with dimensionals and a glue dot over the flowers. I tied a bow with the Fine Art ribbon, available January 5, and adhered it to the stem with a glue dot. I finished the card front with three gold glitter enamel dots.

I stamped the flowers from the Stampin’ Up! Art Gallery and Beautiful Friendship stamp sets in Blushing Bride, Bumblebee, Terracotta Tile and Shaded Spruce on a Whisper White Panel. I adhered the panel to a So Saffron mat and the to the inside of the card.

The flowers from the Stampin’ Up! Art Gallery Stamp set are so dramatic and go pretty well with the flowers from the Beautiful Friendship stamp set. The two step stamping really lets you be creative and create beautiful flowers, and it’s really nice to have coordinating dies to cut them out. Check out the stamp set in the picture below – see all the different sentiments!

Stampin’ Up! Life Is Beautiful Thank You Card

Good Morning! Today I have another card made with the pretty Stampin’ Up! Life Is Beautiful photopolymer stamp set. Today’s card is a Thank You card and the tree is full of leaves, as if it was summertime, remember that? You can find the supplies used to create this card at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

I embossed a Garden Green panel with the Subtle 3D embossing folder and adhered it to the front of a Garden Green card base. I adhered a strip of Plaid Tidings designer series paper to a Pretty Peacock mat and adhered it to the card.

I used the sponge brayer to color the background in an ombre fashion with Garden Green, Pool Party, Balmy Blue and Pacific Point. I stamped the tree from the Stampin’ Up! Life is Beautiful photopolymer stamp set in Soft Suede and the leaves in Garden Green, Granny Apple Green and Soft Sea Foam. I stamped the birdhouse and birds in Gray Granite on the panel and two in Mango Melody on another Whisper White panel. I cut the tree panel out with the Stitched Rectangles Die and adhered it to a Pretty Peacock mat. I fussy cut a Mango Melody birdhouse and popped it on the stamped one with a dimensional.

I colored a length of ribbon with the Pretty Peacock Stampin’ Blend and wrapped it around the panel, securing it in the back with Stampin’ Seal. I stamped the sentiment from the Beautiful Autumn photopolymer stamp set in Soft Suede ink on a Pool Party panel and cut it out with a Stitched Rectangles die. I popped it over the ribbon with dimensionals and added a Pretty Peacock butterfly to the corner. I popped the panel on the card front with dimensionals.

I stamped the birdhouse from the Stampin’ Up! Life Is Beautiful stamp set on a Whisper White panel in Gray Granite ink and fussy cut the second Mango Melody birdhouse and adhered it over the Gray Granite. I stamped the leaves in Garden Green, Granny Apple Green and Soft Sea Foam and adhered a strip of Plaid Tidings DSP to the side. I adhered the panel to a Pretty Peacock mat and adhered it to the inside of the card.

The tree in the Stampin’ Up! Life Is Beautiful stamp set is really pretty with it’s gentle curves. And the stamp set comes with different images that you can stamp the tree tops with, so it’s great for making trees for any season. Click on the image below to see the details of the stamp set in my Online Store.

Stampin’ Up! Blossoms in Bloom for the Inkin’ Krew Blog Hop

Good Morning! Welcome to the Inkin’ Krew Monthly Blog Hop! Our talented team has created projects this month with the theme of Celebrate! I’m using the Stampin’ Up! Blossoms In Bloom bundle to make a fancy card to celebrate a special anniversary! You can find the supplies used to create this card at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

I embossed the Blushing Bride panel with the new Painted Texture 3D embossing folder from the upcoming January – June 2021 Mini Catalog and adhered it to the front of a Blushing Bride card base. I stamped the large floral image from the Stampin’ Up! Blossoms in Bloom photopolymer stamp set in Real Red ink on a Whisper White panel.

I cut the Blushing Bride panel with the large floral Many Layered Blossoms Dies. I positioned the outline die on the gold foil and laid the Blushing Bride die cut on top and adjusted the die until it lined up. I removed the die cut and adhered the die to the foil with post it notes and ran it through my die cutting machine.

I colored the center of the Blushing Bride Die cut with the Dark Mango Melody Stampin’ Blend and adhered the Gold Foil die cut on top. I positioned the layered die cuts on the stamped panel and positioned the Stitched Rectangle die on top. I cut the layered die cuts and then cut the stamped panel with the same stitched rectangle die. I adhered the layered die cuts to the stamped panel and then adhered it all to a Gold Foil mat.

I stamped the sentiment from the Many Mates cling stamp set in Versamark ink and sprinkled it with gold embossing powder. I heat set the embossing powder until it was shiny and cut the label out with the Stitched Nested Labels die. I wrapped the floral panel with gold trim and made a bow and popped the label on the trim with dimensionals. I popped the panel on the card front with dimensionals and finished it with three gold glitter enamel dots.

I stamped one of the single flowers from the Stampin’ Up! Blossoms in Bloom stamp set in Real Red on a Whisper White panel. I cut the flower’s corresponding die cuts in Blushing Bride and Fold Foil. I colored the Blushing Bride flower center with the dark Mango Melody Stampin’ Blend and adhered it all together. I stamped the sentiment from the Many Mates stamp set in Real Red and adhered the panel to the inside of the card.
