Stampin’ Up! Soft Seedlings So Grateful Card

Good Morning! Here’s another fall card with the beautiful Stampin’ Up! Soft Seedlings cling stamp set. I used it with the pretty Leaf Fall 3D embossing folder for a leaf filled so grateful card. You can find the supplies I used at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

I stamped the pretty maple leaf from the Stampin’ Up! Soft Seedlings stamp set multiple times around a Sahara Sand panel. I stamped it in Crushed Curry, Soft Succulent, Cajun Craze, Rich Razzleberry and Mango Melody, cleaning it off between stampings. I embossed the panel with the pretty Leaf Fall 3D embossing folder.

I adhered the embossed panel to a Mango Melody mat with liquid glue and adhered it to the front of a Rich Razzleberry card base. I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Soft Seedlings stamp set in Versamark Ink on Rich Razzleberry and sprinkled it with white embossing powder. I shook off the excess and heated it until it was bright and shiny. I cut it out with the large banner die from the Stylish Shapes dies so that the sentiment was on the right side of the banner. I trimmed left end straight and adhered it to the card front with liquid glue.

I made a four loop bow from Linen Thread and adhered it on the sentiment label with a glue dot. I finished the label with a large amber gem (I love these gems!!).

For the inside of the card, I stamped parts of the leaf from the Stampin’ Up! Soft Seedlings stamp set on a Sahara Sand panel using the same ink colors as the card front. I embossed the panel with the Leaf Fall 3D embossing folder and adhered it to the side of a Basic White panel with liquid glue before adhering it to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

The Stampin’ Up! Soft Seedlings stamp set is so pretty and the sentiments are great! It’s the perfect stamp set for this time of year!

Stampin’ Up! Rustic Harvest Card with Video Tutorial

Good Morning! The Stampin’ Up! Rustic Harvest designer series paper is a really pretty and versatile Fall themed paper and I’ve recently seen cards featuring the designs colored with blends! Coloring DSP is always fun and I decided to use this technique for today’s card. You can find the supplies I used at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

You can watch my Facebook live from yesterday afternoon HERE. I have also posted it to my YouTube Channel and you can view it HERE.

I adhered a panel of Crushed Curry Stampin’ Up! Rustic Harvest designer series paper to the front of a Crushed Curry Card base with liquid glue. I cut a Mossy Meadow panel of the DSP with the third largest stitched rectangle die and adhered it to the card front on an angle.

I colored the veggie panel of the Stampin’ Up! Rustic Harvest DSP with Stampin’ Blends – light Daffodil Delight on the Crushed Curry squashes, light Soft Suede on the acorns and stems, light Old Olive on the Mossy Meadow squashes and oak leaves, light Pumpkin Pie on the Cajun Craze pumpkins and light Fresh Freesia on the Merry Merlot leaves. I cut the panel with the 4th largest Stitched Rectangle die and adhered it to the card front on the opposite angle with liquid glue.

I wrapped the card with black and white gingham ribbon and made a bow. I stamped the sentiment from the Ringed with Nature photopolymer stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black ink on Crushed Curry and cut it out with the small Stitched Rectangle die. I adhered it to the card with dimensionals and finished it with a black matte dot.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the squiggly from the Hello Harvest cling stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black ink in the corner of a Basic White panel. I colored a strip of Stampin’ Up! Rustic Harvest DSP using Stampin’ Blends like the front panel and adhere it to the bottom of the inside panel before adhering it to the inside of the card.

Here is the card I made during my video with my sample card. For my sample, I reversed the Stampin’ Up! Rustic Harvest DSPs and used a Mossy Meadow card base with an Old Olive label. I love those pretty veggie images and I love the softer tone that you get by coloring the white. Plus it’s easy and fun.

Stampin’ Up! Fond Of Autumn for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good morning and welcome to the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop! I have Fall card made with the pretty Stampin’ Up! Fond Of Autumn bundle and the Timber 3D embossing folder. This is a great bundle for coloring and I colored today’s card with Stampin’ Blends. You can find the supplies I used along with card stock cuts at the bottom of my post.

We have a theme challenge this week that is perfect for the season:

I embossed a panel of Calypso Coral card stock with the Timber 3D embossing folder and adhered it to the front of a Calypso Coral card base. I stamped two of the large floral images from the Stampin’ Up! Fond Of Autumn photopolymer stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black ink on Basic White and cut them out with the coordinating detailed die. This is the die that cuts the large image into four different pieces, so save your extra die cuts for your next card!

I colored the acorns with Soft Suede Stampin Blends and the leaves in Mossy Meadow and Old Olive Stampin Blends. I stamped four additional small oak leaves and two acorns in Memento Tuxedo Black on Basic White and cut them out with the coordinating dies. I colored them with Mossy Meadow and Soft Suede Stampin’ Blends. I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Fond Of Autumn stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black ink on Pale Papaya and cut it out with the circle die from the All That dies.

I arranged my die cuts on the card front to determine where to place them and started by adhering the label with glue dots. I adhered the little leaves and acorns in the lower left corner with glue dots, tucking them under the label. I adhered the two large acorn and leaf clusters together with glue dots and adhered them to the card front with dimensionals. I adhered the last acorn to the leaves with a glue dot and tucked the last two little leaves under the larger die cuts, adhering them with glue dots. I finished off the card front with a bow and gold metallic dot.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the acorn from the Stampin’ Up! Fond Of Autumn stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black ink on a Basic White panel. I covered it with a mask and stamped the leaf on top. I colored the leaf and acorn with Mossy Meadow and Soft Suede Stampin’ Blends and adhered the panel to the inside of the card.

This card reminds me of my old house where we had huge oak trees in the front. We had so many acorns and so many leaves to rake, well into the winter! The squirrels loved it! So I love the Stampin’ Up! Fond of Autumn bundle. And I especially love how the large image can either be die cut as a single image or cut into 4 different pieces – it’s really nice!

I adhered it to a Basic Black mat and adhered it to the card front with liquid glue. I cut Shaded Spruce panel with the die from the Stampin’ Up! Cottage Wreaths bundle and adhered it to the card front with liquid glue. I colored a Textural Elements sprig with the dark Crumb Cake Stampin’ blend and adhered it to the card front with glue dots.

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Cottage Wreaths photopolymer stamp set with in Memento Tuxedo Black on Pear Pizzazz. I cut it out with the Deckled Rectangles die by cutting one corner, moving the die and cutting the next corner and adhered the label to a Basic Black mat. I made a loopy linen thread bow and adhered it to the card with a glue dot before adhering the label with dimensionals. I finished the label with a Crushed Curry die cut leaf sprig and a red rhinestone jewel.

I used a blending Brush to apply Crumb Cake ink to a strip of Celebrate Everything DSP and adhered it to the bottom of a Basic White panel I adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

The Stampin’ Up! Cottage Wreaths is a great bundle for making wreath cards! There are so many stamping and die cutting options, you’re sure to find a style for any occasion!

Stampin’ Up! Fond Of Autumn for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good morning and welcome to the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop! Today I used the pretty Stampin’ Up! Fond Of Autumn bundle with the Rustic Harvest designer series paper for an Autumn Wishes card. You can find the supplies I used along with card stock cuts at the bottom of my post.

We have a fun color challenge this week. The Rustic Harvest DSP was perfect for this and I popped it with Sweet Sorbet.

I adhered a panel of Rustic Harvest designer series paper to a Basic Black card base with liquid glue. I cut the large floral dies from the Stampin’ Up! Fond Of Autumn bundle from Basic White using both the detailed die and the outline die. I cut the outline die from a Basic Black panel and adhered them together with liquid glue. I adhered the die cut to the card front with liquid glue.

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Fond Of Autumn photopolymer stamp set in Versamark ink on Basic Black. I sprinkled it with white embossing powder and shook off the excess. I heat set the powder with my heat tool until it was shiny. I cut it out with the Stylish Shapes banner die and adhered it to the card front with dimensionals.

I stamped the flower from the Stampin’ Up! Fond Of Autumn stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored it with Sweet Sorbet and Basic Black Stampin’ Blends. I cut it out with the coordinating die. I adhered a folded length of black and white gingham ribbon and adhered it to the card front with glue dots. I adhered the flower over the ribbon and label with dimensionals and finished with three white dots.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the flower from the Stampin’ Up! Fond Of Autumn stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black ink on a Basic White panel. I colored it with Sweet Sorbet and Basic Black Stampin’ Blends. I trimmed the bottom with a strip of Rustic Harvest DSP and adhered the panel to the inside of the card.

The Stampin’ Up! Fond Of Autumn bundle is really pretty and perfect for fall cards! I can’t wait to play with it again!

Stampin’ Up! Soft Seedlings Thinking Of You Card

Good Morning! The Stampin’ Up! Soft Seedlings cling stamp set is one of the prettiest leaf stamp sets ever. This maple leaf with seeds is so graceful and wonderfully shaded. And I love the sentiments! I used it with the pretty Leaf Fall 3D embossing folder for a simple thinking of you card. You can find the supplies I used at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

I embossed a Very Vanilla panel with the Leaf Fall 3D embossing folder and adhered it to an Early Espresso mat. I adhered the layered panel to the front of a Pumpkin Pie card base with dimensionals.

I inked up the large leaf from the Stampin’ Up! Soft Seedlings stamp set with Pumpkin Pie ink and used a sponge dauber to apply Cajun Craze ink around the edge of the leaf. I used another sponge dauber to apply Parakeet Party ink to the stem and stamped the leaf on Very Vanilla. I used my paper snips to fussy cut around the leaf. I adhered the leaf to the card front with dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Soft Seedlings stamp set in Early Espresso ink on Very Vanilla. I used the large label die from the Waves dies to cut the sentiment using a two step die cutting technique (cut half the label, move the die to the other half and cut the other half). I looped some Sahara Sand ribbon through the label and adhered it to the card front with glue dots. I finished the card with an amber gem.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the seed from the Stampin’ Up! Soft Seedlings stamp set in Pumpkin Pie, Cajun Craze and Parakeet Party on a Very Vanilla panel using the same sponge dauber technique to ink the stamp. I embossed a strip of Pumpkin Pie card stock with the Leaf Fall 3D embossing folder and adhered it to the the bottom of the panel. I adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

There are so many beautiful card made with the Stampin’ Up! Soft Seedlings stamp set. I love the cards made using the Joseph’s Coat technique and the baby wipe technique. It’s so versatile and I’m planning to play with this beautiful stamp set some more.

Stampin’ Up! Hello Harvest for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good morning and welcome to the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop! I made another Fall hello note card with the pretty Stampin’ Up! Hello Harvest bundle. I love the debossed die cut pumpkin on card stock – you can really see the texture! You can find the supplies I used along with card stock cuts at the bottom of my post.

We have a sketch challenge this week and this was a challenge! I softened the angles by using the curvy Seasonal Labels dies – it’s kind of close.

I was also inspired by the pretty fall colors in the Sunday Stamps SSC291 Autumn Rays Challenge:

I embossed a Crushed Curry panel of Rustic Harvest designer series paper with the beautiful Leaf Fall 3D embossing folder and adhered it to the front of a Crushed Curry Card base. I cut a Mossy Meadow panel of the Rustic Harvest DSP with the large Seasonal Label die and embossed it with the Leaf Fall 3D embossing folder before adhering it to the card front.

I stamped sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Hello Harvest cling stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black ink on Crushed Curry. I stamped the dotted line under the sentiment in Memento Tuxedo Black before cutting it out with the Seasonal Labels die. I adhered it to the card front with glue dots. I colored a Textural Element berry branch with the Soft Suede Stampin’ Blend and adhered it with glue dots. I cut the pumpkin from Pumpkin Pie and the stem from Soft Suede. I put them together with liquid glue before adhering them to the card front with dimensionals.

I stamped 4 flowers from the Stampin’ Up! Hello Harvest stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black on Basic White. I colored them with Cajun Craze and So Saffron Stampin’ Blends and adhered them to the card with dimensionals and glue dots. I finished the card with an amber gemstone.

For the inside of the card, I the flower from the Stampin’ Up! Hello Harvest stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black ink on a Basic White panel. I colored it with Cajun Craze and So Saffron Stampin’ Blends. I trimmed the bottom with a strip of Rustic Harvest DSP and adhered the panel to the inside of the card.

The Stampin’ Up! Hello Harvest bundle is pretty versatile with the pretty stamped and die pumpkins and fall flowers. I hope you agree my interpretation of the Blog Hop sketch is close enough.

Stampin’ Up! This Birthday Piggy Happy Place Card

Good Morning! Have you seen the Perfect Partners promotion? Well I picked up the cute Playful Piggies dies to go with the Stampin’ Up! This Birthday Piggy cling stamp set for today’s card. You can find the supplies I used at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

I adhered a panel of Awash in Beauty designer series paper to a Pear Pizzazz mat and then popped it on a Calypso Coral card base with Dimensionals. I cut a Pear Pizzazz panel with the new grass die from the Stampin’ Up! This Birthday Piggy bundle (YES! you can get the new dies with the stamp set in a bundle for a 10% discount this month!) and adhered it to a Balmy Blue panel. I cut the cute frame from the Fabulous Frames dies from Old Olive and cut up some dimensionals to adhere the background to the frame to make the picture. Then I added some glue dots to the background and adhered the picture to the card front.

I stamped the sweet piggy from the Stampin’ Up! This Birthday Piggy stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black ink on Basic White and colored it with Petal Pink, Crumb Cake, Calypso Coral, Daffodil Delight and Old Olive Stampin Blends. I cut it out with the coordinating die and adhered it to the picture with glue dots. I stamped the sentiment in Calypso Coral on Basic White and cut it out with the cute label die. I adhered it to the card with bits of dimensionals and glue dots.

I cut the flowers and leaves from Calypso Coral and Granny Apple Green card stock using the Playful Piggy dies and the little bird from So Saffron. I adhered them to the card with glue dots and dimensionals. I adhered some iridescent gemstones to the flower centers and tucked an Old Olive bow under the frame to finish the card.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the flowers and leaves from the Stampin’ Up! This Birthday Piggy stamp set using Memento Tuxedo Black ink in the corner of a Basic White panel and colored it with Calypso Coral, Old Olive and Crumb Cake Stampin’ Blends. I stamped the sentiment in Calypso Coral and trimmed the bottom with a strip of Awash in Beauty DSP. I adhered the panel to the inside of the card.

I love this little piggy wallowing in the mud! This scene from the Stampin’ Up! This Birthday Piggy stamp set just reminded me of a wonderful lazy day with no responsibilities except having fun doing what you want. I hope your day is like that!

Stampin’ Up! Simply Fabulous Beauty Card

Good Morning! I pulled out the pretty Stampin’ Up! Simply Fabulous photopolymer stamp set for a simple floral note card. I was away and my flower gardens look a little ragged after I returned. They inspired me to make a floral card with Fall colors with this fun stamp set. You can find the supplies I used at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

I adhered a panel of Design A Daydream designer series paper to a Cajun Craze card base.

I stamped the sweet sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Simply Fabulous stamp set in Cajun Craze ink on a Basic White panel. I stamped the leaves and flowers across the bottom and the side in Pear Pizzazz, Crumb Cake, Crushed Curry, Parakeet Party, Polished Pink, Calypso Coral, Pale Papaya, Rich Razzleberry and Orchid Oasis. I adhered the panel to a Cajun Craze mat and wrapped it with Crumb Cake Baker’s Twine and made a bow. I adhered it to the card front with dimensionals.

I used the beautiful Brilliant Wings dies to make a butterfly. I cut the two smallest butterflies from Rich Razzleberry and Crushed Curry card stock and adhered them together with liquid glue before adhering them to the card with a glue dot. I finished the card front with amber faceted gems.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the flowers and leaves from the Stampin’ Up! Simply Fabulous stamp set across the bottom of a basic white panel, using the same ink colors as the card front. I adhered the panel to the inside of the card.

The Stampin’ Up! Simply Fabulous stamp set is a lot of fun to play with. I did a lot of stamping and experimented with different layouts and ink colors before deciding on this arrangement. I love the different greens with the Crumb Cake and Crushed Curry – it really captures the changing colors of Fall. I had to have some Polished Pink flowers for the pretty late bloomers and the pops of Orchid Oasis brightens the scene. And of course we need a butterfly! Enjoy the Fall gardens!!
