Stampin’ Up! Cradled In Love Baby Card

Good Morning! The Stampin’ Up! Cradled In Love stamp set is a sweet Sale-A-Bration stamp set that you can get for free with a $50 order (before shipping and taxes) during Sale-A-Bration. It has a sweet crib image and beautiful sentiments and is perfect for baby cards. You can find the products I used at the bottom of my post along with the card stock sizes.

I adhered a panel of Lighter Than Air 6″ x 6″ designer series paper to the front of a Bubble Bath card base with liquid glue.

I stamped the crib, mobile and rug from the Stampin’ Up! Cradled In Love stamp set in Smoky Slate ink on Basic White and colored it in Stampin’ Blends. I used the light Crumb Cake, light and dark Bubble Bath, light Lemon Lolly, light Fresh Freesia, and light Balmy Blue blends to color the crib and light Lost Lagoon to color the rug. I used the Color lifter to lighten the rug and add texture. I cut the image out with a Deckled Circle die and used the next larger die to cut a Lost Lagoon panel for a mat. I adhered the circles together with liquid glue and trimmed the side with my paper trimmer.

I adhered the trimmed circle to the card front with dimensionals. I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Cradled In Love stamp set in Lost Lagoon on Petal Pink. I used a Deckled Rectangle die to cut it down to size (cutting it twice) and wrapped white Baker’s Twine around the end, making a bow. I adhered it to the card with dimensionals and finished with rainbow dots.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Cradled in Love stamp set in Smoky Slate ink on Basic White. I stamped the elephant and bottle in Smoky Slate and colored them with Light Bubble Bath, light Balmy Bleu and light Crumb cake Stampin’ Blends. I trimmed the bottom of the panel with a strip of DSP and adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

Isn’t this a sweet cradle? The Stampin’ Up! Cradled In Love stamp set has cute sentiments that are appropriate for baby girls and boys. And it’s perfect for mixing and matching with other baby stamp sets.

Stampin’ Up! Little Dreamers Baby Card

Good Morning! The sweet Stampin’ Up! Little Dreamers bundle is great for making baby cards and I used it yesterday to share this card at our Inkin’ Krew Team meeting. You can find the supplies I used at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

I adhered a panel of Delightfully Eclectic designer series paper to a Garden Green mat with liquid glue and adhered it to the front of a Daffodil Delight card base with dimensionals. I used the large banner die from the Nested Essentials dies to cut a panel of Calypso Coral and embossed it with the polka dots from the Basics 3D embossing folders. I adhered it to the card with liquid glue.

I stamped the lion, stars and sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Little Dreamers stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black ink on Basic White. I colored the lion with Stampin’ Blends – light Crumb Cake for the lion’s body, dark Calypso Coral for the mane and dark Lemon Lolly for the star. I also colored the little stars with the Lemon Lolly Stampin’ Blend. I cut out the lion and little stars with the coordinating dies and I cut out the sentiment with the smallest rectangle die from the Nested Essentials dies.

I cut out the cloud dies from the Stampin’ Up! Little Dreamers dies and adhered them to the card with liquid glue. I adhered the lion with dimensionals and the label with liquid glue. I adhered the stars with glue dots. I made a knot in a short length of Garden Green ribbon and adhered it with a glue dot.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Little Dreamers stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black ink on a Basic White panel. I stamped the little stars and colored them with a dark Lemon Lolly Stampin’ Blend. I trimmed the bottom with a strip of Delightfully Eclectic DSP and adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal. And I decorated a coordinating envelope with the stars on the front and DSP on the envelope flap.

The sweet Stampin’ Up! Little Dreamers bundle is great for baby and children’s cards with the fun, playful critters. With the bold crayon colors of the Delightfully Eclectic DSP, this card could easily be converted to a birthday card with the addition of die cut numbers from the Alphabet A La Mode dies. That would be perfect for a toddler!

Stampin’ Up! Little Dreamers Congratulations Card

Good Morning! The sweet Stampin’ Up! Little Dreamers bundle has sweet images and dies that are perfect for baby cards. I used Bubble Bath for a baby girl’s card, but you can easily substitute Boho Blue if you want to make a baby boy’s card, or perhaps Soft Sea Foam if it’s a going to be a surprise. You can find the supplies I used at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

I embossed a Bubble Bath panel with the pretty Countryside Blossoms embossing folder and adhered it to the front of a Bubble Bath card base. I cut a polka dot vellum panel with the largest circle die from the Stylish Shapes dies and adhered it to the card front with Stampin’ Seal. I cut two large clouds and a small one using the Stampin’ Up! Little Dreamers dies and adhered them to the card with glue dots.

I stamped the sleeping cow from the Stampin’ Up! Little Dreamers stamp set in Basic Gray ink on Basic White and colored it with the dark Petal Pink and light Smoky Slate Stampin’ Blends. I cut it out with the coordinating die and adhered it to the card front with dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Little Dreamers stamp set in Basic Gray ink on Basic White and cut it out with the large banner die from the Stylish Shapes dies. I trimmed the left end and adhered it with glue dots. I cut four small hearts from Berry Burst card stock using the Give it a Whirl dies and adhered three of them to the card front. I added twinkle gems to each heart.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the sentiment from the Happy Labels photopolymer stamp set in Basic Gray ink on a Basic White panel. I adhered the last Berry Burst die cut heart to the panel and adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

The Stampin’ Up! Little Dreamers bundle is sweet and perfect for babies! I love that there are die cut clouds that you can use in your designs and that they go so well with the cute critters.

Stampin’ Up! Places in the Heart Baby Card

Happy Mother’s Day! I used the sweet Stampin’ Up! Places in the Heart cling stamp set to make a quick card for a new Mom. You can find the supplies I used at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

I went with a monotone theme in Misty Moonlight, so I adhered a panel of Misty Moonlight Bright and Beautiful designer series paper to a Basic White mat and adhered the layered panel to the front of a Misty Moonlight card base with liquid glue.

I used a blending brush to apply Misty Moonlight ink to a Basic White panel and stamped the pretty Mom from the Stampin’ Up! Places in the Heart cling stamp set in Misty Moonlight ink. I adhered the panel to a Misty Moonlight mat and wrapped a length of white baker’s twine around the panel and made a bow. I adhered the panel to the front of the card with dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Places in the Heart stamp set in Misty Moonlight ink on Basic White and punched the bottom with the Banners Pick A Punch. I trimmed the top and adhered it to the card with glue dots. I colored a small clear rhinestone with the light Misty Moonlight Stampin’ Blend and adhered it to the label to finish the card.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Places in the Heart stamp set in Misty Moonlight ink on a Basic White panel. I inked the spatter stamp and stamped off before stamping around the sentiment. I trimmed the bottom with a strip of Bright and Beautiful DSP and adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

The sweet images from the Stampin’ Up! Places in the Heart stamp set perfectly capture a mother’s love. And the sentiments are wonderful too. One of the nice things about the stamped images is that they are beautiful without additional coloring, so it’s a perfect set for a handmade card when you’re short on time.

Stampin’ Up! Elephant Parade for the Inkin’ Krew Blog Hop

Good morning! Welcome to the June Inkin’ Krew Team Blog Hop! The theme for this month’s hop is “Happy Birthday” and I have a baby birthday card made with the sweet Stampin’ Up! Elephant Parade bundle from the new Annual Catalog. You can find the supplies I used at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

I was also inspired by the pretty sketch in the Inspire.Create.Challenges #188:

I adhered a strip of Petal Pink floral Design A Daydream designer series paper to a Petal Pink mat and adhered it to another Petal Pink Design A Daydream DSP with liquid glue. I adhered the layered DSP to the front of a Petal Pink card base. I adhered a panel of leafy swirl Tea Boutique DSP to a Parakeet Party mat and adhered it to the card front with liquid glue.

I cut a Petal Pink panel with the second largest scalloped circle from the Layering Circles dies and stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Elephant Parade cling stamp set in Garden Green on a Basic White panel. I cut it out with the second largest circle from the Stylish Shapes dies and I adhered the circles together with liquid glue.

I cut grass from Parakeet Party using the grass dies from the Elephant dies and adhered them to the layered circles. I stamped the sweet elephant from the Stampin’ Up! Elephant Parade stamp set on Basic White using Basic Gray ink and colored it with Petal Pink and Gray Granite Stampin’ Blends. I cut it out with the coordinating die and popped it on the layered circles with dimensionals.

I stamped the flower from the Stampin’ Up! Elephant Parade stamp set in Basic Gray ink and colored it with Tahitian Tide and Granny Apple Green Stampin’ Blends. I cut it out with the coordinating die and adhered it under the elephant’s trunk. I cut a Petal Pink bow and adhered it to the elephant’s head and adhered the layered circles to the card front with dimensionals. I finished it with three In Color matte dots.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the sentiments from the A Grand Kid cling stamp set in Basic Gray on a Basic White panel. I stamped the balloons from the Stampin’ Up! Elephant Parade stamp set in Basic Gray on the side of the panel in Basic Gray and colored them with Petal Pink, Parakeet Party and Tahitian Tide Stampin’ Blends before adhering it to the inside of the card.

The elephants in the Stampin’ Up! Elephant Parade bundle are so cute and sweet!! They’re perfect for children’s cards and for any occasion where you want a cute critter to send your message!

Stampin’ Up! All For Baby Card

Happy Friday! I used the sweet Stampin’ Up! All For Baby bundle to make a baby girl card for a newborn. This is such a sweet set for making baby cards with onesies, bibs and that sweet teddy bear! You can find the supplies I used at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

I cut a Basic White panel with the second largest Scalloped Contours die. I used the polka dot mask and a palette knife to spread shimmery white embossing paste on a Blushing Bride panel in a polka dot pattern. It’s too bad the shimmer doesn’t show up very well in pictures because it is really pretty! When the embossing paste dried, I adhered the polka dot panel to the scalloped rectangle die cut and adhered it to the front of a Blushing Bride card base with dimensionals.

I stamped the teddy bear from the Stampin’ Up! All For Baby photopolymer stamp set in Sahara Sand on a Basic White panel and cut it out with the coordinating die. I stamped the ruffle sleeve onesie in Blushing Bride ink on Basic White and cut it out with the coordinating die. I cut the second onesie with the die from the Baby Clothes dies from Hand Penned designer series paper. I also used the dies to cut two hangers and the pockets from Blushing Bride and adhered the pockets to the ruffled sleeve onesie with liquid glue. I adhered the hangers to the back of the onesies and adhered the onesies together with glue dots.

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! All For Baby stamp set in Blushing Bride ink on Basic White. I cut the sentiment out with the smallest Scalloped Contours dies. I adhered the label on the polka dotted panel with glue dots and popped the onesies and teddy bear on the panel with dimensionals.

For the inside of the card, I cut a Basic White panel with the largest Scalloped Contours die and stamped the sentiments and little crown from the Prince and Princess photopolymer stamp set in Sahara Sand ink. I stamped the stars from the Stampin’ Up! All For Baby stamp set in the corner and adhered the panel to the inside of the card.

I love baby cards with little onesies and the Stampin’ Up! All For Baby stamp bundle has some real cute ones. It also had great sentiments that make it easy to make something special for the precious little ones!

Stampin’ Up! Baby Pull Toys Card

Good morning! I hope you all have a great weekend and that all the Moms have a wonderful Mother’s Day tomorrow. Today’s card is kind of for Moms, it’s a baby card made with the Stampin’ Up! Baby Pull Toys cling stamp set and the pretty Snail Mail designer series paper. You can find the supplies I used at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

My card was inspired by the wonderful Mojo Monday 559 sketch:

I adhered a panel of pretty heart Snail Mail designer series paper to the bottom of a Blushing Bride card base. I adhered a skinny strip of Smoky Slate card stock on top of the heart DSP. I adhered a panel of the scribbly Snail Mail DSP to a Real Red mat and popped it on the card front with dimensionals.

I stamped the elephant toy from the Stampin’ Up! Baby Bull Toys stamp set in Basic Gray ink on the Basic White panel and colored it with Smoky Slate, Crumb Cake and Real Red Stampin’ Blends. I stamped the heart in Real Red ink. I stamped the elephant head on another Basic White panel and colored the cheeks with the Petal Pink Stampin’ blend and the rest with light Smoky Slate. I fussy cut the head and adhered it to the elephant body and colored it with clear Wink of Stella, because even a baby girl loves a little bling! I adhered the panel to a Smoky Slate mat and then to a Real Red mat and then adhered it to the card front.

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Baby Pull Toys stamp set in Basic Gray ink on a Blushing Bride panel and cut it out with the smallest Taylor Made Tags. I cut another tag from Smoky Slate and adhered them together with a glue dot. I looped a length of white twine through the hole and adhered the tag to the card with dimensionals and a glue dot. I made a quadruple loop bow with Blushing Bride twine and adhered it with a glue dot. I finished the card front with resin hearts.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Baby Pull Toys stamp set in Basic Gray ink on a Basic White panel. I stamped more Real Red hearts next to the sentiment and trimmed the bottom with the heart Snail Mail designer series paper. I adhered the panel to the inside of the card.

The images from the Stampin’ Up! Baby Pull Toys stamp set are so cute and the sentiments are fantastic! And they’re great for any baby occasion – gender reveal parties, baby showers, births and even baby or toddler birthdays! Definitely a stamp set that you will use for a long time – and don’t you love making baby cards?

Stampin’ Up! Wildly Happy Baby Card

Happy President’s Day! If you have off from work today, I hope you’re able to relax and have some fun. I have an unconventional baby card to share today. This is for a country girl, expecting her first baby, who enjoys the outdoors and camping, so I wanted to use the foxes from the Stampin’ Up! Wildly Happy stamp set and put them in a rustic woodland setting. You can find the supplies used to create this card at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

I cut the treetop from the Sweet Silhouettes dies from a Mossy Meadow panel and adhered it to the front of a Sahara Sand card base. I ripped the edge of a panel of Forever Greenery designer series paper and sponged the edges with Crumb Cake and adhered the panel to a panel of In Good Taste designer series paper so that it was offset. I adhered them both to the card front.

I stamped the little foxes from the Stampin’ Up! Wildly Happy stamp set on a Very Vanilla panel in Early Espresso ink and colored them with Pumpkin Pie, Cajun Craze, Petal Pink and Bronze Stampin Blends. I cut it out with the largest stitched oval die from the Stitched Shapes dies and sponged the edge with Crumb Cake ink. I applied some Stampin’ Seal to the Forever Greenery panel and looped some linen thread around it and popped the fox panel on with dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Wildly Happy stamp set on a small panel of Very Vanilla and trimmed the top part of the sentiment. I sponged it lightly with Crumb Cake ink and adhered it to the card with a wooden leaf sprig and lace bow. I finished the card with three champagne rhinestones.

For the inside of the card, carefully inked the bottom of the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Wildly Happy stamp set in Early Espresso ink and stamped it on a Very Vanilla panel. I tore the top edge of the Forever Greenery DSP strip and sponged it with Crumb Cake and adhered it to the bottom of the panel. I adhered a strip of In Good Taste on top and adhered the panel to the inside of the card.

A rustic woodland motif is not your normal baby card, but it’s a natural for these sweet foxes and it’s fun to change things up! I hope you like it.

Stampin’ Up! Hippo Happiness Baby Card

Good Morning!  Today I have something something completely different – a Baby Card made with the Stampin’ Up! Hippo Happiness bundle! You can find the supplies used to create this card at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used. Adhere a strip of the textured Petal Pink paper from the Subtles 6″ x 6″ designer series paper pack to the Petal Pink dotted panel.  Adhere the layered DSP panel to a Whisper White mat and then to the front of a Petal Pink card base with liquid glue. Cut the fancy stitched panel from the Hippo and Friends Dies in the Stampin’ Up! Hippo Happiness bundle from Whisper White.  Stamp the balloons in Soft Sea Foam, Petal Pink and So Saffron on Whisper White and cut them out with the coordinating die.  Stamp the hippo from the Stampin’ Up! Hippo Happiness photopolymer stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black and Petal Pink on Whisper White.  Hint:  Stamp the darkest ink first and the lightest last for easier alignment.  Stamp the face in Memento Tuxedo Black, then the partial body in Petal Pink and the full body in stamped off Petal Pink.  Cut out the Hippo with the coordinating die. Stamp the balloon strings from the Stampin’ Up! Hippo Happiness stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black and the clouds from the Moving Along stamp set in stamped off Balmy Blue on the fancy Whisper White die cut.  Adhere the balloons with glue dots and dimensionals and adhere the hippo with dimensionals.  Stamp the sentiment from the Moving Along stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black ink on Whisper White and cut it out with the small skinny Stitched Rectangles die.  Adhere it to a folded Whisper White ribbon and then to the card front with glue dots.  Pop the hippo fancy panel on the card front with dimensionals. For the inside, stamp the balloons in Petal Pink, So Saffron and Soft Sea Foam on a Whisper White panel.  Adhere a strip of Petal Pink Subtles 6″ x 6″ DSP to the bottom of the panel and adhere the panel to the inside of the card.

The Stampin’ Up! Hippo Happiness bundle has the cutest two step stamping little critters and some great background die cuts that are perfect for children’s cards.  And the Subtles 6″ x 6″ DSP pack with the dots is a perfect compliment.  This is for a baby girl, but the card can also be done in So Saffron or Pear Pizzazz for a gender neutral card or in Balmy Blue or Pool Party for a baby boy.

Stampin’ Up! Welcome Easter New Baby Card

Good Morning! Today I am sharing a fun new baby card made with the cute little lamb from the Stampin’ Up! Welcome Easter cling stamp set. This set has three really cute baby animals, some accent stamps and wonderful sentiments for Easter or celebrating little ones. Sadly is it being retired, so I just had to make a colorful baby card. You can find the supplies I used to create this card at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

I adhered a panel of the polka dot paper from the Best Dressed designer series paper to a Pear Pizzazz mat and layered Dinoroar designer series paper pieces on top of it at wonky angles. I cut three stitched hearts using the little heart die from the retiring Stitched Labels Dies from Pear Pizzazz, Mango Melody and Lovely Lipstick card stock and adhered them around the card because babies and hearts go together – right? I adhered the decorated panel to a Daffodil Delight Card base with dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment in Pear Pizzazz ink on a Whisper White panel and cut it out with the die from the Stitched Rectangle Dies. I added glue dots on the back and attached some ribbon and added a Pretty Peacock rhinestone before adhering it to the card with more glue dots.

I stamped the little lamb from the Stampin’ Up! Welcome Easter stamp set in Basic Gray ink on a Whisper White. I colored it with Light Old Olive, Light Petal Pink and Ivory Stampin’ Blend markers and cut it out with a Layering Circle Die. I cut a scalloped circle from Pretty Peacock and adhered it to the back and popped the lamb on the card with dimensionals.

I adhered a strip of the polka dot Best Dressed DSP to the bottom of a Whisper White panel and added three more hearts to the top corner. I adhered the panel to a Pear Pizzazz mat and then to the inside of the card with multipurpose liquid glue.

Baby cards are always good for a smile and I think any of the baby animals from the Stampin’ Up! Welcome Easter stamp set would have been cute. And fun, colorful designer series paper always goes great in a baby card! Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!
