Stampin’ Up! Nature’s Prints Hello Card

Good Morning! The new Fresh As A Daisy designer series paper is a pretty designer series paper pack with a sheet that has several smaller panels. I paired one of these panels with the beautiful Stampin’ Up! Nature’s Prints cling stamp set for a simple card to share today. You can find the supplies I used at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

I embossed a Wild Wheat panel with the floral pattern in the Basics 3D embossing folders and adhered it to the front of a Wild Wheat card base with liquid glue. I trimmed the Fresh as a Daisy Panel and adhered it to an Early espresso mat and adhered them to the card front with liquid glue.

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Nature’s Prints cling stamp set using VersaMark ink on an Early Espresso panel and sprinkled it with white embossing powder. I shook off the excess and heated the powder with my heat tool until it was bright and shiny. I cut out the sentiment with the large round die from the Radiating Stitches dies.

I adhered a folded length of Wild Wheat ribbon to the card with Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the label on top of the ribbon with dimensionals and finished the card front with In Color dots.

For the inside of the card, I stamped wildflower from the Stampin’ Up! Nature’s Prints stamp set in Wild Wheat ink in the corner of a Basic White panel. I adhered a strip of embossed Wild Wheat card stock to the bottom and adhered it to an Early Espresso mat. I adhered the layered panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

The beautiful Stampin’ Up! Nature’s Prints stamp set and dies continue to be available in the new catalog – Yay!! The sentiments are simple and elegant, and go beautifully with the pretty flowers in the Fresh as a Daisy designer series paper pack and the prints are wonderful stamped in Wild Wheat, one of the new 2023-2025 In Colors!

Stampin’ Up! Taco Fiesta Celebrate Card

Good Morning and Happy Cinco de Mayo! We always find this day as the perfect excuse to enjoy Mexican food with margaritas. So I had to make sure to use the fun Stampin’ Up! Taco Fiesta photopolymer stamp set to make a Celebrate card. You can find the supplies I used at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

I stamped the little candies and confetti from the Stampin’ Up! Taco Fiesta stamp set all over a Basic White panel using Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored the candies with Stampin’ Blends – light Sweet Sorbet, light Daffodil Delight, light Granny Apple Green and light Tahitian Tide. I cut strips of Sweet Sorbet, Tahitian Tide and Granny Apple Green card stock with the fringe die from the Beautiful Balloons dies and adhered them to the bottom of the panel with liquid glue. I adhered the panel to a Basic Black mat and then to the front of a Sweet Sorbet card base.

I cut a Daffodil Delight panel with the second largest circle die from the Stylish Shapes dies and adhered a length of Black Baker’s twine to the top half, wrapping it around the back and securing it with Stampin’ Seal. I stamped the llama piñata from the Stampin’ Up! Taco Fiesta stamp set using Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored it using Stampin’ Blends – dark Sweet Sorbet, dark Daffodil Delight, dark Granny Apple Green and dark Tahitian Tide. I fussy cut it with paper snips and popped it on the die cut circle with dimensionals. I adhered the circle to the card front with dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment from the Share A Milkshake photopolymer stamp set in VersaMark ink on Basic Black and sprinkled it with white embossing powder. I shook off the excess and heated the powder with my heat tool until it was bright and shiny. I cut the sentiment with a banner die from the Stylish Shapes dies and adhered it to the card with dimensionals and Stampin’ Seal. I finished the card with pastel iridescent rhinestones.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the candies from the Stampin’ Up! Taco Fiesta in Memento Tuxedo Black ink in the corner of a Basic White panel and colored them like the front. I adhered it to a Basic Black mat and adhered the layered panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

The Stampin’ Up! Taco Fiesta stamp set is so fun and I had to combine the piñata with the Beautiful Balloons fringe die – aren’t they perfect together? A colorful card to finish off a busy week – with tacos and margaritas for later!

Stampin’ Up! Dainty Delight for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good Morning and welcome to the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop! The Stampin’ Up! Dainty Delight cling stamp set and dies are a wonderful floral set that carried over from the last mini catalog. The sweet stamped flowers are so petite and there are dies that cut them out. I paired the flowers with the Charming Sentiments photopolymer stamp set and Sentiment Silhouettes dies for a Congratulations card. You can find the currently available supplies I used along with card stock cuts at the bottom of my post.

We have a color challenge for our Blog Hop this week, and it’s to use the new 2023-2025 In Colors! Yay!!

I embossed a Basic White panel with the Cane Weave 3D embossing folder and adhered it to a Moody Mauve mat. I popped the layered panel on the front of a Thick Basic White card base. I stamped the two flower bunches from the Stampin’ Up! Dainty Delight stamp set on a Basic White panel using Pebbled Path ink. I cut the flowers out with the coordinating dies.

I used a small water painter to color the flowers using Boho Blue, Moody Mauve, Copper Clay, Wild Wheat and Granny Apple Green inks. The images are small so it works out fine to color on the Basic White card stock, but I did keep the water painter more on the dry side and didn’t let the water puddle on the paper. I also kept a paper towel handy to dry the brush and to flush and clean the tip between colors. After coloring, I adhered the flowers to the card with glue dots.

I stamped the sentiment from the Charming Sentiments in Versamark ink on a Pebbled Path panel and sprinkled it with white embossing powder. I shook off the excess and heated the powder with my heat tool. I cut out the sentiment with the coordinating die and adhered it to the card with glue dots. I colored a length of Linen Thread with the dark Moody Mauve Stampin’ Blend and made a bow. I adhered the bow to the card with a glue dot and finished the card with Brushed Butterfly gems.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the large flower bunch from the Stampin’ Up! Dainty Delight stamp set in Pebbled Path ink on the side of a Basic White panel. I used the small water painter to color the flowers the same as the card front. I stamped the sentiment from the Charming Sentiments stamp set in Pebbled Path ink on the center of the panel and adhered it to a Moody Mauve mat before adhering it to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

It’s Graduation time, so I was thinking of a sweet congratulations card for a young woman graduating with a bright future when I made this card. I love the look that the new In Colors give to the sweet flowers with the water color technique!

Stampin’ Up! Cheerful Daisies Friendship Card

Good Morning! I CASE’d today’s card from one of the pretty Stampin’ Up! Cheerful Daisies cards on the cover of the new 2023-2024 Annual Catalog. I changed the size, stepped it up with additional embellishments and used the largest daisy in the pack instead of the smaller one. You can find the currently available supplies I used at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

I embossed a panel of Bright and Beautiful designer series paper with the Timeworn Type 3D embossing folder and adhered it to the front of a Blueberry Bushel card base. I stamped the outline of the large daisy from the Stampin’ Up! Cheerful Daisies photopolymer stamp set in Berry Burst ink on a Basic White panel. I inked up the filler stamp with Berry Burst ink and stamped off twice before stamping over the petals. I stamped the large flower center in Lemon Lolly ink and cut out the flower with the coordinating die.

I cut a Berry Burst panel with the large detailed petals die from the Stampin’ Up! Cheerful Daisies dies and adhered it to the flower with dots of liquid glue. I stamped the stem and leaves using Pretty Peacock ink on Basic White and cut them out with the coordinating dies. I adhered the stem and leaves to the card front with liquid glue and popped the flower on with dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Cheerful Daisies stamp set in Pretty Peacock ink on Basic White and punched the end with the Banners Pick A Punch. I made a bow with silver metallic ribbon and adhered it to the back of the label before adhering the label to the card with dimensionals. I finished the card with silver metallic pearls.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the detailed side view flower from the Stampin’ Up! Cheerful Daisies stamp set in Berry Burst ink and stamped the filler stamp in twice stamped off Berry Burst ink on the bottom of a Basic White panel. I stamped the small flower center in Lemon Lolly ink and covered the flower with a mask before stamping the leaves and stem in Pretty Peacock ink. I adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

The stamps and dies in the Stampin’ Up! Cheerful Daisies bundle are different, beautiful and so versatile. They can be used in so many ways, and they’re available today! So head over to my Online
Store to check it out with all the other new goodies right away!

Stampin’ Up! Places in the Heart Mother’s Day Card and Video Tutorial

Good Morning! Mother’s Day is a couple of weeks away so I used the sweet Stampin’ Up! Places in the Heart cling stamp set to make a Mother’s day card during my Facebook Live yesterday afternoon. I used it with the new Bright and Beautiful 6″ x 6″ designer series paper and you can find the currently available supplies I used at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

You can watch my FB Live video on my Facebook page HERE. I also posted the video to my YouTube Channel and you can view it HERE.

I adhered a panel of striped Bright and Beautiful 6″ x 6″ designer series paper to the side of a lighter patterned panel of the DSP and adhered them both to the front of an Azure Afternoon card base with liquid glue. Azure Afternoon is one of the new core colors that is coming with the color refresh tomorrow!

I stamped the scene from the Stampin’ Up! Places in the Heart stamp set in Pebbled Path ink (one of the new 20223-2025 In Colors) and colored it with Stampin’ Blends. I used light Bubble Bath, light Petal Pink, light Pecan Pie, light Wild Wheat on the Mom and light Lemon Lime Twist, light Pecan Pie, light Smoky Slate and light Petal Pink on the child. I used a blending brush and mask to apply Azure Afternoon ink to the sky and used light Pretty Peacock Stampin’ Blend on the ground. I cut it out with the fourth largest Deckled Rectangle die.

I stamped the sentiment from the Welcoming Windows photopolymer stamp set in the sky and adhered it to an Azure Afternoon mat. I adhered a Lemon Lime Twist bow to the back with a glue dot and popped it on the card front with dimensionals. I finished the card front with pink Loose Frosted Gems.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Places in the Heart stamp set in Pebbled Path ink on a Basic White panel and trimmed the side with a strip of Bright and Beautiful DSP. I adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

So many of the inks, blends and card stocks I used are new colors that will be available on Tuesday when the new catalog launches. The new colors are also used in the Bright and Beautiful 6″ x 6″ DSP, and along with the sweet Stampin’ Up! Places In The Heart stamp set they make for a colorful, bright and beautiful Mother’s day card.

Stampin’ Up! Irresistible Blooms Card

Good Morning! The Stampin’ Up! Irresistible Blooms bundle is one of the items in Online Exclusives line. The Online Exclusives are not affected by the launch of the new catalog on Tuesday. These products will continue to be available. I’ve paired this sweet bundle with the beautiful Hello Irresistible 6″ x 6″ designer series paper for today’s card. You can find the currently available supplies I used at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

I adhered a geometric panel of the Hello Irresistible 6″ x 6″ designer series paper to the left side of a Pretty Peacock mat with liquid glue. I adhered a leafy pattern of the paper to the right side and wrapped it with a length of glitter white organdy ribbon, tying a knot. I adhered the layered panel to the front of a Lost Lagoon card base, with dimensionals. The leaves are so graceful in that gorgeous DSP!

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Irresistible Blooms cling stamp set in Versamark Ink on Lost Lagoon and sprinkled it with white embossing powder. I shook off the excess and heated the powder with my heat tool until it was bright and shiny. I punched it out with the Double Oval punch. I punched out a Pretty Peacock scalloped oval with the same punch and adhered the punched sentiment to it.

I adhered the label to the front of the card with dimensionals and finished the card with iridescent rhinestones.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the spatter stamp from the Stampin’ Up! Irresistible Blooms stamp set in Lost Lagoon in the corners of a Basic White panel. I stamped the sentiment in Pretty Peacock and adhered a strip of Hello Irresistible DSP to the side. I adhered the panel to a Pretty Peacock mat and adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

With all the excitement of the the new catalog, it’s easy to overlook the beautiful Stampin’ Up! Irresistible Blooms bundle and Hello Irresistible DSP! It’s still available and the stock many items have been replenished! It was a clue that Pretty Peacock and Lost Lagoon colors would be returning to the Stampin’ Up! color families. And yes, they’ll be available on Tuesday when the new catalog opens.

Join me for a Facebook Live This Afternoon!

I’ll be going live on my Facebook Business Page this afternoon to make a Mother’s Day card with the returning Places In The Heart Cling Stamp set. I hope you can join me at 1:00 ET today!

I adhered a Balmy Blue panel of Country Gingham 6″ x 6″ designer series paper on top of the embossed panel and there’s the card sketch for the challenge!

I cut all the dies for the three layered daisy flowers in the Stampin’ Up! Cheerful Daisies dies from Basic White. I used Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends to color the flower centers on the large multi-flower die cut and cut the leaves off with my paper snips. I adhered the back die cut layers to each flower with liquid glue and recolored the centers with the light Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blend. I adhered the top detailed die cut layers to each flower and adhered the flowers to the card with dimensionals.

I stamped six leaves from the Stampin’ Up! Cheerful Daisies photopolymer stamp set in Garden Green ink on Basic White and cut them out with the coordinating die. I adhered them to the card front with a glue dot. I stamped the sentiment from the Happy Labels stamp set in Garden Green ink on Balmy Blue. I adhered it to a Basic White mat and adhered it to the card with glue dots. I finished the card with a Balmy Blue and white bow and gold sequins.

For the inside of the card, I trimmed the side of a Basic White panel with a strip of Country Garden DSP and adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal. This leaves plenty of room for a personal note.

Here’s the Stampin’ Up! Cheerful Daisies bundle – the photopolymer stamp set and coordinating dies. It will be available on Tuesday, May 2 when the 2023-2024 Annual Catalog opens for orders!

I love the fresh look of white daisies against a blue background and the retiring Country Gingham 6″ x 6″ DSP is the perfect backdrop for the beautiful die cut daisies from the new Stampin’ Up! Cheerful Daisies bundle.

Stampin’ Up! Tropical Leaf Hello Card

Good Morning! The Stampin’ Up! Tropical Leaf bundle is a stamp and punch bundle that is part of the Online Exclusives. I used used it to make a tag hello card with some retiring products for a simple card for today. You can find the supplies I used at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

I embossed a panel of the retiring Fancy Flora 6″ x 6″ designer series paper with the Painted Texture 3D embossing folder and adhered it to the front of a Soft Succulent card base. I love how the embossing brings the painted textures in the DSP to life with additional dimension! And it’s nice to get another card with the pretty retiring Soft Succulent In Color.

I stamped the stems from the Stampin’ Up! Tropical Leaf photopolymer stamp set in Garden Green ink on a Soft Succulent panel. I stamped three small leaves in Garden Green ink at the top of the stems and stamped the veins over the leaves in Evening Evergreen ink. I cut the panel with the large angle tag die from the Tailor made tags. I split some Evening Evergreen ribbon and looped it through the tag hole. I looped a short length of Garden green ink through the hole and tied the ribbons with Linen Thread, making a bow. I adhered the tag to the card front with dimensionals.

I stamped three large leaves from the Stampin’ Up! Tropical Leaf stamp set in Garden Green ink on Basic White. I stamped the veins over the leaves in Evening Evergreen and punched them out with the Tropical Leaf punch. I adhered them to the card with dimensionals, double layering the dimensionals at the leaf tips where they adhered directly to the card (instead of the tag). I stamped the sentiment in Garden Green on a Balmy Blue panel and cut it out with the small oval die from the All That dies. I adhered the label to the tag with glue dots and finished it with a blue pastel iridescent gemstone.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the large leaf from the Stampin’ Up! Tropical Leaf stamp set in Garden Green and the veins in Evening Evergreen. I covered the leaf with a mask and stamped the small leaf and stem in Garden Green. I stamped the small leaf veins in Evening Evergreen before removing the mask. I adhered a strip of embossed DSP to the bottom and adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

The Stampin’ Up! Tropical Leaf bundle is a simple set that really makes nice tropical cards! I’m really surprised that the simplicity of the three stems and leaves make such pretty cards. And the sentiments are great – the casual font has so much energy and stamp so well. So we’ll say bye bye to retiring colors and enjoy the Online Exclusives until the new catalog debuts next week!
