Stampin’ Up! Two-Tone Flora You Matter Card

Good Morning! The Stampin’ Up! Two-Tone Flora bundle is a beautiful two step stamping floral bundle with coordinating dies. Today, I used it to make a soft pink rose to pair with the pretty Sale-A-Bration Dainty Flowers designer series paper. You can find the supplies I used at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

I adhered a Night of Navy geometric panel of Dainty Flowers DSP to a floral Dainty Flowers panel with liquid glue and adhered it to a Blushing Bride mat. I adhered the layered panel to the front of a Night of Navy Card base with dimensionals. I stamped the sentiment from the Something Fancy stamp set in Orchid Oasis ink on a Basic White panel and cut it out with the small rectangle label die for the Something Fancy dies. I adhered the label to the card with liquid glue.

I stamped the large flower from the Stampin’ Up! Two-Tone Flora photopolymer stamp set in Blushing Bride ink on Basic White. I stamped the detailed image in full strength ink and the filler stamp in stamped off ink. I used the same technique to stamp the small flower cluster in Orchid Oasis ink annd stamped the leaf spray in Mossy Meadow ink. I cut them out with the coordinating dies.

I adhered the leaf spray to the card with liquid glue and adhered the two floral die cuts with dimensionals. I made a triple bow with Starry Sky bakers twine and tucked it under the flowers, adhering it with a glue dot. I finished the card with Milky dots, using yellow ones for the flower centers and pink ones around the card.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the leaf spray from the Stampin’ Up! Two-Tone Flora stamp set in Mossy Meadow ink in the corner of a Basic White panel. I stamped the sentiment from the Something Fancy stamp set in Orchid Oasis ink and trimmed the bottom with a strip of the Sale-A-Bration Dainty Flowers DSP. I adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stamping’ Seal.

The Stampin’ Up! Two-Tone Flora bundle is one of many pretty floral sets in the current mini catalog. And it goes great with the beautiful Dainty Flowers Sale-A-Bration designer series paper. But this paper will only be available while supplies last during Sale-A-Bration, so be sure to get yours while it’s available. Sale-A-Bration ends on February 28 – less than two weeks away!

Stampin’ Up! Something Fancy with Delicate Flowers Cards

Good Morning! The new Delicate Flowers Sale-A-Bration designer series paper is full of beautiful flowers and is perfect for simple cards designed to show off beautiful DSP. I have paired the paper with the Stampin’ Up! Something Fancy bundle to show you 4 pretty floral cards that you can easily make. You can find the supplies I used at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

My first card uses the Good You Do sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Something Fancy cling stamp set. I adhered a panel of the pretty oval flowers from the Dainty Flowers designer series paper to a Rich Razzleberry mat and adhered it to the front of a Blushing Bride card base. I stamped the sentiment in Blackberry Bliss ink on a Basic White panel and cut it out with the small fancy rectangle die. I adhered it to a Rich Razzleberry die cut from the larger fancy rectangle die and popped it on the card front with dimensionals. I adhered a Linen Thread bow to the bottom of the label with glue dots and accented the card with three Petal Pink Milky Dots.

My second card uses the largest floral pattern in the Dainty Flowers DSP. I adhered a panel to an Old Olive Card base with liquid glue. I cut a rectangle panel of the Dainty Flowers DSP and adhered it to a Mossy Meadow mat. I wrapped a length of linen thread around the panel and tied a bow and adhered the panel to the card front with dimensionals. I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Something Fancy stamp set in Versamark ink on a Mossy Meadow strip. I sprinkled it with white embossing powder and shook off the excess. I heated it with my heat tool until it was bright and shiny and cut it out with the small label die. I cut a Crushed Curry panel with the same die and adhered it to the back of the sentiment with liquid glue and adhered the layered label to the card front with dimensionals. I accented the card with three Mango Melody Milky Dots.

For my third card, I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Something Fancy stamp set in Starry Sky ink on a panel of Dainty Flowers designer series paper. I embossed the panel with the Timeworn Type 3D embossing folder and adhered it to a Starry Sky mat before adhering it to an Orchid Oasis card base with dimensionals. I used the large square from the Stylish Shapes dies to cut the small floral panel of the DSP and adhered it to a Starry Sky mat. I wrapped it twice with Linen Thread and made a bow before adhering it to the card front with dimensionals. I finished it with three Night of Navy Milky Dots.

For the last card, I adhered a Starry Sky checked strip of Dainty Flowers DSP to a floral panel and adhered them both to a Blushing Bride mat. I wrapped it with Linen Thread and made a bow and adhered it to a Starry Sky card base with dimensionals. I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up Something Fancy stamp set in Starry Sky ink on Basic White and cut it out with the small fancy label die. I cut a Starry Sky panel with the large fancy label die and adhered it to the back and adhered the layered label to the card front with dimensionals. I finished the card with three Night of Navy Milky Dots.

For the insides of the cards, I just adhered a strip of coordinating Dainty Flowers DSP to a Basic White panel and adhered them to the inside of the cards with Stampin’ Seal.

The Stampin’ Up! Something Fancy bundle has so many pretty sentiments and wonderful label dies! Linen Thread is one of my favorite ribbons as it lends a natural element to projects and goes with everything, so I had to add it to each of the cards. The new adhesive Milky Dots are also so pretty – they’re smooth, shiny and so lustrous, so I had to use these too. And the Sale-A-Bration Dainty Flowers DSP has so many beautiful patterns that are so easy to mix and match for making pretty floral cards for any occasion. You can choose it for free with a $50 order during Sale-A-Bration while supplies last.

Stampin’ Up! Two-Tone Flora Congratulations Card

Good Morning! Today I have another sneak peek of the beautiful Stampin’ Up! Two-Tone Flora bundle from the upcoming January-April 2023 Mini Catalog that will be available on January 5, 2023. This gorgeous bundle is part of the Fancy Flora suite and I also used the Fancy Flora 6″ x 6″ designer series paper and the Something Fancy stamp set from that suite in todays card. You can find the currently available supplies I used at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

I adhered a panel of Fancy Flora 6″ x 6″ designer series paper to an Orchid Oasis mat with liquid glue and adhered it to the front of an Orchid Oasis card base with dimensionals. I stamped the two large flowers from the Stampin’ Up! Two-Tone Flora photopolymer stamp set in Polished Pink ink on Basic White. I stamped the detailed stamps first and then stamped the background stamps in stamped off Polished Pink and lined up the flower centers – I found this pretty easy to do. I cut them out with the coordinating dies and colored the centers with the light Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blend marker.

I stamped two sets of the leaf clusters from the Stampin’ Up! Two-Tone Flora stamp set in Soft Succulent ink on Basic White and cut them out with the coordinating die. I adhered them to the card front with glue dots. I stamped two sets of the two-stem small flower clusters in Daffodil Delight ink, by stamping the detail stamp full strength and the background stamp in stamped off Daffodil Delight. These were easy to line up by using the flower centers as well. I cut them out with the coordinating die and adhered them to the card front with glue dots. I adhered two large Polished Pink roses on top with dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment from the Something Fancy stamp set in Versamark ink on Orchid Oasis. I sprinkled it with white embossing powder and shook off the excess. I heated the powder with my heat tool until it was bright and shiny and cut it out with my paper snips and adhered it with dimensionals and glue dots. I made a bow with Fresh Freesia ribbon and adhered it with glue dots. I finished the card front with three iridescent pastel gems.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the small flower clusters from the Stampin’ Up! Two-Tone Flora stamp set in Daffodil Delight just like the card front in the corner of a Basic White panel. I stamped the sentiment from the Something Fancy stamp set in Orchid Oasis in the middle and trimmed the bottom of the panel with a strip of Fancy Flora 6″ x 6″ DSP. I adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

The stamped floral images come out so pretty and they are fairly easy to line up. And the Fancy Flora 6″ x 6″ designer series paper is also pretty, reminiscent of an impressionist oil painting. Here is my card with the Stampin’ Up! Two-Tone Flora bundle, the gems and some of the pretty DSP.

Here is the stamp set and dies in the bundle:

And here is the other stamp bundle in the Fancy Flora suite, the Something Fancy bundle. I love the dies in this sentiment bundle!

I love the traditional floral look of the two-step stamped flowers in the Stampin’ Up! Two-Tone Flora bundle and actually all the gorgeous items in the Fancy Flora suite. It will all be available on January 5, 2023!

Stampin’ Up! Two-Tone Flora for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good Morning and welcome to the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop! The upcoming January-April Mini Catalog has so many pretty new bundles and one of my favorites is the Stampin’ Up! Two-Tone Flora bundle. It is part of the Fancy Flora Suite that is pictured on the front of the catalog. I used many products in this suite for today’s card and they will all be available on January 5, 2023 when the catalog goes live. You can find the currently available supplies I used along with card stock cuts at the bottom of my post.

We have a sketch challenge this week and here is the pretty card sketch we are using this week:

I cut a panel of ombre Orchid Oasis Fancy Flora 6″ x 6″ designer series paper with the large background die from the Stampin’ Up Two-Tone Flora dies and adhered it to another panel of Fancy Flora DSP with dots of liquid glue. A few pieces are separated from the main panel and need to be adhered individually. I adhered the panel to the front of a Pool Party card base.

I stamped the leaf spray from the Stampin’ Up! Two-Tone Flora photopolymer stamp set in Soft Succulent ink on Basic White and cut it out with the coordinating die. I adhered it to the card front with glue dots and made a loopy bow with Starry Sky metallic ribbon and adhered it on the leaf spray.

I stamped the sentiment from the Something Fancy cling stamp set in Orchid Oasis ink on Petal Pink card stock. I cut it out with the pretty label die from the Something Fancy dies and adhered it to the card with dimensionals. I finished the card with three Calypso Coral iridescent jewels.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the leaves from the Stampin’ Up! Two-Tone Flora stamp set in Soft Succulent and Evening Evergreen in the corners of a Basic White panel and trimmed the bottom with a strip of Fancy Flora 6″ x 6″ DSP. I stamped the medium flower detail stamp in Orchid Oasis and stamped the solid flower over it in stamped off Orchid Oasis. I stamped the details of the small flower in Calypso Coral and the background in Petal Pink. I cut the flowers out with the coordinating dies and adhered them to the corners of the panel. I trimmed the flowers and adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

The Fancy Flora Suite is beautiful and I really love the Stampin’ Up! Two-Tone Flora bundle! The two-step stamping flowers are fun to make and easy to do and they come out beautiful! I love that they all have coordinating dies and the beautiful floral background die is really gorgeus!

Stampin’ Up! Something Fancy Thank You Cards

Good Morning! Here’s a sneak peek of some new products from the upcoming January – April Mini Catalog. I used the Stampin’ Up! Something Fancy bundle to make some cheery Thank You cards! I paired this bundle with the new Cane Weave 3D embossing folder and the Sale-A-Bration Dandy Designs designer series paper. These new products will be available on January 5, 2023. You can find the currently available supplies I used at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

I wanted to focus on the pretty patterns in the Sale-A-Bration Dandy Designs designer series paper. This is an item that you can get for FREE with a $100 order during Sale-A-Bration starting January 5, 2023. It has 48 sheets of 12″ x 12″ double sided paper – 4 each of 12 designs. I only used 4 of the designs and paired them with coordinating cardstock and stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black ink to keep it simple.

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Something Fancy cling stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black ink on card stock. I cut it out with the hexagon die from the bundle. I used the large tag and teardrop dies from the bundle to cut a panel of Dandy Designs Sale-A-Bration DSP and adhered the hexagon label to it with dimensionals. I used the new Cane Weave 3D embossing folder to emboss another card stock panel and adhered it to the front of a Basic White note card with liquid glue. I used liquid glue to adhere the tag to the card front and finished it with a bow made with a coordinating ribbon and a glossy dot. I left the inside of the card blank – the note cards are pretty substantial so the card doesn’t look flimsy, and it leaves plenty of room for a personal note. Plus the note cards come with perfectly sized envelopes!

Here is a picture of most of the new supplies I used. I love that new cane weave embossing folder, it’s another great subtle texture background! Here’s the Stampin’ Up! Something Fancy bundle.

There are sentiments for lots of occasions and I love the casual elegance of the new script font. The coordinating label dies are also perfect – there are so many sizes and shape options that are going to be great for layering! And they will be great with other sentiments in your stash as well!

Tag cards are always fun and this one is easy to put together. But it’s also full of texture with the embossed background, dimension and embellishments. The January – April 2023 Mini Catalog and Sale-A-Bration start on January 5, 2023.

The July–December 2022 Mini Catalog will be retiring soon! It’s always bittersweet to see a classic Stampin’ Up! catalog take a trip to retirement. But, we’re looking forward to all the new products on their way—and we hope you are, too!
