Stampin’ Up! Brewed For You Oktoberfest Card with Video Tutorial

Good Morning! Here is the Stampin’ Up! Brewed For You Oktoberfest card that I made during my Facebook Live yesterday afternoon. Oktoberfest is a great excuse to gather with friends over beer and German food (which I love!) in the Fall and the Brewed For You bundle is perfect for this occasion! You can find the supplies I used at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

You can watch my Facebook live from yesterday afternoon HERE. I have also posted it to my YouTube Channel and you can view it HERE.

Adhere a panel of Boughs of Holly designer series paper to a Soft Suede mat with liquid glue. Adhere a strip of Cajun Craze Rustic Harvest DSP across the panel with liquid glue. Cut a panel of Layering Designs vellum with the largest circle die from the Stylish Shapes dies. Adhere the vellum to the panel with Stampin’ Seal. Adhere the panel to the front of a Cajun Craze Card base with dimensionals.

Stamp two of the mugs from the Stampin’ Up! Brewed For You photopolymer stamp set in Gray Granite on Basic White. Use the mug fill stamp to add Crushed Curry to the middle of each mug. Stamp the mug foam stamp twice in Gray Granite on Basic White. Cut out the mugs and foam with the coordinating dies. Use dots of liquid glue to adhere the foam to the back of the mugs. Adhere the top mug to the card with glue dots. Adhere the second mug to the card with dimensionals.

Stamp the sentiment from the Splendid Thoughts cling stamp set in Soft Suede ink on Gray Granite card stock. Cut it out with the short thick banner die from the Stylish Shapes dies. Adhere the label to the card front with dimensionals and finish with a small rustic dot.

For the inside of the card, stamp the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Brewed For You stamp set in Soft Suede ink on a Basic White panel. Stamp the large jug next to the sentiment in Gray Granite ink. Trim the bottom of the panel with a strip of Rustic Harvest DSP and adhere the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

The Stampin’ Up! Brewed For You bundle is perfect for making masculine cards, but I think that Oktoberfest can also be enjoyed by us gals! But if there’s a man in your life with a Fall birthday, this is the perfect bundle to pull out for a birthday card!

Stampin’ Up! Merriest Moments Christmas Card

Good Morning! Happy World Card Making Day! I hope you have a wonderful weekend and have some time to craft. I made a Christmas card with the Stampin’ Up! Merriest Moments stamp set for today. You can find the supplies I used at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

Emboss a Basic White panel with the Merry Melody 3D embossing folder and adhere it to a Basic White mat.

Use the Christmas Banner dies to cut three pine sprigs from Soft Succulent and two leaf clusters from Shaded Spruce and adhere them to the embossed panel with liquid glue. Wrap some gold trim around the die cuts, and adhere with glue dots.

Pine sprig and leaf cluster placement with gold trim.

Stamp the flowers from the Stampin’ Up! Merriest Moments photopolymer stamp sets in Cherry Cobbler on Basic White. Stamp two each of the flowers and cut them out with the coordinating dies. Cut two of the smaller poinsettia clusters from Cherry Cobbler and adhere them together with liquid glue to make two 3 layer flowers. Adhere the flowers to the embossed panel with dimensionals.

Stamp the Sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Merriest Moments stamp set in Shaded Spruce on Basic White. Cut the sentiment with the 2nd smallest long skinny Stitched Rectangle die and adhere it to the panel with glue dots. Adhere the decorated panel to the front of a Cherry Cobbler card base with dimensionals. Finish the card front with gold pearls on the flower centers and around the greenery.

For the inside of the card, stamp the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Merriest Moments stamp set in Shaded Spruce ink on a Basic White panel. Stamp the small flower in Cherry Cobbler next to the sentiment and the flower center in Crushed Curry. Stamp the sprigs in Soft Succulent around the flower and adhere the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

Another Christmas card done, thank goodness for the pretty Stampin’ Up! Merriest Moments stamp set. The pretty flowers make wonderful and easy cards, even without the beautiful Merriest Frames Hybrid embossing folder. Now relax and have some fun making cards!

Stampin’ Up! Cottage Wreaths Grateful Card for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good morning and welcome to the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop! I have another Fall card made with the pretty Stampin’ Up! Cottage Wreaths bundle and the Leaf Fall 3D embossing folder. Today I paired them with the pretty Fall Celebrate Everything designer series paper. You can find the supplies I used along with card stock cuts at the bottom of my post.

We have a pretty sketch challenge this week:

I embossed a panel of Pear Pizzazz card stock with the Leaf Fall 3D embossing folder and adhered it to the front of a Pear Pizzazz card base. I used a blending brush to apply Crumb Cake ink to the front of a panel of Celebrate Everything designer series paper.

I cut the panel with the fourth largest deckled rectangle die and embossed it with the Leaf Fall 3D embossing folder. I adhered it to a Basic Black mat and adhered it to the card front with liquid glue. I cut Shaded Spruce panel with the die from the Stampin’ Up! Cottage Wreaths bundle and adhered it to the card front with liquid glue. I colored a Textural Elements sprig with the dark Crumb Cake Stampin’ blend and adhered it to the card front with glue dots.

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Cottage Wreaths photopolymer stamp set with in Memento Tuxedo Black on Pear Pizzazz. I cut it out with the Deckled Rectangles die by cutting one corner, moving the die and cutting the next corner and adhered the label to a Basic Black mat. I made a loopy linen thread bow and adhered it to the card with a glue dot before adhering the label with dimensionals. I finished the label with a Crushed Curry die cut leaf sprig and a red rhinestone jewel.

I used a blending Brush to apply Crumb Cake ink to a strip of Celebrate Everything DSP and adhered it to the bottom of a Basic White panel I adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

The Stampin’ Up! Cottage Wreaths is a great bundle for making wreath cards! There are so many stamping and die cutting options, you’re sure to find a style for any occasion!

Stampin’ Up! Cottage Wreaths Card with Video Tutorial

Good Morning! Here is the Stampin’ Up! Cottage Wreaths grateful card that I made during my Facebook Live yesterday afternoon. I’m going to be sending these to my family at Thanksgiving, so I’m considering them Thanksgiving cards. Plus it’s a fun fold, so they should enjoy receiving them! You can find the supplies I used at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

You can watch my Facebook live from yesterday afternoon HERE. I have also posted it to my YouTube Channel and you can view it HERE.

Adhere the left side of the Sahara Sand card base shut with liquid glue to form the book hinge. Adhere the Happy Forest Friends designer series paper panels to the Mossy Meadow mats with liquid glue and adhere them to the front panels of the card base with liquid glue, the skinny strip on the book hinge. Wrap a length of Old Olive ribbon around the book hinge and make a bow, securing it with a glue dot.

Emboss a Sahara Sand panel with the pretty Leaf Fall 3D embossing folder and adhere it to a Mossy Meadow mat with liquid glue. Adhere the layered panel to the card front with dimensionals. Stamp the leafy wreath from the Stampin’ Up! Cottage Wreaths photopolymer stamp set using Mango Melody ink on Basic White. Stamp the twiggy leaf over the leafy wreath using Soft Suede ink and cut out the wreath with the leafy wreath die. Adhere the wreath to the card front with liquid glue.

Cut two leaf clusters from Cajun Craze and two Oak leaves from Mossy Meadow using the dies from the Country Wreaths dies. Adhere the leaves to the top of the wreath with liquid glue. Make a bow from a length of Linen Thread and adhere it to the top of the wreath with a glue dot. Stamp the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Cottage Wreaths stamp set in Cajun Craze on a So Saffron panel. Adhere it to a Mossy Meadow mat and to the wreath with liquid glue. Finish the wreath with amber gems.

For the inside of the card, stamp the little oak leaves and acorns from the Stampin’ Up! Cottage Wreaths stamp set in the corner of a Basic White panel. Stamped the leaves in Old Olive, Cajun Craze & Mango Melody and the acorns in Soft Suede. If your stamp pads are a little dry, use a blender pen to blend the colors a little and soften the tiny dots. Trim the bottom of the panel with Happy Forest Friends DSP and adhere the panel to the inside of the card.

With Fall in the air, I’m ready to plant mums and decorate a Fall wreath for my front door. The Stampin’ Up! Cottage Wreaths bundle is perfect for wreath cards for any time of year, so be sure to check it out!

We have a fun color challenge this week. The Rustic Harvest DSP was perfect for this and I popped it with Sweet Sorbet.

I adhered a panel of Rustic Harvest designer series paper to a Basic Black card base with liquid glue. I cut the large floral dies from the Stampin’ Up! Fond Of Autumn bundle from Basic White using both the detailed die and the outline die. I cut the outline die from a Basic Black panel and adhered them together with liquid glue. I adhered the die cut to the card front with liquid glue.

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Fond Of Autumn photopolymer stamp set in Versamark ink on Basic Black. I sprinkled it with white embossing powder and shook off the excess. I heat set the powder with my heat tool until it was shiny. I cut it out with the Stylish Shapes banner die and adhered it to the card front with dimensionals.

I stamped the flower from the Stampin’ Up! Fond Of Autumn stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored it with Sweet Sorbet and Basic Black Stampin’ Blends. I cut it out with the coordinating die. I adhered a folded length of black and white gingham ribbon and adhered it to the card front with glue dots. I adhered the flower over the ribbon and label with dimensionals and finished with three white dots.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the flower from the Stampin’ Up! Fond Of Autumn stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black ink on a Basic White panel. I colored it with Sweet Sorbet and Basic Black Stampin’ Blends. I trimmed the bottom with a strip of Rustic Harvest DSP and adhered the panel to the inside of the card.

The Stampin’ Up! Fond Of Autumn bundle is really pretty and perfect for fall cards! I can’t wait to play with it again!

Stampin’ Up! Apple Harvest Thank You Card

Good Morning! One of the die sets that is available this month as part of the Perfect Partners promotion is the Apple Blossoms Dies and they coordinate with the pretty Stampin’ Up! Apple Harvest cling stamp set. I used the stamp set and dies to make this pretty thank you card because I went apple picking last weekend at my local orchard! It was so much fun and the weather was beautiful! But back to the card – you can find the supplies I used at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

I adhered the two small panels of the 2022-2024 In Color 6″ x 6″ designer series paper to the card front and the small Sweet Sorbet panel with liquid glue. I adhered the large Sweet Sorbet DSP panel to the inside of the card with liquid glue. I used Tear & Tape adhesive to adhere the small layered panel to the front of the card, being careful not to tape the card shut. I cut a panel of Basic White with the 5th largest Stitched Rectangle die. I used a blending brush to apply a light wash of Pool Party ink across the front. I adhered the die cut to the card front with liquid glue.

I stamped the the apple branch and the single apple from the Stampin’ Up! Apple Harvest stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black ink on Basic White. I colored the apples in Sweet Sorbet and the leaves in Granny Apple Green Stampin’ Blends. I used Soft Suede for the stem and seeds and added touches of light So Saffron to the apple center and light Petal Pink to the flower centers. I cut the apples out with the coordinating dies from the Apple Blossom dies and adhered the single apple to the card front with liquid glue.

I adhered the second apple die cut to the card front with dimensionals. I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Apple Harvest stamp set in Versamark ink on Sweet Sorbet and sprinkled it with white embossing powder. I shook off the excess and heat set the powder with my heat tool until it was shiny. I cut it out with the label die from the Tree Trimmings dies, another die set that is available as part of the Perfect Partners promotion this month. I adhered the label to the card front with dimensionals and glue dots. I adhered some light Tahitian Tide matte dots to the card around the flowers and leaves. I made a bow from Pool Party ribbon and adhered it to the card front with a glue dot.

For the inside of the card, used the 4th largest Stitched Rectangle die to cut a Basic White panel. I stamped the flower from the Stampin’ Up! Apple Harvest stamp set in the corner in Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I used the light Petal Pink Stampin’ Blend to color the center and adhered the die cut rectangle to the inside of the card with liquid glue so that it is hidden under the front flap when the card is closed.

The Stampin’ Up! Apple Harvest stamp set is such a pretty set and I love the wonderful dies that the Perfect Partners promotion brings!

Stampin’ Up! Sweet Candy Canes Christmas Card

Good Morning! Here is the Stampin’ Up! Sweet Candy Canes Christmas card that I made during my Facebook Live yesterday afternoon. It’s been a while since I did a video and it was good to get back into the swing of things – my plan is to continue to do this weekly on Sunday afternoons.

This bundle is so festive and fun! It goes well with the Sweetest Christmas designer series paper, you can even use the dies to cut out candy canes from the DSP! You can find the supplies I used at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

You can watch my Facebook live from yesterday afternoon HERE. I have also posted it to my YouTube Channel and you can view it HERE.

Use the large striped background die from the Stampin’ Up! Sweet Candy Canes bundle to cut a white glimmer paper panel and adhere the die cut stripes to the front of a Sweet Sorbet Card base. Cut a panel of Basic White with the second largest scalloped circle from the Layering Circle dies and a panel of Sweetest Christmas DSP with the second largest stitched circle from the Stylish Shapes dies. Adhere the circles together and adhere them to the center of the card with liquid glue.

Use the Christmas Banners dies to cut a panel of Soft Succulent card stock with the pine sprig die and a panel of Shaded Spruce with the leaf sprig die. Adhere them to the card front with glue dots. Stamp two of the small leaf sprigs from the Stampin’ Up! Sweet Candy Canes cling stamp set in Garden Green on Basic White and cut them out with the coordinating die. Adhere them to the card front with glue dots. Stamp the candy cane in Sweet Sorbet on Basic White and cut it out with the coordinating die. Adhere the candy cane to the card front with dimensionals.

Stamp the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Sweet Candy Canes stamp set in Sweet Sorbet on Basic White. Cut it out with the wide banner die from the Stylish Shapes dies and adhere it to the card front with dimensionals and glue dots. Loop a length of white baker’s twine through the top of a Jingle Bell trinket and make a bow. Adhere the jingle bell to the card front with a glue dot. Finish the card with three dots of red pearlized enamel accents and let them dry for about 1 hour so they don’t smudge (I did the inside of the card first and then had a finished card when the dots dried!).

For the inside of the card, stamp the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Sweet Candy Canes stamp set in Sweet Sorbet on a Basic White panel. Stamp the little leaf sprig in Garden Green under the sentiment and adhere a strip of Sweetest Christmas DSP to the bottom before adhering it to the inside of the card.

I love candy canes and always put them on my Christmas Tree, so the Stampin’ Up! Sweet Candy Canes is perfect to celebrate the holiday! The sentiments are wonderful for holiday greetings inside and outside your card and when paired with the Christmas Banners bundle and the Sweet Christmas DSP, you have everything you need for a variety of beautiful Christmas cards, tags and favors!

Stampin’ Up! Hello Harvest for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good morning and welcome to the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop! I made another Fall hello note card with the pretty Stampin’ Up! Hello Harvest bundle. I love the debossed die cut pumpkin on card stock – you can really see the texture! You can find the supplies I used along with card stock cuts at the bottom of my post.

We have a sketch challenge this week and this was a challenge! I softened the angles by using the curvy Seasonal Labels dies – it’s kind of close.

I was also inspired by the pretty fall colors in the Sunday Stamps SSC291 Autumn Rays Challenge:

I embossed a Crushed Curry panel of Rustic Harvest designer series paper with the beautiful Leaf Fall 3D embossing folder and adhered it to the front of a Crushed Curry Card base. I cut a Mossy Meadow panel of the Rustic Harvest DSP with the large Seasonal Label die and embossed it with the Leaf Fall 3D embossing folder before adhering it to the card front.

I stamped sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Hello Harvest cling stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black ink on Crushed Curry. I stamped the dotted line under the sentiment in Memento Tuxedo Black before cutting it out with the Seasonal Labels die. I adhered it to the card front with glue dots. I colored a Textural Element berry branch with the Soft Suede Stampin’ Blend and adhered it with glue dots. I cut the pumpkin from Pumpkin Pie and the stem from Soft Suede. I put them together with liquid glue before adhering them to the card front with dimensionals.

I stamped 4 flowers from the Stampin’ Up! Hello Harvest stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black on Basic White. I colored them with Cajun Craze and So Saffron Stampin’ Blends and adhered them to the card with dimensionals and glue dots. I finished the card with an amber gemstone.

For the inside of the card, I the flower from the Stampin’ Up! Hello Harvest stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black ink on a Basic White panel. I colored it with Cajun Craze and So Saffron Stampin’ Blends. I trimmed the bottom with a strip of Rustic Harvest DSP and adhered the panel to the inside of the card.

The Stampin’ Up! Hello Harvest bundle is pretty versatile with the pretty stamped and die pumpkins and fall flowers. I hope you agree my interpretation of the Blog Hop sketch is close enough.
