Stampinโ€™ Up! Eden’s Garden Sneak Peek

Happy Halloween! I don’t have a Halloween card today as trick or treating will begin shortly. I do have another sneak peek at the new Stampin’ Up! Eden’s Garden bundle that will be available on Tuesday! In today’s card, I paired the pretty cling stamp set and Ever Eden specialty designer series paper with the Encircled in Beauty dies to create a fancy filigree medallion for the sentiment. You can find the currently available supplies I used at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

I adhered a panel of Soft Succulent and Gold foil Ever Eden specialty designer series paper to the front of a Soft Succulent card base. I cut a panel of brushed gold foil with the large outline Encircled In Beauty die and the panel of Basic White with both the outline die and the inside detailed die. This makes a pretty lacy circle medallion that fits perfectly in the gold foil, so I adhered them together with small dots of liquid glue.

I cut the medium filigree circle die from Soft Succulent and adhered it to the center of the gold and white circle medallion with liquid glue. I inked up the large leaf sprig from the Stampin’ Up! Eden’s Garden in Soft Succulent, stamped it off and then stamped it in the bottom of a Basic White panel. I Stamped the sentiment in Evening Evergreen over the leaf sprig and cut it out with the third smallest Layering Circles die.

I adhered the sentiment circle to the center of the medallion with dimensionals and adhered the medallion to the card front with liquid glue. I used the pretty new Garden gems to make a jeweled leaf and berry sprig on the bottom of the label where the leaf sprig was stamped. I adhered a Soft Succulent bot to the other side to finish the card front.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Eden’s Garden stamp set in Evening Evergreen in the center of a Basic White panel. I stamped the large leaf sprig several times around the bottom and top (after stamping off) in Soft Succulent, and adhered a strip of Ever Eden DSP to the bottom. I adhered the panel to the inside of the card.

The gold foil touches in the Ever Eden DSP are just beautiful and such an elegant compliment to the pretty greenery and sentiments in the Stampin’ Up! Eden’s Garden cling stamp set. And I hope you like the addition of the Encircled in Beauty dies – it’s wonderful how easily the new products work with what you already have!

Here’s the Stampinโ€™ Up! Edenโ€™s Garden stamp set.

And hereโ€™s the pretty Ever Eden specialty designer series paper.

Join me for a Facebook Live this Afternoon!

Iโ€™m planning to go live on my Facebook Page at 1:00 ET this afternoon to make Fall floral card with the pretty Hand Penned Petals bundle. Look forward to seeing you then!

Stampinโ€™ Up! Pretty Pillow Box Halloween Treat Holders

Good Morning! Tomorrow is Halloween and I am ready! Candy is bought, porch is decorated and I just finished these cute treat boxes made with the Stampin’ Up! Pretty Pillow Box Dies and Cute Halloween designer series paper. You can find the supplies I used at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

I cut the panels of Cute Halloween designer series paper with the Stampin’ Up! Pretty Pillow Box die for each container. I used the cat punch from the Halloween punch to make thumb notches to make the boxes easy to open from the sides (see picture below). I folded the containers on the score lines and adhered the top flaps with a glue dot.

Then comes the fun part! These boxes are decorated with punched cat faces using the Halloween Punch and Cute Halloween DSP. I added tags die cut with the little tag die from the Stampin’ Up! Pretty Pillow Box dies from both card stock and DSP. I stamped sentiments from the Cutest Halloween stamp set on card stock tags.

I wrapped the boxes with twine or ribbon that coordinated with colors in the DSP and added iridescent star sequins to the flaps. Here is a pumpkin punched from the Cute Halloween DSP along side a stamped pumpkin made from the Cutest Halloween stamp set.

And the cute little ghosts from the Cute Halloween DSP – one is punched and one is fussy cut. Both sweet and so cute. And I used a blending brush with Pumpkin Pie ink to turn the black and white DSP to black and orange DSP.

Creating the little treat holders was easy and fun. The images in Cute Halloween designer series paper are perfect for Halloween Fun!

Stampinโ€™ Up! Gorgeous Leaves Birthday Card

Good Morning! Are you getting fall weather and foliage? We are here in Pennsylvania. The foliage hasn’t peaked, but the cooler weather really sets us up for Halloween. So I decided to make a Fall Birthday card with the gorgeous Stampin’ Up! Gorgeous Leaves bundle. You can find the supplies I used at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

I was inspired to make falling leaves by the sketch in the Sunday Stamps SSC268 Going In Circles Challenge:

I stamped the woodgrain stamp from the Stampin’ Up! Gorgeous Leaves cling stamp set in Pool Party ink on the side of a Very Vanilla panel. I stamped the spatter stamp over the wood grain in Crumb Cake and around most of the panel, using first and second generation stamping. I cut the panel with the third largest Stitched Rectangles die and adhered it to a Cinnamon Cider mat. I adhered the panel to the front of a Mossy Meadow card base with dimensionals.

I stamped the leaves from the Stampin’ Up! Gorgeous Leaves stamp set in Cinnamon Cider, Pumpkin Pie and Bumblebee on Very Vanilla and cut each leaf out with the coordinating die. I cut the small detailed leaf from Bumblebee and the long detailed leaf from Cinnamon Cider using the Intricate Leaves dies. I adhered the leaves to the card front with liquid glue.

I stamped the sentiment from the Sweet As A Peach photopolymer stamp set in Mossy Meadow on a Pool Party panel and cut it out with the long Stitched Rectangle die. I adhered a length of Diamond Weave ribbon to the card with glue dots and adhered the label over the ribbon with dimensionals. I finished the card front with three brushed metallic dots.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the woodgrain and spatter from the Stampin’ Up! Gorgeous Leaves stamp set in the corner of a Very Vanilla panel just like the card front. I stamped the other leaves in Pumpkin Pie and Cinnamon Cider and stamped the sentiments from the Sweet As A Peach stamp set in Mossy Meadow. I adhered the panel to the inside of the card.

Leafy cards are great themes for Masculine Birthdays, especially in the fall. The Stampin’ Up! Gorgeous Leaves bundle is perfect for this, especially with the rustic background stamps that are beautiful with the stamped and die cut leaves.

Stampinโ€™ Up! Peaceful Pumpkins for the Happy Inkinโ€™ Thursday Blog Hop

Good morning and welcome to the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop! I used the Stampin’ Up! Pretty Pumpkins bundle for today’s card, and I wanted to do something different. So I pulled out a mask and my blending brushes to create a background on Very Vanilla card stock. You can find the supplies I used at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

We have a sketch challenge this week and here is the pretty sketch we are using:

I secured a panel of Very Vanilla under the leaf mask in the Basic Masks and applied Pumpkin Pie ink on it with a Blending Brush. I stamped the spatter from the Gorgeous Leaves stamp set around the edge in Crumb Cake ink using first and second generation stamping. I stamped the “Wishes” sentiment from the A Wish For Everything cling stamp set in Early Espresso ink at the bottom. I embossed the panel with the Timeworn Type 3D embossing folder and lightly brushed the top and edges with more Crumb Cake ink. I adhered the panel to a brushed copper metallic sheet with liquid glue.

I stamped the pumpkin trio from the Stampin’ Up! Pretty Pumpkins cling stamp set in Early Espresso ink on Very Vanilla. I colored the pumpkins with Stampin’ Blends – Pumpkin Pie, So Saffron, Ivory, Light Crumb Cake and light Mossy Meadow. I cut them out with the coordinating die. I also cut the large fancy pumpkin from Brushed copper metallic sheet and the leaves from Mossy Meadow. I cut the “Thanksgiving” word using the Word Wishes dies from Early Espresso – don’t forget to save the dots for the little i‘s.

I adhered the “Thanksgiving” word across the layered embossed panel with dots of liquid glue, just above the stamped “Wishes” sentiment. I adhered the brushed copper detailed pumpkin above the sentiment with dots of liquid glue. I ran some Stampin’ Seal next to the pumpkin and wound some Linen Thread around it, securing it to the seal and popped the colored pumpkins on top with dimensionals, tucking the leaves behind, securing them with glue dots. I adhered the panel to the front of a Crumb Cake card base with dimensionals and finished the card with brushed copper metallic dots.

For the inside of the card, used the leaf mask, Pumpkin Pie ink and blending brush to add pattern to the lower corner of a Very Vanilla Panel. I stamped some spatter in Crumb Cake around the design and added a little to the top corner. I adhered the panel to the inside of the card.

The pumpkins in the Stampin’ Up! Pretty Pumpkins bundle are so pretty and I love mixing the stamped pumpkins with the different die cut pumpkins. And I love using the masks with the blending brushes – the results are so bold!

Stampinโ€™ Up! Beauty Of Tomorrow Congratulations Card

Good Morning! Today I’m sharing a Congratulations card made with the pretty Stampin’ Up! Beauty Of Tomorrow bundle and the gorgeous Blackberry Beauty specialty designer series paper. You can find the supplies I used at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

I was inspired to use the pretty designer series paper by the triple panel in the Paper Players Sketch Challenge #564:

I adhered each panel of the Rich Razzleberry and gold foil Blackberry Beauty specialty DSP to an Early Espresso mat with liquid glue and adhered them to the front of a Rich Razzleberry card base with dimensionals. I stamped the sentiment from the Many Messages cling stamp on Sahara Sand and cut it out with the Messages die.

I stamped the flowers from the Stampin’ Up! Beauty Of Tomorrow cling stamp set in Rich Razzleberry ink on Sahara Sand and cut it out with the coordinating die. I stamped the bird in Early Espresso on Sahara Sand and cut it out with the coordinating die.

I adhered the label across the DSP panels with glue dots. I adhered the flowers over the label with dimensionals and adhered the bird on top with glue dots. I made a double bow from Linen Thread and adhered it to the flowers with a glue dot. I finished the card by adhering a small Gilded Gem on the label.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the the the flowers from the Stampin’ Up! Beauty of Tomorrow stamp set in Rich Razzleberry in the corner of a Basic White panel. I stamped the bird in Early Espresso over the flower and adhered a strip of Blackberry Beauty DSP to the side. I adhered the panel to the inside of the card.

The pretty natural images in the Stampin’ Up! Beauty Of Tomorrow stamp set compliment the elegance of the Blackberry Beauty specialty designer series paper. And they’re both perfect for making beautiful cards for special occasions.

Stampinโ€™ Up! Eden’s Garden Thank You Card

Good Morning! Here’s another sneak peek of the Stampin’ Up! Eden’s Garden bundle that will be available on November 2. I paired it with the pretty sentiment from the Peaceful Moments stamp set for a Thank You card. You can find the currently available supplies I used at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

I adhered a panel of Ever Eden specialty designer series paper to the front of an Evening Evergreen card base. I stamped the sentiment from the Peaceful Moments stamp set in Versamark ink on an Evening Evergreen panel and sprinkled it with white embossing powder. I shook off the excess and heated it with my heat tool until shiny and cut it out with the large fancy label die from the Stitched So Sweetly dies.

I cut a Soft succulent panel with the small berry sprig frame die from the Eden dies that are in the Stampin’ Up! Eden’s Garden bundle and adhered it to the label die cut with liquid glue.

I adhered gold foil leaf and berry sprigs from the Expressions in ink Ephemera pack to the card front with liquid glue and popped the label on top with dimensionals. I finished the label with three Evening Evergreen In Color jewels.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the the leaf sprigs and the large leaf spray from the Stampin’ Up! Eden’s Garden stamp set in Soft Succulent ink in the corners of a Basic White panel. I adhered a strip of Ever Eden DSP to the bottom and adhered the panel to the inside of the card.

A simple thank you card showing off the pretty Ever Eden specialty designer series paper and the Eden dies. They go so well with other stamps in your stash!

Here are the stamps and dies in the Stampinโ€™ Up! Edenโ€™s Garden bundle.

And hereโ€™s the pretty Ever Eden specialty designer series paper.

This pretty Stampin’ Up! Eden’s Garden bundle is an early release from the upcoming Jan-Jun 2022 Mini Catalog. Coordinating products such as the Ever Eden specialty designer series paper will also be available with the bundle on November 2 while supplies last.

Stampinโ€™ Up! Frosted Gingerbread Video Tutorial

Good Morning! Yesterday I posted a card made with the Stampin’ Up! Frosted Gingerbread bundle that had cookies that were die cut from the Gingerbread & Peppermint 6″ x 6″ designer series paper and then decorated. Today’s card has cookies that are made from die cut card stock and decorated. The detailed dies in the Gingerbread dies looks like icing that is piped on the cookies! You can find the supplies I used at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

My card was also inspired by the great sketch in Freshly Made Sketches #508:

Here is the video of my Facebook Live from yesterday afternoon. I also posted a copy of the video in my YouTube channel and you can view it here if you prefer.

I adhered a strip of Old Olive Gingerbread & Peppermints 6″ x 6″ designer series paper down the center of a Real Red panel of the DSP and adhered the layered panel to the front of a Real Red card base. I cut a Basic White panel with the second largest Scalloped Contours die and stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Frosted Gingerbread photopolymer stamp set in Real Red in the lower corner.

I cut one each of the outline cookie shapes from the Stampin’ Up! Frosted Gingerbread bundle from Kraft card stock and one each of the detailed cookie dies from Basic White card stock. For some of the shapes, I adhered some adhesive sheet to the back before die cutting and for some of the shapes I adhered it with liquid glue afterwards. I found both methods work well and are easy to do. I adhered all the white detailed die cuts to the corresponding Kraft cookie die cuts and decorated the bell, ornament and snowflake with red rhinestones.

I adhered the snowflake, bell and ornament to the scalloped rectangle die cut with dimensionals and adhered the panel to the card front with dimensionals. I cut three peppermints from the Gingerbread and Peppermints 6″ x 6″ DSP with the circle dies from the Gingerbread Dies and adhered them to the card front with liquid glue. I finished the card front with a bow made from ruffled Real Red Ribbon and adhered with a glue dot.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the sentiment from the Whimsical Trees cling stamp set in Real Red ink in the middle of Basic White panel. I stamped the peppermints from the Stampin’ Up! Frosted Gingerbread stamp set in Real Red and Old Olive in the upper corner and adhered the star cookie in the lower corner. I trimmed the point of the star, even with the panel and adhered a strip of Gingerbread & Peppermint 6″ x 6″ DSP to the bottom, tucking it under the cookie. I adhered the panel to the inside of the card.

The Stampin’ Up! Frosted Gingerbread bundle is so versatile and a lot of fun. Christmas cookies are a wonderful Holiday tradition and this bundle is perfect for making a couple of dozen!

Stampinโ€™ Up! Frosted Gingerbread Christmas Card

Good Morning! The Stampin’ Up! Frosted Gingerbread bundle is part of the Gingerbread and Peppermint Suite and it is so fun and versatile! I used several components of this suite for today’s fun Christmas card. You can find the supplies I used at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

I adhered a strip of Real Red Gingerbread & Peppermint 6″ x 6″ designer series paper to an Old Olive Gingerbread & Peppermint 6″ x 6″ DSP panel. I adhered a silver foil cookie rack from the Gingerbread & Peppermint Memories & More card pack to the panel with dots of liquid glue and after it was dry, I adhered the panel to the front of a Real Red card base.

I cut a snowflake and bell gingerbread cookies from the Gingerbread & Peppermint 6″ x 6″ DSP with the outline dies from the Gingerbread dies that are in the Stampin’ Up! Frosted Gingerbread bundle. I decorated them with the Gingerbread & Peppermint Acrylic shapes, adhering them with glue dots. I must say that this was fun and relaxing – decorating cookies without having to clean up the kitchen! I adhered the decorated cookies to the card front with liquid glue.

I adhered the label from the Gingerbread & Peppermint Memories & More card pack to the card and decorated it with another acrylic shape. I cut three peppermints from the Gingerbread & Peppermint 6″ x 6″ DSP and adhered them with liquid glue and finished the card front with a ruffled Real Red bow.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the snowflake and bell cookies from the Stampin’ Up! Frosted Gingerbread photopolymer stamp set on a Basic White panel. I stamped the sentiment from the Whimsical Trees stamp set in Old Olive – I love how this sentiment goes with the other Frosted Gingerbread sentiments and warm cookies! I trimmed the bottom of the panel with a strip of Real Red Gingerbread & Peppermint 6″ x 6″ DSP and adhered the panel to the inside of the card.

The Stampin’ Up! Frosted Gingerbread bundle is so versatile, especially with the Gingerbread & Peppermint 6″ x 6″ designer series paper. You can stamp cookies that can be die cut or die cut the cookies out of DSP or construct die cut cookies from card stock. The Memories & More card pack really add to the fun with different baking elements – and don’t forget that they’re perfect for scrapbooking!

Join me for a Facebook Live this Afternoon!

Iโ€™m planning to go live on my Facebook Page at 1:00 ET this afternoon to make another card with the Stampin’ Up! Frosted Gingerbread bundle, showing how versatile it is. Look forward to seeing you then!

Stampinโ€™ Up! October Paper Pumpkin Kit – Peaceful Christmas

Good Morning! I got my Stampin’ Up! October Paper Pumpkin kit the day before yesterday and added 10 more Christmas cards to my stash for this Christmas. The cards are so pretty in Shaded Spruce, Real Red and silver foil. Take a look:

The Stampin’ Up! October Paper Pumpkin kit makes 10 cards, 5 each of two designs. And the cards coordinate beautifully with the Peaceful Place Suite. Here are the contents of the kit:

Here’s a close-up of the stamp set with the Shaded Spruce Stampin’ Spot. I love the sentiments in the set, the font is so pretty!

Here is the first card design. The envelopes are so pretty with the silver foil trees at the bottom

I stamped the trees in Shaded Spruce at the bottom of the inside and pulled out my Real Red Stampin’ Pad to stamp the sentiment. I love how the envelopes have the stamped plaid lining the matches the circle on the card front!

The second design has more of the peaceful pine trees, both stamped and in Vellum behind the silver foil Noel cut out.

I stamped another sentiment on the inside in Real Red, and of course, the pretty trees in Shaded Spruce.

Here’s the kit unboxing video from the Paper Pumpkin YouTube channel showing how to make each card.

Paper Pumpkin publishes a different kit each month. They are usually card kits, but sometimes the kits will be little containers or other projects. On the first day of the ordering period, they publish a description so you will know the theme and whether it will be a card kit or other type of project. They will give clues about the design, but the kit will be a surprise when it arrives. You need to place your order or subscribe by the 10th of each month and the kit will be delivered to your mailbox before the end of the month. And then, the crafting fun begins!! Here’s the Preview of the November kit that will help you with Christmas treats!

Stampinโ€™ Up! Eden’s Garden Sneak Peek

Good Morning! Have you seen the Stampin’ Up! Eden’s Garden Early Release? I finally got my set and made this pretty Hello card with the bundle and the beautiful Ever Eden specialty designer series paper. You can find the currently available supplies I used at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

I embossed a panel of Evening Evergreen with the Tasteful Textile 3D embossing folder and adhered it to the front of an Evening Evergreen card base.

I adhered a panel of the Evening Evergreen Ever Eden specialty designer series paper to an Evening Evergreen mat, lining up the bottom. I cut a strip of Brushed Gold foil with the pretty Eden Dies border die and adhered it to the back of the layered DSP panel with liquid glue. I adhered the panel to the front of the card with dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Eden’s Garden cling stamp set in Evening Evergreen on the Basic White panel. I cut a brushed gold panel with the fancy label die from the Eden dies and adhered the label on top with liquid glue. I adhered the label to the card front and finished it with Genial Gems.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the the leaf spray from the Stampin’ Up! Eden’s Garden stamp set in the corners of a Basic White panel. I adhered a strip of Ever Eden specialty DSP to the bottom and adhered the panel to the inside of the card.

The Stampin’ Up! Eden’s Garden bundle will be offered in the new Jan-Jun 2022 Mini Catalog and available as an early release on November 2, 2021. The Ever Eden specialty DSP will be available while supplies last during the Early Release period along with some specialty cotton paper and gemstones, but will not be carried over into the Mini Catalog.
