Stampin’ Up! Nature’s Prints Hello Card

Good Morning! I used the pretty Stampin’ Up! Nature’s Prints stamp set with the Sale-A-Bration Softly Stippled designer series paper for a hello card for today. The pretty sentiments in this stamp set are some of my favorites and it goes well with the pretty DSP. You can find the products I used at the bottom of my post along with the card stock sizes.

My card design was inspired by the pretty sketch in Freshly Made Sketches #620:

I embossed a panel of Lost Lagoon with the Painted Posies 3D embossing folder and adhered it to the front of a Lost Lagoon card base with liquid glue.

I cut a panel of floral Softly Stippled designer series paper with the 3″ Deckled Circle die and I cut a panel of watercolor wash Wild Wheat DSP with the next largest die. I adhered the circles together with liquid glue and popped them on the card front with dimensionals.

I stamped the pretty hello there sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Nature’s Prints stamp set in Lost Lagoon ink on Basic White. I cut it out with a deckled circle die and adhered it to the card with dimensionals and glue dots. I colored one of the butterfly cut outs with the light Wild Wheat Stampin’ Blend and adhered it with glue dots. I finished the card by adding three blue iridescent gems to the butterfly.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the wildflowers from the Stampin’ Up! Nature’s Prints stamp set in twice stamped off Wild Wheat ink on Basic White. I stamped the little butterfly from the Painted Lavender stamp set in stamped off Lost Lagoon ink and trimmed the bottom with a strip of Softly Stippled DSP. I adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

When you have pretty sentiments like the in the Stampin’ Up! Nature’s Prints stamp set, go ahead and use them with new products like the Sale-A-Bration Softly Stippled DSP. It’s great to be able to coordinate new products with those you already have.

Stampin’ Up! Bee My Valentine for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good Morning and welcome to the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop! Here’s another Valentine’s Day card made with the sweet sentiments from the Stampin’ Up! Bee My Valentine stamp set and pretty dies from the Darling Details and Give It A Whirl die sets. And I used a simple heart pattern paper from the Sale-A-Bration Most Adored specialty designer series paper. You can find the supplies I used along with card stock cuts at the bottom of my post.

We have a theme challenge this week, which is perfect with Valentine’s Day just around the corner!

I used the small eyelet frame from the Darling Details dies to cut a Basic White panel and adhered the frame to a heart filled panel of the Most Adored Sale-A-Bration specialty DSP. I adhered the panel to the front of a Real Red card base with dimensionals.

I stamped the love you sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Bee My Valentine stamp set in real Red ink on Basic White. I used the large window heart die from the Give It A Whirl die set to cut the sentiment out and adhered it to the card with dimensionals. The Give It A Whirl die set has great dies for making spinner cards and so many other dies that are great for decorating such as these hearts (There are also great cloud and star dies in the set!).

I used the Give It A Whirl heart dies to cut several hearts from Basic White and Real Red card stock. I layered some of the hearts and arranged them in the center of the eyelet window, adhering them with dimensionals. I adhered a Real Red bow to the frame with a glue dot and added rhinestone gems to the hearts.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Bee My Valentine stamp set in Real Red ink on Basic White. I adhered more hearts to the panel and trimmed the bottom with a strip of Most Adored specialty DSP. I adhered the layered panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

The sentiments from the Stampin’ Up! Bee My Valentine stamp set are perfect for Valentine’s Day and don’t always need to be used with the bees (although they are so cute). Red and White hearts with lace – classics for Valentine’s Day cards!

Stampin’ Up! Good Feelings Thank You Card

Good Morning! I used the fun Stampin’ Up! Good Feelings stamp set with the pretty Sale-A-Bration Softly Stippled designer series paper to make a Thank You card today. This stamp set has wonderful large sentiments that will go well with any of the pretty new designer series papers to make a cheerful card. You can find the products I used at the bottom of my post along with the card stock sizes.

I adhered a panel of Pool Party linen look Softly Stippled designer series paper to the front of a Pool PArty card base with liquid glue. I used the scalloped border die from the Scalloped Contours dies to cut a floral panel of the DSP and adhered it to the left side of the card.

I stamped the thank you sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Good Feelings stamp set in Pool Party ink on the right side of a Basic White panel and cut it out with the third largest scalloped rectangle from the Scalloped Contours dies. I cut the floral bouquet from the Wonderful Thoughts dies from a Pool Party panel and brushed it with white pearlized enamel effects to give it some shimmer. I adhered the die cut to the left side of the panel with dimensionals at the top and glue dots at the bottom.

I adhered the scalloped rectangle to the card front with dimensionals. I adhered a white bow with silver trim with glue dots and adhered clear silver sparkle gems to finish the card.

For the inside of the card, I cut another strip of Softly Stippled DSP with the scalloped border die and adhered it to the left side of a Basic White panel. I adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

The sentiments from the Stampin’ Up! Good Feelings stamp set are cheerful and uplifting, perfect for sending a note of cheer on a dreary winter day. And the pretty Sale-A-Bration Softly Stippled designer series paper can be yours for FREE with an order of $50 (before shipping and taxes) during Sale-A-Bration.

Stampin’ Up! Planted Paradise Hello Card

Good Morning! Here’s a CAS card made with the Stampin’ Up! Planted Paradise cling stamp set. This pretty set has reversible photopolymer stamps that you can build an indoor garden with planters, leaves and hangers. You can find the products I used at the bottom of my post along with the card stock sizes.

I was inspired to use this bundle to make a CAS card by the sketch in Freshly Made Sketches #619:

I embossed a Basic White panel with the pretty new Sale-A-Bration Softly Sophisticated embossing folder and adhered it to a Basic White mat. I wrapped a length of Pebbled Path jute twice around the left side and tied a knot and adhered the panel to the front of a Thick Basic White card base.

I stamped the pot and leaves from the Stampin’ Up! Planted Paradise stamp set on Basic White. I stamped the pot in Copper Clay and the leaves in Garden Green. I fussy cut the pot and leaves with my paper snips and adhered the leaves to the back of the pot with liquid glue. I popped the pot and leaves to the card front with dimensionals.

I stamped the hello sentiment from the Wonderful Thoughts stamp set in Pebbled Path ink on a Basic White strip and cut it out with the coordinating die. I adhered it to the card with glue dots. I used the flower die from the Stippled Roses dies to cut a Crushed Curry panel and adhered the flowers to the plant with glue dots. I used white sequins to accent the flower centers.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the pot from the Stampin’ Up! Planted Paradise stamp set in Copper Clay ink on a Basic White panel. I decided to make this a “before” image, so I left it empty, giving the recipient an opportunity to think about what they will fill it with. I adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

The Stampin’ Up! Planted Paradise stamp set has so many different leaves and pots that are pretty easy to fussy cut. And they’re in different sizes, making it pretty easy to combine with other plant stamps in your stash. And with the bitter cold outside, indoor plants are good way to bring cheer to your day – and with stamping, there’s no dirt to clean up!

Good Morning! I’m using the pretty Stampin’ Up! Softly Sophisticated Sale-A-Bration bundle with the pretty Flight and Airy Sale-A-Bration designer series paper for a simple thinking of you you card today. You can find the products I used at the bottom of my post along with the card stock sizes.

I embossed a watercolored strip of Flight and Airy designer series paper with the Stampin’ Up! Softly Sophisticated embossing folder and adhered it to a panel of Flight and Airy designer series paper. I adhered the layered DSP to the front of a Flirty Flamingo card base.

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Softly Sophisticated stamp set in Misty Moonlight ink on a Basic White panel and cut it out with the second largest banner die from the Nested Essentials dies. I adhered it to the card front with dimensionals.

I made a bow with linen thread and adhered it to the card with a glue dot and I finished the card with three Flirty Flamingo adhesive dots.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the stems from the Stampin’ Up! Stampin’ Up! Lovely and Sweet for the Inkin’ Krew Blog Hop

Good Morning! Welcome to the December Inkin’ Krew Team Blog Hop! The theme for this month’s hop is “Love” and I used the Stampin’ Up! Lovely and Sweet bundle with the pretty Most Adored Sale-A-Bration specialty designer series paper to make a Petal Pink love card. You can find the supplies I used along with card stock cuts at the bottom of my post.

I used a blending brush to apply Petal Pink ink all over a panel of gold floral Most Adored Sale-A-Bration specialty designer series paper and adhered it to a Pebbled Path mat with Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the layered panel to the front of a Petal Pink card base.

I used the large floral die from the Stampin’ Up! Lovely and Sweet dies to cut a gold foil design from the Nature’s Sweetness specialty DSP – I love when dies cut out DSP images!. I adhered the die cut to the card front with dimensionals. I folded a length of gold ribbon and adhered it to the card with glue dots.

I cut several three sets of flowers from Petal Pink using the dies from the Stampin’ Up! Lovely and Sweet die set. I cut three small stems and three small leaf clusters from Lost Lagoon. I adhered the flowers to the stems and ahdered them to the leaves with liquid glue.

I adhered two of the layered flower die cuts to the card front with liquid glue. I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Lovely and Sweet stamp set in Pebbled Path ink on Petal Pink card stock and cut it out with the label die. I adhered it to the card with dimensionals, using a double layer of dimensionals on the bottom. I finished the flowers with iridescent foil gems.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the little grid from the Stampin’ Up! Lovely and Sweet stamp set in stamped-off Pebbled Path ink in the corner of a Basic White panel. I trimmed the bottom with a strip of Most Adored specialty DSP that I colored Petal Pink. I adhered the third flower and stem die cuts to the panel with liquid glue and adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

The Stampin’ Up! Lovely and Sweet bundle has pretty images and wonderful little die cuts that are so versatile. And I love the gold foil designer series papers – they can be colored in to go with any color palette!

Stampin’ Up! Stippled Roses Thank You Card

Good Morning! I’m using the Stampin’ Up! Stippled Roses bundle from the new January-April Mini Catalog and the Softly Stippled Sale-A-Bration designer series paper for a thank you card. I love how the images in this pattern resemble the roses in the stamp set! You can find the products I used at the bottom of my post along with the card stock sizes.

My card’s design was inspired by the pretty sketch in Global Design Project #426:

I adhered a panel of Calypso Coral rose patterned Softly Stippled designer series paper to a Calypso Coral mat with liquid glue. I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Stippled Roses stamp set using Pebbled Path ink on Calypso coral and cut it out with a banner die from the Stylish Shapes dies. I adhered it to the DSP panel with liquid glue and wrapped it with linen thread, making a bow.

I adhered the DSP panel to the front of a Calypso Coral Card base withh dimensionals. I cut a small leaf spray from Garden Green using a die from the Stampin’ Up! Stippled Roses dies and adhered it to the card with glue dots, tucking it under the linen thread and covering the left side of the banner.

I stamped the small rose from the Stampin’ Up! Stippled Roses stamp set in Pebbled Path ink on Basic White and colored it with Watercolor Pencils. I colored the flower all over lightly with the Calypso Coral Pencil. I colored the darker areas again to intensify the color and blend it out into the rest of the petal. I colored the leaves in Garden Green using the same method. I cut the flower out with the coordinating die and popped it on the card with dimensionals.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the small rose from the Stampin’ Up! Stippled Roses stamp set in Pebbled Path ink in the top corner of a Basic White panel. I colored it using Calypso Coral and Garden Green watercolor pencils and trimmed the bottom with a strip of Softly Stippled DSP. I adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

The images and sentiments from the Stampin’ Up! Stippled Roses bundle are just gorgeous and it’s wonderful to have them also in the Sale-A-Bration Softly Stippled DSP! I’ve been pleased at all the different ways to stamp and color the images from the stamp set – it’s pretty versatile!

Stampin’ Up! Softly Sophisticated Hello Card

Good Morning! Next week the new January – April 2024 Mini Catalog will open and Sale-A-Bration will start! Today’s card uses some of the new Sale-A-Bration items, the pretty Stampin’ Up! Softly Sophisticated bundle and the Softly Stippled designer series paper to make a simple Hello card. You can find the products I used at the bottom of my post along with the card stock sizes.

The Stampin’ Up! Softly Sophisticated bundle is a pretty two-step photopolymer stamp set that comes with an embossing folder. I used the embossing folder to emboss a panel of Softly Stippled designer series paper and adhered it to the bottom of a Lost Lagoon mat. I adhered a floral panel of the Softly Stippled DSP to the top and wrapped a length of Lost Lagoon ribbon around the seam, tying a knot.

I adhered the decorated panel to the front of a Wild Wheat card base with dimensionals. I stamped the pretty sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Softly Sophisticated stamp set in Lost Lagoon ink on Basic White and cut it out with the label die from the Autumn Leaves dies.

I adhered the label to the card front with dimensionals over the ribbon. I accented the card with two cork dots from the upcoming mini catalog.

For the inside of the card, I stamped one of the stems from the Stampin’ Up! Softly Sophisticated stamp set in stamped off Wild Wheat and the flowers in stamped off Lost Lagoon in the corner of a Basic White panel I adhered a strip of DSP the bottom and adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

When Sale-A-Bration starts on January 4, 2024, you will be able to add free items from the Sale-A-Bration brochure to your orders when purchase the required minimum. The Softly Stippled designer series paper can be selected with an order over $50 and the Stampin’ Up! Softly Sophisticated bundle can be selected with an order over $100. Here’s the pretty stamp set and embossing folder:

It all starts on January 4, 2024. Contact me at apsudano@stampininthemeadows.com if you have any questions.

Stampin’ Up! Sentimental Park for the Inkin’ Krew Blog Hop

Good Morning! Welcome to the December Inkin’ Krew Team Blog Hop! The theme for this month’s hop is “Celebrate” and I used the Stampin’ Up! Sentimental Park stamp set with the beautiful new Flight and Airy Sale-A-Bration designer series paper that will be available on January 4, 2024. You can find the supplies I used along with card stock cuts at the bottom of my post.

Today’s card is celebrating a special birthday and it’s a dainty gate fold card.

I adhered panels of the new Flight and Airy designer series paper to the front panels of a Misty Moonlight card base with liquid glue. I cut a Misty Moonlight panel with the large floral label die from the Stampin’ Up! Sentimental Park dies and I cut a panel of Flight and Airy DSP with a sweet bird with the plain die. I inserted the bird die cut into the slots of the floral die cut – I love how this works!

I cut several small flowers from Flirty Flamingo and Petal Pink and adhered them to the larger die cut and adhered some pink pearls to some flower centers. I adhered the panel to the left side of the card with liquid glue applied to half of the die cut.

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Sentimental Park stamp set in Misty Moonlight ink on Petal Pink and cut it out with the small banner die from the Stylish Shapes dies using the two-step die cutting technique. I adhered it to the card with glue dots and finished the card front with a Night of Navy bow.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the sentiments from the Stampin’ Up! Sentimental Park stamp set in Misty Moonlight ink on a Basic White panel. I stamped the flowers in Petal Pink ink in the corner and colored them with Daffodil Delight, Petal Pink and Flirty Flamingo Stampin’ Blends. I used the dark Granny Apple Green Stampin’ Blend to color the berries and made some stems. I adhered the panel to the inside of the card and adhered two floral panels of Flight and Airy DSP to the inside of the front flaps.

The Flight and Airy DSP is a Sale-A-Bration item that you will be able to get for free with a $50 purchase when Sale-A-Bration starts on January 4, 2024 and it’s so pretty! And it goes so well with the Stampin’ Up! Sentimental Park stamp set and dies and so many other current and retired Stampin’ Up sets. Be sure to check it out!
