Stampin’ Up! Autumn Leaves Friendship Card

Good Morning! Here’s another quick card made with the beautiful Stampin’ Up! Autumn Leaves bundle. This card is kind of CASE’d (copy and share everything) from a card in the Sept-Dec 2023 Mini Catalog but I really did change it up by making it a standard A2 size card rather than the elongated one in the catalog. But it worked and it came together pretty quick! You can find the products I used at the bottom of my post along with the card stock sizes.

I embossed Pretty Peacock card stock with the Distressed Tile 3D embossing folder and adhered it to the front of a Pretty Peacock card base. I adhered a strip of All About Autumn 6″ x 6″ specialty designer series paper to the card front with liquid glue and adhered a length of natural ribbon to it with Stampin’ Seal.

I used the dotted embossing dies from the Stampin’ Up! Autumn Leaves dies to add texture to Very Vanilla card stock. I used the small maple leaf die to cut leaves from Cajun Craze, Crushed Curry, Crumb Cake and Pumpkin Pie card stock and Oxidized Copper specialty paper. I adhered the leaves to the Very Vanilla panel with glue dots and wrapped it twice with Linen Thread and tied a bow. I adhered the panel to the card front with dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment from the Timeless Arrangements stamp set and used the skinny label die from the Stampin’ Up! Autumn Leaves dies to cut it out. I adhered it to the card front with glue dots. I finished the card with the pretty Speckled dots.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the large maple leaf from the Stampin’ Up! Autumn Leaves stamp set three times around the edges of a Very Vanilla panel. I used stamped off Cajun Craze, stamped off Crumb Cake and stamped off Crushed Curry. I adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

I loved using the dies to add texture to the very Vanilla panel! And I love the simple little maple leaf die cuts from the Stampin’ Up! Autumn Leaves dies. Can you believe that yesterday was the first day of Autumn? I guess it’s time for sweaters and falling leaves!

Stampin’ Up! Sending Cheer Christmas Card

Good Morning! Today I’m sharing a fun Christmas Card in non-traditional colors made with the fun Stampin’ Up! Sending Cheer bundle and the Merry Bold & Bright designer series paper. You can find the products I used at the bottom of my post along with the card stock sizes.

I adhered a panel of Merry Bold & Bright designer series paper to the front of a Melon Mambo card base with liquid glue. I used the tag die from the Merriest Trees dies to cut Blueberry Bushel and Granny Apple Green tags. I embossed the Granny Apple Green tag with the fun Christmas Tidings embossing folder and adhered a Basic White die cut tag topper to the top. I looped iridescent white ribbon through both tag holes and tied it off with Starry Sky baker’s twine.

I stamped the stocking from the Stampin’ Up! Sending Cheer photopolymer stamp set in Poppy Parade on Basic White and cut it out with the coordinating die. I cut the toe and heel from Crushed Curry and adhered it to the stocking and I cut the furry stocking cuff from Basic White and popped it on the top with dimensionals.

I adhered the stocking to the tags with glue dots and popped the tags on the card front with dimensionals. I stamped the sentiment from the Country Wreaths stamp set in Blueberry Bushel and cut it out with the small die from the Stampin’ Up! Sending Cheer dies. I adhered it to the card with glue dots and covered the hole with a Lemon Lime Twist tinsel gem.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the sentiment from the Very Best Occasions stamp set in Blueberry Bushel ink on a Basic White panel. I colored the greenery with Poppy Parade, Granny Apple Green and Shaded Spruce Stampin’ Blends and trimmed the bottom with a strip of DSP. I adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

Using non-traditional colors for Christmas cards is not for everyone (a pink Christmas card?), but it works with designs that are fun and festive. And the Stampin’ Up! Sending Cheer bundle is full of bold images and sentiments that capture the fun of Christmas.

Stampin’ Up! Wonderful Thoughts for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good Morning and welcome to the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop! The Stampin’ Up! Wonderful Thoughts bundle is a sweet set of sentiments with coordinating dies that look like fussy cut sentiments – but so much easier! I paired this bundle with the pretty Garden Walk 6″ x 6″ designer series paper for a Thinking of You card today. You can find the supplies I used along with card stock cuts at the bottom of my post.

We have a color challenge this week and I managed to use four of the six colors in our palette:

I adhered a panel of the Garden Walk 6″ x 6″ designer series paper to a Pretty Peacock mat and wrapped it with Calypso Coral ribbon and made a bow. I adhered the panel to the front of a Calypso Coral card base.

I cut a Garden Walk panel with the long label die from the Stampin’ Up! Wonderful Thoughts dies and I used the flower die to cut a panel of Pretty Peacock card stock. I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Wonderful Thoughts photopolymer stamp set in Wild Wheat ink on Basic White and cut it out with the coordinating die.

I adhered the die cuts together with glue dots and adhered them to the card front with dimensionals. I finished the card with Pretty Peacock sequins.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the flowers from the Modern Garden stamp set in Calypso Coral ink on a Basic White panel. I stamped the leaves in Mossy Meadow and colored the flower centers with the light Wild Wheat Stampin’ blend. I trimmed the bottom with a strip of Garden Walk DSP and adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

A simple Fall Thinking of You card made with the Stampin’ Up! Wonderful Thoughts bundle.

Stampin’ Up! Merriest Trees Christmas Card

Good Morning! Today’s card uses the awesome Stampin’ Up! Merriest Trees bundle with a Christmas pattern from the Garden Walk 6″ x 6″ designer series paper to make a festive tag Christmas card. And the sentiment is from the cute Merry and Bright stamp set. You can find the products I used at the bottom of my post along with the card stock sizes.

I adhered a panel of Garden Walk 6″ x 6″ designer series paper to the front of a real Red card base with liquid glue. I cut a tag from Basic White using the die from the Stampin’ Up! Merriest Trees dies. I embossed the tag with the Christmas Tidings embossing folder and cut a hole reinforcer from Pretty Peacock. I adhered the reinforcer to the tag and looped Real Red and white iridescent ribbon through it and tied it with a Gold Twine bow.

I cut the 4 smallest tree sections using the Stampin’ Up! Merriest Trees dies from a Pretty Peacock panel of Hello, Irresistible 6″ x 6″ designer series paper. I used the detailed tree branch stamp from the Stampin’ Up! Merriest Trees photopolymer stamp set and stamped each section in pretty peacock. I used my bone folder to curl the bottoms of each section up and adhered them together using liquid glue. I cut a tree trunk from Wild Wheat and embossed with with the Timber 3D embossing folder and adhered it to the back.

I cut the two stars from Gold Foil and adhered them together before attaching them to the tree top with a glue dot and decorated the tree with Festive Pearls. I stamped the sentiments from the Merry and Bright stamp set in Poppy Parade and fussy cut it with my paper snips. I adhered the tree and sentiments to the tag with glue dots and popped the tag onto the card front with dimensionals.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Merriest Trees stamp set in Pretty Peacock ink on a Basic White panel. I adhered a strip of Garden Walk 6″ x 6″ DSP to the bottom of the panel and adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

I love tree Christmas cards and the Stampin’ Up! Merriest Trees bundle is pretty versatile for making different styles of trees and cards. The rich colors and designs of the Garden Walk 6″ x 6″ DSP make nice rustic cards and the gold trim & foil star with the shiny pearls give it just the right touch of shine!

Stampin’ Up! Pick Of The Patch Thank You Card

Good Morning and Happy Friday! Today’s card uses the Stampin’ Up! Pick Of The Patch bundle and is CASE’d from the Sept – Dec 2023 Mini Catalog – I loved the layered Countryside Corners dies and stamped top panel, so I wanted to try to make something similar. I did make some changes and you can find the products I used at the bottom of my post along with the card stock sizes.

I adhered a panel of One Horse Open Sleigh 6″ x 6″ designer series paper to the front of a Crumb Cake card base with liquid glue. I cut a panel of Basic White with the second largest Countryside Corners die and embossed it with the Timeworn Type 3D embossing folder before adhering it to the card front.

I used a Blending Brush to apply Pool Party ink to a Basic White panel and stamped pumpkins and leaves from the Stampin’ Up! Pick Of The Patch photopolymer stamp set all over – kind of like making your own DSP. I used Gray Granite and stamped off Pumpkin Pie for the pumpkins, stamped off Wild Wheat and Crumb Cake for the leaves and Pecan Pie for the vines and stems. I cut it out with the third largest Countryside Corners die and popped it on the card front with dimensionals.

I stamped the large pumpkin from the Stampin’ Up! Pick Of The Patch stamp set in Pumpkin Pie and Petal Pink and punched them out. I stamped the sentiment in Pecan Pie and punched it out. I punched stems from Pecan Pie and leaves from Old Olive and adhered them to the pumpkins before adhering them to the card with dimensionals. I made a linen thread bow and adhered it to the back of the sentiment and popped it on the card front with dimensionals. I finished with Crumb Cake speckled dots.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Pick Of The Patch stamp set in Pecan Pie ink on a Basic White panel. I adhered a strip of One Horse Open Sleigh DSP to the bottom of the panel and adhered a punched pumpkin to the corner. I adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin Seal.

The projects in the catalogs are great inspiration for using stamp sets and designer series paper. There are so many different styles and techniques that are used and it’s fun to experiment and try different things. I hope you like my version of this thank you card made with the Stampin’ Up! Pick Of The Patch bundle.

Stampin’ Up! Magical Meadow for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good Morning and welcome to the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop! I’m not ready for Winter yet, but I was inspired by this beautiful scene in the One Horse Open Sleigh designer series paper and use the Stampin’ Up! Magical Meadow bundle to make a Winter Wishes card. You can find the supplies I used along with card stock cuts at the bottom of my post.

We have a pretty sketch challenge this week:

I adhered a panel of the One Horse Open Sleigh DSP to the front of a Boho Blue card base with liquid glue and adhered a dark wood grain panel of the DSP over it.

I cut two of the twiggy sprigs from the Stampin’ Up! Magical Meadow dies from dark silver foil and adhered them to the card with glue dots. I trimmed the bottoms with paper snips. I cut an Old Olive panel with the leafy sprig die and used white Pearlized Enamel Effects to apply the berries. After it dried, I adhered it to the card with glue dots and trimmed the bottom.

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Magical Meadow cling stamp set in Misty Moonlight ink on a Basic White panel. I used the pretty circle die from the Labels Aglow dies to cut it out. I folded a length of Lemon Lolly ribbon and adhered it to the back of the label before adhering the label to the card with dimensionals. I tucked the trimmed sprigs under the right side of the label and finished the card front with white iridescent sequins.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Magical Meadow stamp set in Misty Moonlight ink on a Basic White panel. I stamped the leaf sprig in stamped off Old Olive in the top corner and trimmed the bottom with a strip of One Horse Open Sleigh DSP. I adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

Another card featuring the beautiful images in the One Horse Open Sleigh designer series paper pack. Doesn’t it go well with the Stampin’ Up! Magical Meadow bundle?

Good Morning! Welcome to the September Inkin’ Krew Team Blog Hop! The theme for this month’s hop is “Halloween Fun” and the Stampin’ Up! Bag of Bones bundle fits the bill perfectly with all the skeletons and costumes! And I used the bundle with the fun Them Bones designer series paper and Basic White Note Cards and Envelopes to make a simple set of note cards. You can find the supplies I used at the bottom of my post and I included the card stock cuts in the description of each card

One of the designs in the Them Bones DSP pack is a multi panel sheet with cute backgrounds that I cut up and adhered to the front of a Basic White note card. I then decorated it with the wonderful glow in the dark embellishments and designer series paper die cuts – yes the Stampin’ Up! Bag of Bones dies can be used to cut out the DSP! Here are the note cards that I made.

Here is the multiple panel sheet of Them Bones designer series paper. I started by cutting each panel out with my paper trimmer. One of the coolest things about this DSP is that the houndstooth like plaid pattern is actually little bats and they match one of the little bat stamps!

For the first card, I trimmed the ‘Boo‘ panel to 2-3/4″ x 4″ and adhered it to a Starry Sky striped 3″ x 4-1/4″ panel before adhering it to the front of the note card. I decorated it with some glow in the dark bat embellishments and stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Bag of Bones stamp set in Starry Sky ink on the inside.

For this card, I cut the fence panel in half and used the right side with the moon, trimming it to 3″ x 4-3/4″ before adhering it to the note card. I die cut a skeleton dog and cat from another panel of the DSP and adhered to the card. I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Bag of Bones stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black ink on a 1-1/2″ x 1-1/2″ Pumpkin Pie panel and cut it out with the second largest banner from the Nested Essentials dies. I adhered it to the card and finished it with glow in the dark bats and ghosts. I stamped bats in Memento Tuxedo Black the top corner of the inside.

I trimmed the spotlight panel to 3″ x 4-1/2″ and adhered it to the front of a note card. I used the Stampin’ Up! Bag of Bones skeleton die to cut a DSP skeleton and adhered it to the panel. I stamped the sentiment in Memento Tuxedo Black on Pumpkin Pie and cut it out with the second smallest circle from the Stylish Shapes dies. I ahdered it to the card and finished with glow in the dark ghosts. I stamped bats in the top corner of the inside and found half a skeleton at the bottom of the DSP and cut it out to adhere to the bottom corner.

I fussy cut some gravestones from a pannel of Them Bones DSP and adhered it to the left side of the fence panel that I split. I should have picked up some glow in the dark paper (it’s expected to be back in stock at the beginning of October), but I didn’t. So I used the moon and stars die from the Stampin’ Up! Bag of Bones dies to cut a 1-1/2″ x 1-1/2″ panel of white Textured Shimmer paper (I remembered to put adhesive sheets behind it first). I adhered the decorated panel to a note card and finished it with glow in the dark ghosts. I stamped the sentiment in Memento Tuxedo Black on the inside and adhered another fussy cut gravestone to the bottom.

This was the easiest – I trimmed the ‘Trick or Treat‘ panel to 3″ x 4-1/2″, adhered it to the front of a note card and adhered some glow in the dark bats. I stamped some bats on the inside and decided to use the Mini Pocket Envelope dies to make a gift card pocked with a 4-3/4″ x 5-3/4″ DSP panel. This make quick fun gift card holder – definitely a treat!

No, this was the easiest. I trimmed the cat and gravestone panel to 3″ x 4-1/2″ and adhered it to the front of a note card. I adhered glow in the dark bats and a ghost to the front and stamped the sentiment in Pumpkin Pie on the inside. My stamp pad needs re-inking, so the color is uneven, but it goes with the ghostly Halloween theme!

See how great those glow in the dark embellishments work?

These note cards were such a fun project and would be great for quick greetings or gifts for co-workers, friends and family. This would also be a fun project to make with children!

Stampin’ Up! Phrases For All Masculine Birthday Card

Good Morning and Happy Monday! Today I have a simple masculine birthday card made with the wonderful Stampin’ Up! Phrases For All photopolymer stamp set. This is a sentiment stamp set with bold fonts that are great for masculine cards. You can find the products I used at the bottom of my post along with the card stock sizes.

I adhered a panel of Them Bones designer series paper to a Basic Black card base. This is the one with the pretty Fall plaid.

I stamped a panel of Pumpkin Pie Stargazing designer series paper with the background stamp from the Artistically Inked cling stamp set in Pebbled Path ink several times, covering the panel. I embossed it with the Timber 3D embossing folder and adhered it to a Basic Black mat before adhering it to the card front. withh liquid glue.

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Phrases For All photopolymer stamp set in Versamark Ink on Cajun Craze and sprinkled it with Black embossing powder. I shook off the excess and heated the pwoder with my heat tool until it was shiny. I adhered it to a Basic Black mat and popped it on the card with dimensionals. I finished with three Brushed Metallic Dots.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Phrases For All stamp set in Cajun Craze ink on a Basic White panel. I adhered a strip of Them Bones DSP to the bottom of the panel and adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

Masculine cards are a challenge, and stamp sets with strong, bold fonts like the Stampin’ Up! Phrases For All make it so much easier – just pair it with simple designer series papers and you’re set.

Stampin’ Up! Timeless Charm Birthday Card

Good Morning and Happy Saturday! I hope you’re having a nice, relaxing weekend! Today I have a Fall birthday card made with the pretty Stampin’ Up! Timeless Charm bundle and the pretty new Garden Walk 6″ x 6″ designer series paper. You can find the products I used at the bottom of my post along with the card stock sizes.

I used the pretty sketch in Freshly Made Sketches 602 for today’s card. Isn’t it pretty?

I embossed a Calypso Coral panel with the Distressed Tile 3D embossing folder and adhered it to the front of a Calypso Coral card base. I adhered a striped pannel of the Garden Walk 6″ x 6″ designer series paper to the left side of a floral panel and adhered the layered DSP ton the card front with liquid glue.

I cut a panel of Distressed Gold paper with the open leaf branch die from the Stampin’ Up! Timeless Charm dies and adhered it to the card with liquid glue. I cut the large flowers and stems from Mossy Meadow and cut just the flowers from Calypso Coral. I trimmed the stems from the Calypso Coral flowers and adhered them to the Mossy Meadow stems. I adhered the flower to the card front using glue dots behind the leaves and dimensionals to pop the flowers. I made a bow with a single strand of Wild Wheat jute and adhered it with a glue dot.

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Timeless Charm stamp set in Mossy Meadow ink on Wild Wheat and cut it out with the skinny long banner from the Stylish Shapes dies. I adhered it to the card front with dimensionals and finished the card with tiny gold metallic pearls.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the sentiment from the Timeless Arrangements stamp set in Calypso Coral ink on a Basic White panel. I stamped the flower from the Stampin’ Up! Timeless Charm stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black ink next to the sentiment and colored it with Mossy Meadow, Calypso Coral and Wild Wheat Stampin’ Blends. I adhered a strip of Garden Walk DSP to the bottomof the panel and adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

The Garden Walk 6″ x 6″ designer series paper is so pretty and perfect for Fall florals. And the flowers from the Stampin’ Up! Timeless Charm stamp set match it pretty well, making a sweet Fall birthday card!
