Stampin’ Up! Thankful Garden Love Card

Good Morning! There’s a new release of Online Exclusives today and one of the new bundles is the pretty Stampin’ Up! Thankful Garden bundle. This is a stamp, die and mask bundle with big, bold flowers and pretty sentiments. I used the masks to make my flowers today and I’ve paired it with the coordinating Lovely Garden designer series paper. You can find the products I used at the bottom of my post along with the card stock sizes.

I adhered a panel of Lovely Garden designer series paper to the front of a Soft Sea Foam card base with liquid glue. I was going to use Garden Green, but I wanted a softer color – I think it works. I embossed a Basic White panel with the Eyelet 3D embossing folder and adhered strips of dark Garden Green two-tone card stock to the top and bottom edges. The two Tone card stock is thinner than regular card stock and I didn’t want the extra bulk and since I was adhering the embossed panel with liquid glue, I think it’s a great option! It gives me just a little stronger definition between the embossed panel and DSP.

The masks for the Stampin’ Up! Thankful Garden bundle are numbered 1 – 5 and have little notches to help line them up. I applied Lemon Lolly with Blending Brushes to 1 and 2. I applied the ink a little darker on the second mask. I used Daffodil Delight on the third mask to get the darkest highlights. The last two masks are for the leaves and I used Garden Green ink, making the ink darker on the last one. I used Memento Tuxedo Black ink to stamp the flower centers and cut the flowers out with the large coordinating die. I had to do this twice because the die didn’t line up correctly the first time. So on the second attempt, I snugged the stems up tighter against the flower and checked my die after I laid down enough Garden Green ink. For the third flower, I just used ink on the smaller flower in the masks (no need to do the stems). and cut it out with the small flower die. I adhered the flower and stems to the card with glue dots and popped the small flower on top with dimensionals.

I stamped sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Thankful Garden stamp set using Memento Tuxedo Black ink on Basic White and cut it out with the small rectangle die from the Nested Essentials dies. I adhered the label to the card with glue dots. I made a bow with the new white ribbon and adhered it with a glue dot and finished with daffodil Delight opal rounds.

For the inside panel, I stamped the the flowers from the Stampin’ Up! Thankful Garden stamp set using Lemon Lolly ink on a Basic White panel. I trimmed the bottom with DSP and adhered it to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

The flowers from the Stampin’ Up! Thankful Garden bundle are so versatile and can be colored in so many ways. I think it would have been a little easier to align the coordinating die if I had stamped the whole flower first, but I wanted the look without the stamped image. And I love the black stamped center accents!

Next, I’ll have to try coloring the stamped outline image. This pretty bundle can be used in so many ways. Check it out along with the other new Online Exclusives here.

Stampin’ Up! Hugs For Love Valentine’s Day Card

Good Morning! The Stampin’ Up! Hugs For Love bundle is a fun Valentine’s Day stamp set with the new To The Point punch. The stamp set has pretty hearts, wonderful sentiments and heart themed frames that coordinate with the punch. I used it with the new Timeless Plaid 6″ x 6″ designer series paper for today’s Valentine’s Day card. You can find the products I used at the bottom of my post along with the card stock sizes.

I adhered a panel of Timeless Plaid 6″ x 6″ designer series paper to the front of a Boho Blue card base with liquid glue. I stamped the hearts from the Stampin’ Up! Hugs For Love stamp set using Calypso Coral and Boho Blue ink on Basic White. I used stamped off ink for the large Calypso Coral and striped Boho Blue hearts and full strength Calypso Coral for the tiny clusters. I adhered the panel to a Boho Blue mat and wrapped it with Flirty Flamingo baker’s twine and made a bow. I adhered it to the card with dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up Hugs for Love stamp set using Calypso Coral ink on Basic White and cut it out with the Stylish Shapes banner die. I stamped the frame using Versamark ink on Boho Blue and sprinkled it with white embossing powder. I shook off the excess powder and heat set the design before punching it out with the To The Point punch.

I popped out the little flowers from the Celebrate Love mix & match ephemera pack and colored them with the light Calypso Coral Stampin’ Blend. I adhered them to the punched out label with liquid glue and adhered the die cut sentiment on top with dimensionals. I popped the label on the card with dimensionals and finished with Flirty Flamingo dots.

For the inside panel, I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Hugs For Love stamp set using Calypso Coral ink on a Basic White panel. I stamped the hearts next to the sentiment like the front panel and trimmed the bottom with DSP. I adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

The Stampin’ Up! Hugs For Love bundle is great for Valentine’s Day cards and the sentiments are perfect for any cards sending love. I was surprised at how well the stamped off Calypso Coral went with the Flirty Flamingo baker’s twine and dots. And if you had asked me about an orange and blue Valentine’s Day card, I would not have recommended it, but I think this works. I hope you think so too.

I stamped the sentiment using Melon Mambo ink on a Basic White strip and cut it out with the coordinating die. I adhered it to the card with glue dots.

I used the flower die from the Stampin’ Up! Heart Shaped dies to cut three flowers from Petunia Pop and adhered them to the card with dimensionals. I cut the leaf sprigs from the die cut wreath leftovers and tucked them under the flowers. I finished the flowers with Petunia Pop shimmer gems.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the heart from the Stampin’ Up! Heart Shaped stamp set using twice stamped off Melon Mambo ink on a Basic White panel. I trimmed the bottom with DSP and adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

Stampin’ Up! Iconic Imagery Peace Card for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good Morning and welcome to the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop! The Sentimental Christmas designer series paper pack is full of pretty, nostalgic Christmas images and I paired it with sentiments from the Stampin’ Up! Iconic Imagery card for a holiday card. You can find the supplies I used along with card stock cuts at the bottom of my post.

We have a color challenge this week that fits the Sentimental Christmas DSP pretty well:

I adhered a panel of striped Sentimental Christmas designer series paper to the front of a Pretty Peacock card base with liquid glue and then adhered another tree filled panel on top. I cut a panel with a sweet fawn with a Stylish Shapes circle die and adhered it to a Poppy Parade mat cut with a Spotlight On Nature die. I adhered the layered circle to the card with dimensionals.

I used the Winterly Treetops pine sprigs dies to cut Old Olive and adhered them together. I used the Stampin’ Up! Iconic Imagery berry dies to cut Poppy Parade card stock and adhered the berries to the pine sprigs. I cut a Shaded Spruce panel with the leafy sprig from the Sentimental Wishes dies and adhered the die cut greenery to the bottom of the circle on the card.

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Iconic Imagery stamp set using Poppy Parade ink on Basic Beige and cut it out with the coordinating small label die. I folded a short length of Shaded Spruce ribbon and adhered it to the back of the label and adhered the label to the card with dimensionals.

For the inside panel, I stamped sentiments from the Stampin’ Up! Iconic Imagery stamp set using Poppy Parade ink on Basic White. I fussy cut some birds and greenery and adhered them to the top corner and trimmed the side with DSP. I adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

The sentiments images from the Stampin’ Up! Iconic Imagery bundle coordinate nicely with lots of different styles. It’s nice to be able to combine elements from different stamps and dies for your projects.

Stampin’ Up! Delightful Wishes Sneak Peek

Good Morning! One of the pretty new bundles in the new January-April 2025 Stampin’ Up! Mini Catalog is the Stampin’ Up! Delightful Wishes bundle and it’s part of the Floral Delight Suite. Here’s a sneak peek of a Love card made with this gorgeous bundle. You can find the currently available supplies I used along with card stock cuts at the bottom of my post.

I embossed a Pool Party panel with the Eyelet 3D embossing folder and adhered it to the front of a Pool Party card base with liquid glue. I adhered a panel of Floral Delight designer series paper (available January 7, 2025) to the card with liquid glue.

I stamped the stem from the Stampin’ Up! Delightful Wishes stamp set (available January 7, 2025) using Pecan Pie ink on a Basic White panel. I stamped the leaves using Old Olive ink, lining them up with the stem. On a separate Basic White panel, I stamped the flowers using Daffodil Delight ink. I stamped the detailed flowers using full strength ink and I used the background flowers stamp to stamp Daffodil Delight ink after stamping off on scrap paper. I cut the flowers out with the coordinating die and adhered them to the floral panel with dimensionals.

I stamped the triple dots stamp using Pool Party ink and adhered the decorated panel to the card with liquid glue. I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Delightful Wishes stamp set using Pecan Pie ink on Daffodil Delight card stock. I cut the sentiment out with the label die using a two step method and made a linen thread bow. I adhered the bow to the back of the label and adhered the label to the card with dimensionals. I finished the card with three Summer Splash shimmer gems.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the stem, leaves and flowers from the Stampin’ Up! Delicate Wishes stamp set using Pecan Pie, Old Olive and Daffodil Delight inks just like the card front. Only this time, I stamped the flowers on the same panel as the leaves and stems. I love how it’s the same, but the flowers are not popped up with dimensionals. I adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

Here is the pretty Delightful Wishes bundle that will be available on January 7, 2025.

And here is the pretty Floral Delight designer series paper. I just love the variety of flowers!

The Stampin’ Up! Delightful Wishes bundle has beautiful two step stamping flowers and leaves with wonderful sentiments, like I used on today’s card. And there are die cut flowers, leaves and branches that you can layer for a completely different look. Plus, it has dies to make the word ‘wishing‘ that you can combine with the other sentiments for a truly versatile cardmaking experience. And it will all be available on January 7, 2025 when the new Jan-Apr 2025 Mini Catalog is open.

One of the prettiest sets of designer series papers in the retiring Mini Catalog is the Regal Winter designer series paper and it goes beautifully with the Stampin’ Up! Regal Flora bundle. I used the pretty stamp set with the DSP to make a sending love card for today. You can find the supplies I used along with card stock cuts at the bottom of my post.

We have a pretty sketch challenge this week:

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Regal Flora stamp set using Versamark ink on the bottom front of a Shaded Spruce card base. I sprinkled it with white embossing powder and shook off the excess. I heated the powder with my heat tool until it was bright and shiny.

I cut a panel of Regal Winter designer series paper into thirds and adhered the strips to a Basic Black mat with liquid glue. I wrapped the panel with a length of Shaded Spruce ribbon and tied a knot before adhering the panel to the card with dimensionals.

I finished the card front with faceted iridescent gems.

For the inside panel, I stamped leaf cluster from the Stampin’ Up! Regal Flora stamp set using Shaded Spruce ink on the corner of a Basic White panel. I trimmed the bottom with DSP and adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

The Stampin’ Up! Regal Flora bundle and Regal Winter designer series paper are on the Last Chance products list and the DSP and the dies are currently discounted. So now is a great time to get these beautiful products before they’re sold out.

Stampin’ Up! Seaside Wishes with Splendid Autumn for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good Morning and welcome to the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop! I used some of the pretty sentiments from the Stampin’ Up! Seaside Wishes stamp set with the beautiful Splendid Autumn 6″ x 6″ designer series paper for a Fall love card. You can find the supplies I used along with card stock cuts at the bottom of my post.

We have a pretty sketch challenge this week. I wanted to show as much of the pretty sunset as I could, so I took the liberty to shrink the square:

I adhered a pretty sunset landscape panel of Splendid Autumn 6″ x 6″ designer series paper to the front of a Cajun Craze card base with liquid glue.

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Seaside Wishes stamp set using Cajun Craze ink on the right side of a Basic Beige panel. I cut the sentiment with the rectangular Nested Essentials die and adhered it to the card with dimensionals.

I used the long greenery die from the Textured Florals dies to cut a Copper foil panel and a Mossy Meadow panel. I adhered the leafy die cuts together with glue dots and adhered them to the card with dimensionals and glue dots. I finished the card with a Copper Clay Linen thread bow and Faux Glass dots.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Seaside Wishes stamp set stamp set using Mossy Meadow ink ink on a Basic Beige panel. I stamped the rocks from the Stampin’ Up! Seaside Wishes stamp set in Gray Granite and the dots in Basic Beige. I trimmed the side with DSP and adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

The Splendid Autumn 6″ x 6″ designer series paper has such beautiful landscapes that are great for making easy and simple cards. And the Stampin’ Up! Seaside Wishes stamp set gave me the perfect sentiments to express love and appreciation of the beauty of nature.

Stampin’ Up! More Than Autumn Card

Good Morning! The Stampin’ Up! More Than Autumn is so fun, celebrating Fall using the flavors of the season, apple cinnamon, chocolate and pumpkin spice, rather than with falling leaves. And it’s full of great sentiments too! You can find the products I used at the bottom of my post along with the card stock sizes.

I adhered a panel of Iconic Celebrations 6″ x 6″ designer series paper to a Pecan Pie mat and popped it onto the front of a Pumpkin Pie (what else?) card base with dimensionals. I used the Iconic Imagery and Stylish Shapes dies to cut a label and banner from Basic Beige and Pecan Pie card stocks. I used my paper snips to cut the Pecan Pie banner in half and adhered it to the back of the Basic Beige label and adhered them both to the card with liquid glue.

I stamped the pie, cup and a little pumpkin from the Stampin’ Up! More Than Autumn stamp set using Early Espresso ink on Basic Beige card stock. I stamped the little pumpkin again on the cup and colored them all with Pumpkin Pie and Crumb Cake Stampin’ Blends. I cut them out with the coordinating dies. I stamped the whipped cream dollops with Early Espresso on Basic White and cut them out with the coordinating dies – there’s a small die for the pie! I also cut some leaves from Old Olive, Daffodil Delight and Cajun Craze.

I cut the ‘pumpkin spice’ words using the Stampin’ Up! More Than Autumn dies from Pumpkin Pie card stock and adhered them to the labels. I adhered the cup, pie and pumpkin with dimensionals and tucked the leaves underneath. I stamped the sentiment with Early Espresso ink on Pecan Pie and adhered it with glue dots.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the sentiments from the Stampin’ Up! More Than Autumn stamp set using Early Espresso ink on Basic Beige. I stamped the heart in Pumpkin Pie and adhered the die cut leaves and pumpkin with glue dots. I trimmed the bottom with DSP before adhering the panel to the inside with Stampin’ Seal.

The Stampin’ Up! More Than Autumn bundle is such a fun set for fall and will be great to carry over into winter with the hot cocoa and peppermint mocha themes. And there are apples and cider with cinnamon too. So many options make this a fun and versatile set.

Stampin’ Up! Flowers of Beauty Love Card

Good Morning! Here’s a simple fun fold Love card using the Stampin’ Up! Flowers Of Beauty bundle with the Wildly Flowering designer series paper. I also used the beautiful Unbounded Love bundle to make the pretty layered sentiment label. You can find the products I used at the bottom of my post along with the card stock sizes.

I adhered a panel of Wildly Flowering designer series paper to Moody Mauve card base and another panel to the front of the Boho Blue mini card base. I adhered the mini card to thelarger card base with Tear & Tape. I cut a Basic White panel with the foliage die from the Stampin’ Up! Flowers Of Beauty dies and adhered it to the mini card base with glue dots.

I stamped the sentiment from the Unbounded Love stamp set on the right side of the Crumb Cake panel using Early Espresso ink and cut it out with the scalloped oval die. I cut a Basic White panel with the small scalloped oval die and adhered it to the label with liquid glue. I adhered the layered oval die cuts to the right side of the mini card base with dimensionals.

I stamped The small flower outline stamp from the Stampin’ Up! Flowers Of Beauty stamp set four times using Moody Mauve ink on Basic White.   I stamped the filler die on each flower using stamped off Moody Mauve ink and cut the flowers out with the coordinating die.  I used the small leaf die from the Unbounded Love dies to cut two leaves from Old Olive. I adhered one leaf to label with liquid glue and adhered three flowers with glue dots and dimensionals. I finished the cars with textured dots.

For the inside of the card I adhered the die cut flower and leaf to a Basic White panel. I stamped the sentiment from the Unbounded Love stamp set using Early Espresso ink and adhered the panel to the inside of the mini card with Stampin’ Seal.

I love the vintage feel of the Wildly flowering DSP. So I wanted to use it with the Stampin’ Up! Flowers Of Beauty stamp set. And I love it with the pretty scalloped label from the Unbounded Love bundle!
