Stampin’ Up! Jolly Holly with Traditions of Christmas for the Inkin’ Krew Blog Hop

Good Morning! Welcome to the November Inkin’ Krew Team Blog Hop! The theme for this month’s hop is “Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays” and I used the sweet Christmas sentiments from the Stampin’ Up! Jolly Holly stamp set with the beautiful Traditions Of Christmas specialty designer series paper to make a fun fold Christmas Card. You can find the supplies I used along with card stock cuts at the bottom of my post.

Adhere a panel of Traditions of Christmas specialty designer series paper to the flat card base. Fold, burnish and adhere the mini card base to the flat card base and adhere another panel of DSP to the front.

Cut a panel of Old Olive Gathering Together specialty DSP with the sixth largest Everyday Arches dies and a panel of gold foil with the next largest die. Adhere the arches together with liquid glue and adhere it to the front of the mini card.

Use the Christmas Greenery dies to cut a floral bouquet from the Traditions of Christmas DSP and two additional panels of Basic White. Adhere the three die cut bouquets together with liquid glue, giving you a thicker bouquet. Adhere the bouquet to the mini card. This raises the pretty bouquet up a bit making it stand out a little more.

Stamp the small sentiments from the Stampin’ Up! Jolly Holly stamp set using Cherry Cobbler ink on a strip of Basic White. Trim the ends of the sentiment and adhere it to the mini card with dimensionals. Finish with three red sparkle sequins.

For the inside, stamp the sweet sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Jolly Holly stamp set using Cherry Cobbler ink on Basic White and adhere the panel to the inside of the mini card with Stampin’ Seal. Aren’t the sentiments are perfectly scaled for the mini card?

It’s so easy to make elegant Christmas cards with the beautiful Traditions of Christmas specialty DSP and I’m so glad some of the designs can be cut out with the Christmas Greenery dies! And the Stampin’ Up! Jolly Holly stamp set has a great set of holiday sentiments and images for cards and tags. I’m using it a lot as I work to finish my Christmas cards this month.

Stampin’ Up! Petals Of Beauty Sneak Peek

Good Morning! Here’s a sneak peek of a new bundle that is coming out next month – the Stampin’ Up! Petals Of Beauty bundle. This bundle is part of the new Brushed with Beauty Suite collection that will be available on November 4, 2025 when the next set of Online Exclusives is released. You can find the currently available card stock cuts along with supplies at the bottom of my post.

This is a simple fun fold where you take a top folding A2 card base (4-1/4″ x 11″ scored at 5-1/2″) and cut the front in half and flip the bottom piece 90 degrees. So after scoring and burnishing the main card base, adhere pretty floral panels of the new Brushed With Beauty designer series paper (available Nov 4) to the front flap and inside back panel. Stamp the sentiment in the top right corner of a plain panel of the Brushed With Beauty DSP. I used the fun hello sentiment from the Branching Out stamp set in Calypso Coral ink. Adhere the stamped DSP to a Crumb Cake panel and adhere it to the front flap with liquid glue.

Cut a Mossy Meadow panel with with leaf sprig die from the new Stampin’ Up! Petals Of Beauty dies and adhere it to the card with glue dots. Stamp the large flower from the Stampin’ Up! Petals of Beauty stamp set using Calypso Coral ink on Basic White. Stamp the detailed stamp first using full strength ink and then stamp the background stamp using stamped off ink. Cut the flower out with the coordinating die. Stamp the detailed medium flower using stamped off Petal Pink ink on Basic White. Color the inside using the light Petal Pink Stampin’ Blend and cut it out with the coordinating die.

Cut the large outline flower die from Calypso Coral card stock and the small outline flower die from Petal Pink card stock. Adhere the die cut outline flowers to the stamped flowers using glue dots. Adhere the layered flowers to the card using dimensionals and add Crumb Cake Pearls of Beauty dots (available Nov 4) to the flower centers. Use Linen Thread to make a quadruple loop bow and adhere it to the card with a glue dot, tucked under the small flower.

For the inside panel, stamp the background image of the small triple flower from the Stampin’ Up! Petals Of Beauty stamp set using stamped off Petal Pink ink on Basic White. Use the Dark Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blend to color the centers and adhere the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

The Stampin’ Up! Petals of Beauty bundle is a pretty floral set with two step stamping and dies to cut the stamped images and cardstock. Here is the stamp set and dies that are in the bundle. Note that these come in the new larger Stampin’ Up! packaging. Also, these new plastic packages will be available in packs of 10 for $16 on Nov 4!

And here is the beautiful Brushed with Beauty designer series paper that will also be available.

I hope you’ve enjoyed this little sneak peek of some of the new things that will be available in the next Online Exclusives release. Thanks so much for stopping by and Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Charming Day Birthday Card

Good Morning! Here’s a floral birthday card using the Stampin’ Up! Charming Day bundle and the pretty Floral Charm designer series paper. This DSP has pretty Fall colors, so it’s great for birthdays this time of year and it’s Z-fold card, so it’s perfect for someone extra special. You can find the card stock cuts along with the currently available supplies at the bottom of my post.

Score and burnish the Mossy Meadow card base and adhere panels of Floral Charm designer series paper to each section. Cut a large circle from Basic White using the large die from the Spotlight On Nature dies and stamp the small flower from the Stampin’ Up! Charming Day stamp set in the middle using stamped off Petal Pink ink. Adhere it to the large inside panel with liquid glue – this will provide the writing area.

Using the second largest circle die from the Spotlight On Nature dies, cut a Mossy Meadow circle. Cut a Basic White circle using Stylish Shapes dies and adhere it to the inside of the Mossy Meadow circle (I was playing around with a 2-3/4″ circle punch from my stash that is no longer available and used it instead). Adhere the layered circles to the card front with liquid glue, aligning it with the Basic White circle on the inside panel. Be careful to only apply glue to the section attached to the front flap.

Stamp the large flower from the Stampin’ Up! Charming Day stamp set on Basic White and color it with the Petal Pink, light Old Olive, light Mossy Meadow and light Cajun Craze Stampin’ Blends. Use blending techniques for the greens on the leaves and the Petal Pinks on the flowers and then add s few light Cajun Craze touches to the corners of the flowers. cut the flower out with the coordinating die and adhere it to the circle with dimensionals.

Stamp the sentiment using Cajun Craze ink on Timid Tiger and trim the ends into fishtails using your paper snips. Adhere the label to the card with glue dots. Cut two Mossy Meadow leaf clusters using the small leaf die from the Stampin’ Up! Charming Day dies and adhere them to the front and inside of the card. Finish with an Old Olive linen thread bow and Petal Pink shimmer dots.

The florals in the Stampin’ Up! Charming Day bundle are so easy and fun to color and I love the sentiments and coordinating dies. A fun fold always makes a birthday card extra special and the Z-fold is a fairly easy card to make. Give it a try!

Thanks so much for stopping by and Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Gallery Blooms and Beautiful Motifs for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good Morning and welcome to the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop! I used the Stampin’ Up! Gallery Blooms and Beautiful Motifs bundles to make a quick and easy Thinking of You card. This is also a very simple fun fold where the landscape in the Beautiful Gallery 6″ x 6″ designer series paper covers the front of the card and extends to the trim on the inside. You can find the supplies I used along with card stock cuts at the bottom of my post.

We have a color challenge this week:

Start with a 3-7/8″ x 5-1/8″ Beautiful Gallery 6″ x 6″ DSP panel and cut 1 inch off the right side so you have two panels with a continuous design. Adhere the large panel to a Very Vanilla mat and adhere the skinny panel to the right side of the Very Vanilla inside panel.

Adhere the large layered DSP panel to the front of the card with liquid glue. Use the Stampin’ Up! Beautiful Motifs dies to cut the leaf cluster and wildflowers from Mossy Meadow and Basic Beige card stocks. Adhere the die cuts to the card front with glue dots. Make a loopy bow with linen thread and adhere it with a glue dot.

Stamp the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Beautiful Motifs stamp set on Very Vanilla using Pecan Pie ink and cut it out with the second smallest circle from the Stylish Shapes dies. cut a Pecan Pie circle using the second smallest Spotlight on Nature dies and adhere it to the back of the label. Adhere the label to the card with dimensionals and finish with Cajun Craze gems.

Stamp the left side of the inside panel with the wildflower from the Stampin’ Up! Gallery Blooms stamp set using twice stamped off Pecan Pie ink. Adhere the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

I love to use beautiful designer series paper on cards because it makes it so easy! Add a few complimentary die cuts with a pretty sentiment label and a few embellishments and you have an impressive handmade card that anyone would be happy to receive.

Stampin’ Up! Thankful Garden Fall Card

Good Morning! Hope you had a wonderful weekend! Here is a gate fold card made with the pretty Stampin’ Up! Thankful Garden bundle that came out earlier this year. The thing is, my hydrangeas are Lil’ Limelight, which means that they have greenish white flowers that turn a beautiful bronze in the fall (the ones the deer don’t eat, that is). And they’re at the peak of their color right now, so I wanted to make a card using this pretty bundle to capture these Fall hydrangeas. You can find the card stock cuts along with supplies at the bottom of my post.

After scoring and burnishing the card base for the center gate fold card, adhere panels of Timeless Plaid 6″ x 6″ designer series paper to the front flaps. Use the third largest die from the Everyday Arches dies to cut Old Olive and the next smallest to cut Basic Beige. Emboss the Basic Beige arch with the Birch Wood 3D embossing folder and adhere it to the Old Olive arch. Adhere the layered arches to the left side of the card base.

Stamp the large hydrangea flower from the Stampin’ Up! Thankful Garden stamp set using Gray Granite ink and color it using the masks and blending brushes (masks are included in the bundle or can be purchased separately). Color the hydrangea first using Soft Sea Foam for mask #1 and #2 (the color will be darker with the second mask). For mask #3, start with Calypso Coral and add a little Cajun Craze at the end. Use Old Olive to color the leaves with masks #4 and #5. Cut the hydrangea out with the large coordinating die.

Cut two large leaf clusters using the Stampin’ Up! Thankful Garden dies from Old Olive card stock and adhere them to the card with glue dots. Pop the flower on top with dimensionals and decorate the centers with antique pearls. Finish with a Basic Beige bow.

For the inside panel, trim the bottom of a Basic White panel with DSP. Find the section of the hydrangea from the Stampin’ Up! Thankful Garden stamp set that goes with the small flower die and stamp it using Gray Granite ink on Basic White. Color with blending brushes like the large flower on the front and cut it out with the small hydrangea die. Adhere it to the panel and adhere the panel to the inside of the card.

I was happy with how the hydrangea came out using the masks for coloring. My first attempt using Stampin’ Blends didn’t work out nearly as well 😞. I didn’t put any sentiments on the front or inside of this card, but you can use it for a Fall birthday or for any other occasion. I love plaids in the Fall and so many of the Timeless Plaid designs would be great for a Fall card, so don’t forget those items hiding in your stash! Enjoy!

And don’t forget that tomorrow is the Big Day for the new Stampin’ Up! 2025 September-December Mini Catalog to open and a new release of Online Exclusive products!

Thanks so much for stopping by and Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Impressions Abloom for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good Morning and welcome to the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop! Today I’m using the wonderful Stampin’ Up! Impressions Abloom bundle with the pretty Floral Impressions designer series paper to make a Z-Fold card. You can find the supplies I used along with card stock cuts at the bottom of my post.

We have a color challenge this week but I only used four of the colors:

Adhere Floral Impressions designer series paper to a Crushed Curry card base with liquid glue. Cut two Basic White ovals and one Garden Green oval using the Stampin’ Up! Impressions Abloom dies.

Stamp the sentiment from the Simply Said stamp set using Garden Green ink on one of the Basic White ovals and emboss it with the Pressed Flowers embossing folder. Adhere it to the Garden Green oval. Use the oval frame die to cut a Garden Green frame and adhere it to the front of the stamped and embossed Basic White oval with tiny dots of liquid glue.

Use the inside of the Garden Green frame to cut leaves and stems using the Stampin’ Up! Impressions Abloom dies. Use the flower dies to cut Strawberry Slush, Darling Duckling, Fresh Freesia and Peach Pie card stock. Assemble the flowers by adhering the Darling Duckling flower centers with dimensionals and adhere the Fresh Freesia petals with glue dots. Adhere the leaf sprig, Fresh Freesia and Peach Pie flowers to the embossed oval with glue dots and the Strawberry Slush flower with dimensionals. Adhere the decorated oval panel to the card with liquid glue and finish with In Color flat pearls.

For the inside, Stamp the flower and leaves from the Stampin’ Up! Impressions Abloom stamp set in the corner of the last Basic White oval using Strawberry Slush, Darling Duckling and Garden Green inks. Use full strength ink for the detailed stamps and stamped off inks for the background stamps. Adhere the stamped oval to the inside with liquid glue.

The Stampin’ Up! Impressions Abloom bundle is such a versatile set with beautiful die cut and stamped flowers. The oval dies are really special, especially with the frame!

Stampin’ Up! Charming Day Fun Fold Card

Good Morning! The Stampin’ Up! Charming Day bundle is such a pretty set and the coordinating Floral Charm designer series paper is one of my favorites. I used the paper to make a modified Joy Fold card today – a design that shows both sides of pretty DSP and is so easy to make. You can find the card stock cuts along with the supplies at the bottom of my post.

I used one of the plainer patterns of the pretty DSP because it reminds me of a retired Fall DSP with similar colors and leaves, so my card has a Fall feel. But I’ve seen this style made with other patterns and they’re all so pretty! Start by folding and burnishing the large DSP panel and adhering it to a Night of Navy card base.

Emboss a Basic White panel with the Pressed Flowers embossing folder and adhere it to the front of the Timid Tiger mini card. Adhere a panel of Floral Charm DSP to the inside of the front flap. Stamp the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Charming Day stamp set using Versamark ink on Night of Navy. Sprinkle it with white embossing powder and heat set. Cut out the sentiment with the Spotlight on Nature die.

Stamp the flower from the Stampin’ Up! Charming Day stamp set using Memento Tuxedo Black ink on Basic White and color it with Crumb Cake, Timid Tiger, Petal Pink, Old Olive and Mossy Meadow Stampin’ Blends. Cut it out with the coordinating die and adhere a Cajun Craze linen thread (retired) bow to the back with a glue dot. Cut out the large leaf sprig from the Stampin’ Up! Charming Day dies from Mossy Meadow and adhere it to the mini card with glue dots. Adhere the die cut flower to the mini card with dimensionals and the label with glue dots. Finish with the new Cajun Craze and Gold sparkle gems (sneak peek of Online Exclusives available September 3, 2025).

For the inside panel, stamp the small leaf sprig from the Stampin’ Up! Charming Day stamp set using stamped off Mossy Meadow ink in the corner of a Basic White panel. Adhere the panel to the inside of the mini card with Stampin’ Seal and adhere the mini card to the larger card with liquid glue.

Isn’t this a fun new way to do a Joy Fold card? I’m so happy I finally got to stamp and color a flower from the Stampin’ Up! Charming Day bundle and I’m so pleased with the results. I hope you like it and give this beautiful set a try.

Thanks so much for stopping by and Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Impressions Abloom Book Fold Card

Good Morning! Here is a Book Fold card made with the new Stampin’ Up! Impressions Abloom bundle and the pretty Floral Impressions designer series paper. These are from the latest Online Exclusives release a few weeks ago. I also used new In Colors – Strawberry Slush and Darling Duckling. You can find the products I used at the bottom of my post along with the card stock sizes.

After scoring my Darling Duckling card base, I adhered the ‘book’ section on the left side together using liquid glue. I adhered the pretty Floral Impressions DSP to light Garden Green mats and adhered the panels to the card front with liquid glue.

The Stampin’ Up! Impressions Abloom stamps are designed for two-step stamping with a detailed stamp and a background stamp for each image. I stamped the detailed stamps first and lined up the background stamps afterward. For the large flower, I used Strawberry Slush for the detailed stamp and stamped off Pretty In Pink for the background. I used Pecan Pie and Crushed Curry for the flower center and Garden Green and stamped off Granny Apple Green for the leaves. After stamping, I cut each image with the coordinating dies and used a ball stylus and a foam pad to make little circles on the back of the die cuts to make domes on the petals, leaves and flower center. This gives each piece dimension. I adhered the flower center using dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Impressions Abloom stamp set using Versamark ink on Strawberry Slush. I sprinkled it with white embossing powder, shook off the excess and heated it with my heat tool until it was bright and shiny. I cut it out with a rectangle from the Nesting Essentials dies and adhered it to the card with glue dots. I adhered the layered flower to the card with glue dots and tucked the leaves underneath, adhering them with more glue dots. I wrapped the side with Strawberry Slush ribbon, tying a know and securing it with another glue dot. I finished with beautiful Darling Duckling iridescent dots.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the flower, flower center and leaves from the Stampin’ Up! Impressions Abloom stamp set using the same colors as the front in the corner of a Basic White panel. I trimmed the bottom with DSP and adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

The Stampin’ Up! Impressions Abloom bundle is so versatile with stamped floral images, die cuts and pretty sentiments. All the pretty new designer series papers and stamps are so inspiring and really motivate me for Spring card making.

Stampin’ Up! Sweet Blooms Hello Card

Good Morning! Today’s card is is inspired from the cards found on p45 of the new Annual Catalog using the new Stampin’ Up! Sweet Blooms bundle. I turned it into a Fun Fold card where the inside uses the pretty Florals In Bloom designer series paper. You can find the products I used at the bottom of my post along with the card stock sizes.

I stamped the leaf sprig from the Stampin’ Up! Sweet Blooms stamp set using Secret Sea ink along the sides of the Secret Sea card base panel. It’s hard to see from the pictures, but it gives the card stock background a little texture. I scored and burnished the 5-1/2″ x 7-1/2″ panel of Florals in Bloom designer series paper at 3-1/4″ and 6-1/2″ and adhered the 1″ section down with liquid glue. Then I adhered the DSP card base to the stamped card stock panel with liquid glue.

I applied adhesive sheets to the back of Blackberry Bliss and cut out the Stampin’ Up! Sweet Blooms detailed lovely die and cut out the coordinating background die from Basic White. I peeled the adhesive sheet backing and adhered the two die cuts together and adhered it to the card with glue dots, being careful not to go past the left DSP fold.

I stamped the hello from the Stampin’ Up! Sweet Blooms stamp set in Petunia Pop ink on Basic White and adhered it to a Blackberry Bliss mat before popping it on the card with dimensionals. I finished with Blackberry Bliss dots.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the leaf & stems from the Stampin’ Up! Pretty Blooms stamp set using Garden Green ink on Basic White. I used three times stamped off Secret Sea for the flowers – with this combo, I found it easier to stamp the stems first. I used the Cloud Cover and Secret Sea Stampin’ Write markers to add flicks to the flowers to add some depth. I planned an even border, but I cut it 4-3/4″ instead of 5-1/4″, so it’s a little short, but I think it looks pretty good, so I left it. I love that you can see DSP on the inside of the front flap!

This picture is the best for seeing the tone on tone leaf sprig stamping on the card stock. I love card designs where you can see both sides of pretty designer series paper and the Florals in Bloom paper is so pretty! And the sentiments and dies in the Stampin’ Up! Sweet Blooms bundle are great and so easy to use. I hope you are loving the items in the new Annual Catalog as much as I am!
