Stampin’ Up! Country Flowers for the Inkin’ Krew Blog Hop

Good Morning! Welcome to the April Inkin’ Krew Team Blog Hop! The theme for this month’s hop is “For the Ladies/Girls” and I used the some retiring products to make a Mother’s Day Card, including the pretty Stampin’ Up! Country Flowers bundle and the Countryside Inn designer series paper. You can find the supplies I used along with card stock cuts at the bottom of my post.

I adhered a panel striped panel of the retiring Countryside Inn designer series paper to a Misty Moonlight mat with liquid glue. I adhered it to a floral panel of the Countryside Inn DSP and then adhered the layered DSP to the front of a Boho Blue card base. Boho Blue is one of the retiring 2023-3035 In Colors.

I stamped teapot and flowers from the retiring Stampin’ Up! Country Flowers stamp set using Memento Tuxedo Black ink on Basic White and cut them out with the coordinating dies. I colored the teapot with light Boho Blue Stampin’ Blend, shading it to give the teapot dimension. I colored the flowers with the light Boho Blue Stampin’ Blend and the dark Night of Navy Stampin’ Blend, leaving some flowers white.

I cut panels of Misty Moonlight and Basic White with the large octagonal die from the retiring Wildflower Designs dies. I embossed the inside of the Misty Moonlight panel with the retiring Cute Crochet 3D embossing folder. I adhered the Basic White frame to the card with dimensionals on the top and bottom and adhered the embossed panel with liquid glue. Doesn’t it look like a lacy doily? With the DSP stripe layer, the embossed inside and frame are almost level. I adhered the teapot with glue dots and popped the flowers on top with dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment from the retiring Flower Cart stamp set using Memento Tuxedo Black ink on Boho Blue and cut it out with the medium label die from the Mixed Labels dies. I used the two step method to make the die cut a little longer and was glad it worked out pretty well! I adhered the label to the card with dimensionals and finished with Night of Navy gems and a loopy Night of Navy linen thread bow.

For the inside of the card, I stamped a flower cluster from the Country Birdhouse stamp set using Memento Tuxedo Black ink in the corner of a Basic White panel and colored it with Boho Blue and Night of Navy Stampin’ Blends. I stamped the sentiment from the Flower Card stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black ink and trimmed the side with DSP. I adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

The Stampin’ Up! Country Flowers stamp set and dies are such a sweet set and I’m sorry to see it retiring. I don’t usually like to use so many different stamp sets and tools on cards, but I think all of these items work well together to make a sweet, feminine Mother’s Day card. Many of the retiring products I used for today’s card have been discounted in the Last Chance section of the Online Store. Many times the individual discounted prices of the stamp sets and dies total less than the bundled prices, so make sure to double check before adding them to your card.

Stampin’ Up! Country Flowers Friendship Card

Good Morning! The Stampin’ Up! Country Flowers bundle has pretty flowers, greenery and containers and sweet sentiments. One of the containers is a teapot and for today’s card, I stamped it on a panel of Country Woods designer series paper for a rustic look. You can find the products I used at the bottom of my post along with the card stock sizes.

I embossed a panel of Crumb Cake card stock with the Eyelet 3D embossing folder and adhered it to a Crumb Cake card base with liquid glue. I stamped the teapot from the Stampin’ Up! Country Flowers stamp set using Memento Tuxedo Black ink on a panel of Country Woods designer series paper. I colored it with a Blender Pen and Gray Granite ink and adhered the panel to a Crumb Cake mat.

I stamped the flowers from the Stampin’ Up! Country Flowers on another panel of Country Woods designer series paper using Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I colored the flowers with a Blender Pen using Petunia Pop, Peach Pie, Lost Lagoon, Lemon Lime Twist, Melon Mambo and Daffodil Delight inks. I cut out the flowers with the coordinating die and adhered it to the DSP panel with dimensionals. I adhered the decorated panel to the card with dimensionals.

I stamped sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Country Flowers stamp set using Memento Tuxedo Black ink on Gray Granite and popped it on the card with dimensionals. I used white baker’s twine to make a small bow and adhered it with a glue dot and finished the card with Brushed Brass Butterflies.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the little eyelet design from the Stampin’ Up! Country Flowers stamp set using Gray Granite ink on a Basic White panel. I adhered the panel to a mat using the same Country Woods designer series paper as the card front and adhered the layered panel to the inside of the card.

Today’s card was inspired by the images for the Stampin’ Up! Country Flowers bundle in the new Annual Catalog. The images on the wood grain DSP remind me of paintings on wood like you would find in an old country farmhouse.

Stampin’ Up! Country Flowers Hello Card

Good Morning! Here’s another card made with the pretty new Stampin’ Up! Country Flowers bundles. And I used the new neutral color Basic Beige with Petal Pink, Lost Lagoon and Gray Granite for a soft look. You can find the products I used at the bottom of my post along with the card stock sizes.

I adhered a strip of Country Lace designer series paper to the front of a Basic Beige card base with liquid glue. I adhered another panel to a Lost Lagoon mat and wrapped a length of Petal Pink ribbon around it. I tied the ribbon on the side with Gray Granite baker’s twine making a bow and adhered the panel to the the side of the card with dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment from the Country Birdhouse stamp set using Lost Lagoon ink on Basic Beige and cut it out with the Stylish Shapes dies. I stamped the can and flowers from the Stampin’ Up! Country Flowers stamp set using Gray Granite ink on Basic White. I colored the can with the light Gray Granite Stampin’ Blend and the flowers with Petal Pink, light Lost Lagoon and Lemon Lolly Stampin’ Blends and cut them out with the coordinating dies.

I adhered the can to the card with glue dots and popped the flowers on with dimensionals. I cut the double flower die from the Stampin’ Up! Country Flowers Dies from Petal Pink card stock and a set of leaves from Lost Lagoon. I adhered the die cut flowers and leaves to the card with glue dots and finished the flower centers with small Lemon Lolly dots.

For the inside of the card I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Country Flowers stamp set in Lost Lagoon ink on a Basic White panel. I stamped the flowers in Petal Pink ink and trimmed the bottom with a strip of DSP . I adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

I love the farmhouse look of the Stampin’ Up! Country Flowers bundle and the new Basic Beige color gives the card a light and clean look, even with layers and ribbons!

Stampin’ Up! Country Flowers Sending Love Card

Good Morning! One of the pretty new bundles in the Stampin’ Up! 2024-2025 Annual Catalog is the Stampin’ Up! Country Flowers bundle. This pretty photopolymer stamp and die set has pretty florals and different pots you can arrange them in along with a little stool to stand it on. I used the die cut flowers and leaves with the Country Lace and Country Woods designer series paper to make a Sending Love friendship card. You can find the products I used at the bottom of my post along with the card stock sizes.

I adhered a strip of Country Woods designer series paper to the side of a Country Lace designer series paper panel with liquid glue and popped it on a Basic White mat. I wrapped a length of Crumb Cake baker’s twine around the DSP seam and tied a bow and adhered it to the front of a Misty Moonlight card base.

I used the large circle from the Stylish Shapes dies to cut an panel of Country Lace DSP and stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Country Flowers stamp set in Crumb Cake ink at the top. I used the tub die from the Stampin’ Up! Country Flowers dies to cut a panel of Country Woods designer series paper and adhered it to the die cut circle with liquid glue.

I cut the flowers and leaves from the Stampin’ Up! Country Flowers dies from Flirty Flamingo, Petal Pink and Old Olive card stock. I used Flirty Flamingo for the large floral and a double flower dies, Petal Pink for the triple floral die and Old Olive for all the leaves dies. I adhered the leaves and Flirty Flamingo flowers with glue dots and used bits of dimensionals to adhere the Petal Pink flowers. I finished the flower centers with small Peach Pie shimmer dots.

For the inside of the card I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Country Flowers stamp set in Crumb Cake ink on a Basic White panel. I trimmed the bottom with a strip of DSP and adhered the remaining die cut flowers and leaves with liquid glue. I adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

The Stampin’ Up! Country Flowers bundle is part of the Country Woods Suite and these products have a nice modern country farmhouse feel. The sentiments are sweet and fresh and this bundle gives a lot of pretty options with different stamped floral bouquet and container images in addition to wonderful coordinating dies. Be sure to check it out!
