Stampin’ Up! Words Of Beauty You Are Amazing Card

Good Morning! Here’s a card made with the new Stampin’ Up! Words Of Beauty bundle from today’s new Online Exclusives release. This bundle is part of the new Brushed with Beauty suite collection which also includes the Petals of Beauty bundle and Brushed with Beauty designer series paper. You can find the card stock cuts along with supplies at the bottom of my post. (I will update the Supply List later today with links to the new products.)

Yay! Vellum is back! Emboss a vellum panel with the new Beautiful Pattern embossing folder and adhere it to the front of a Calypso Coral card base with Stampin’ Seal. Use the second and third largest Textured Notes rectangle dies to cut panels of the Brushed With Beauty designer series paper and adhere them to the card.

Cut a Mossy Meadow panel of Brushed With Beauty DSP with the large leaf sprig from the Petals of Beauty dies and adhere it to the card with glue dots. Stamp the ‘because‘ sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Words Of Beauty stamp set on Very Vanilla using Mossy Meadow ink. Cut it out with the wide label die and adhere it to the card using glue dots.

Stamp the large flower from the Petals of beauty using Calypso Coral ink. Use full strength ink for the detailed stamp and stamped off ink for the background stamp. Cut it out with the coordinating die. Stamp the center using Early Espresso ink and cut it out with the coordinating die and adhere it to the large flower. Adhere the flower to the card using dimensionals. Apply Adhesive sheets to the back of a Mossy Meadow panel and cut it out with the small ‘just‘ word die from the Stampin’ Up! Words of Beauty dies. Cut the middle size die from Very Vanilla and peel off the backing and adhere the Mossy Meadow word to the Very Vanilla word – Don’t forget the dot for the ‘j‘! Adhere the word to the card using bits of dimensional and glue dots and finish with a loopy Early Espresso bow and Calypso Coral dots.

For the inside panel, stamp the large flower from the Stampin’ Up! Petals Of Beauty stamp set using Calypso Coral and Early Espresso inks on Very Vanilla. trim the bottom with DSP and adhere the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

The Stampin’ Up! Words of Beauty bundle and the rest of the items in the Brushed With Beauty Suite Collection are a nice change from Holiday cards and them more I play with these products, the more I’m in love with them. The two step stamping florals are great and the sentiments are too – and so versatile. I wonder if I can incorporate the images into Christmas cards?

Stampin’ Up! Textured Notes Card

Good Morning! The Stampin’ Up! Textured Notes bundle is part of the new Online Exclusives release and has these wonderful bordered rectangle dies. I used the bundle with the pretty Country Woods designer series paper and the leaf sprig dies from the Textured Floral dies for today’s card. You can find the products I used at the bottom of my post along with the card stock sizes.

I used the large rectangle die from the Stampin’ Up! Textured Notes dies to cut a Pool Party panel of Country Woods designer series paper and adhered it to the front of a basic Beige card base with liquid glue.

I lightly applied Basic Beige ink to a Basic White panel with a blending brush to give it a little color and stamped the large leaf sprig from the Stampin’ Up! Textured Notes stamp set using Mossy Meadow ink. I stamped the round basket using Crumb Cake and I used Lost Lagoon to stamp the small leaf sprig twice. I cut the stamped image out with the third largest rectangle die and applied more Basic Beige ink to the edges. I adhered the panel to the card with liquid glue.

I cut the large leaf sprig die from the Textured Florals dies from Mossy Meadow and the small sprig from Lost Lagoon. I adhered the leaf sprigs to the card with glue dots. I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Textured Notes stamp set using Lost Lagoon ink on Basic Beige. I cut it out with the long skinny die and adhered a Linen Thread bow to the back before popping it on the card with dimensionals. I finished the card with textured metallic dots.

For the inside panel, I stamped the leaf sprigs and round basket from the Stampin’ Up! Textured Notes stamp set using the same colors as the card front on a Basic White panel. I trimmed the bottom with DSP and adhered it to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

The Stampin’ Up! Textured Notes bundle is wonderful for stamping textured collages and can be combined with images from other stamp sets, such as letters, graphic designs and naturals such as flowers and butterflies. I also think the leaves from the Textured Floral dies nicely coordinate with the stamped images in the stamp set. And I just love these new bordered rectangle dies!

Stampin’ Up! Mixed Labels Sneak Peek

Good Morning! The Stampin’ Up! Mixed Labels bundle is pretty sentiment bundle with pretty label dies that is part of the mixed Media Florals Suite coming in the January Online Exclusives release on January 7, 2025. I’ve used it with a pretty floral pattern from the Mixed Media Florals designer series paper pack that is part of the suite. You can find the currently available products I used at the bottom of my post along with the card stock sizes. And you can download a flyer with pictures of the bundle and designer series paper below.

I adhered a panel of Mixed Media Florals designer series paper to a Basic Black mat with liquid glue and wrapped it with Basic Black baker’s twine and tied a bow. I adhered the background panel to the front of a Calypso Coral card base with dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Mixed Labels stamp set using Versamark ink on a Basic Black panel. I sprinkled it with white embossing powder and shook off the excess. I heated it with my heat tool until it was bright and shiny and cut it out with the pretty label die. Isn’t the die cut border so pretty!

I adhered a butterfly accent to the card with small cut up pieces of dimensionals, carefully hidden behind the wings and glue dots on the body. I finished the card with iridescent faceted gems.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the little flowers from the Stampin’ Up! Mixed Labels stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black ink on a Basic White panel. I trimmed the bottom with DSP and adhered the panel to a Basic Black mat before adhering it to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

The beautiful Mixed Media Florals Suite will be available on January 7, 2025 with a new selection of Online Exclusives. Click on the picture below to download a flyer and get the details on the Stampin’ Up! Mixed Labels bundle and the Mixed Media Florals designer series paper pack (and the other pretty items in the Suite).

The new Online Exclusives release is in addition to the January-April 2025 Mini Catalog and will include two product suites, five bundles and additional stamp sets and embellishments. I can’t wait for January 7, 2025!

Stampin’ Up! Terrific Toadstools Sneak Peek

Good Morning! The new January – April 2025 Mini Catalog is coming out on January 7, 2025 and I’ve got a sneak peek of a bun new bundle – the Stampin’ Up! Terrific Toadstools bundle. Sale-A-Bration will also start on January 7, and there’s a 6″ x 6″ designer series paper pack called Toadstool Gardens that coordinates with the new bundle. I’ve used both of them for today’s sneak peek card. You can find the currently avaliable supplies I used along with card stock cuts at the bottom of my post.

I adhered a strip of Toadstool Gardens 6″ x 6″ DSP to the side of a sweet garden background panel of the DSP with liquid glue and adhered them both to the front of a Pumpkin Pie card base. On a Basic White panel, I stamped the ground from the Stampin’ Up! Terrific Toadstools stamp set using Granny Apple Green ink. I used a Blending Brush to apply Pool Party ink to the sky.

I stamped the little mushrooms to the panel using Smoky Slate, Basic Beige, Peach Pie and Fresh Freesia inks and cut it out using a circle die from the Stylish Shapes dies. I stamped the large mushroom cap using Real Red ink on Basic Beige and punched it out using the Stampin’ Up! Terrific Toadstools punch. I punched the stem from Basic Beige and adhered them together with liquid glue.

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Terrific Toadstools stamp set using Melon Mambo ink on Basic White and cut it out with a die from the Unbounded Love dies. I popped the die cut circle on the card with dimensionals and adhered the label with dimensionals and a glue dot. I adhered the large mushroom with dimensionals and finished the card with shiny sequins.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the leaf from the Stampin’ Up! Terrific Toadstools stamp set using Garden Green ink. I trimmed the bottom of the panel with DSP and adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

Here is the Stampin’ Up! Terrific Toadstools bundle with all the fun mushroom stamps and cute sentiments. Note that the punch cuts inside the stamped images, so that you won’t have white borders.

Isn’t it such a whimsical, fun set? The Stampin’ Up! Terrific Toadstools bundle will be available next month when the January-April 2025 catalog goes live. It will be perfect for crafting fun on cold January Winter days!

Stampin’ Up! Attention Shoppers Card

Good Morning and Happy Black Friday! I used to always go shopping on Black Friday – crazy isn’t it! I’m not crazy anymore, but I just had to use the Stampin’ Up! Attention Shoppers bundle to make a card to celebrate the day. You can find the products I used at the bottom of my post along with the card stock sizes.

I adhered a panel of Take a Bow 6″ x 6″ designer series paper to the front of a Granny Apple Green card base. I used the circle dies from the Spotlight On Nature dies to cut Basic White and Real Red Take a Bow DSP circles, adhered them together and adhered them to the card. I stamped the Christmas Tree and star from the Reindeer Fun stamp set and used the dies to cut it them out, along with a Granny Apple Green wreath, Real Red bow and Garden Green bow. I cut a rectangle present and assembled the tree, wreath and present, decorating them with gold sequins.

I stamped the shopping bag from the Stampin’ Up! Attention Shoppers stamp set using Memento Tuxedo Black ink on Basic White and stamped it again on a DSP panel. I fussy cut the DSP panel and adhered it to the bag with liquid glue. I colored the handles with the Real Red Stampin’ Blend and the tissue with the Soft Sea Foam Stampin’ Blend. I stamped the penguin from the Snowy Wonder stamp set (because I need a Squishmallow) and colored it’s beak and feet with the Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blend. I arranged all my goodies on the card to fit in the shopping cart and adhered them with glue dots.

I cut the shopping cart dies from the Stampin’ Up! Attention Shoppers dies from Real Red and Smoky Slate and adhered them to the card with glue dots. I cut the Reindeer Fun light string from Basic White and used Azure Afternoon, Shaded Spruce, Real Red, Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends to color the lights. I adhered the lights to the shopping card, trimming the ends. I stamped the sentiment using Real Red ink on Basic White and cut it out with the Stylish Shapes dies large banner. I adhered it to the card with dimensionals and finished with a gold sequin.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Attention Shoppers stamp set using Memento Tuxedo Black in ink on a Basic White panel. I trimmed the bottom with DSP and adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

It was so much fun to fill my shopping cart with Christmas goodies. The best part was that there was no crowd, traffic or long checkout lines, thanks to the Stampin’ Up! Attention Shoppers bundle! Take care – it’s only going to get crazier out there, so remember to have fun and treat yourself! I think I need to add the bottle of wine to the cart!

Stampin’ Up! Layering Leaves for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good Morning and welcome to the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop! The Stampin’ Up! Layering Leaves stamp set is a pretty returning stamp set with gorgeous sentiments and great leaf and flower images that coordinate with the pretty bough punch. I used them with the wonderful Splendid Autumn 6″ x 6″ designer series paper for a hugs card. You can find the supplies I used along with card stock cuts at the bottom of my post.

We have a pretty color challenge this week:

I embossed a panel of Wild Wheat and adhered it to the front of a Wild Wheat card base with liquid glue. I adhered a panel of Splendid Autumn 6″ x 6″ designer series paper to a Mossy Meadow mat and popped it on the card front with dimensionals.

I stamped two leaf clusters from the Stampin’ Up! Layering Leaves stamp set using Pecan Pie ink on Cajun Craze and punched them out with the Bough Punch. I stamped three flower clusters using Pecan Pie ink on Cherry Cobbler and punched them out. I adhered the leaf and flower clusters to the card with glue dots. I separated strands of 2023-2025 In Color Jute and tied them together before adhering them to the card with a glue dot.

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Layering Leaves stamp set using Mossy Meadow ink on Basic White and cut it out with the medium die from the Something Fancy Dies. I felt it was too stark, so I lightly applied Wild Wheat ink over the top with a Blending Brush, and it was perfect! I popped it on the card with dimensionals and finished the card with Cajun Craze dots.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the flower and leaf clusters from the Stampin’ Up! Layering Leaves stamp set using Cherry Cobbler and Cajun Craze inks in the corners of a Basic White panel. I ahdered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal..

The Stampin’ Up! Layering Leaves stamp set is a simple and wonderful set that is so versatile! The sentiments are just gorgeous and I love that it coordinates with the Bough Punch!

Stampin’ Up! Frosted Forest for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good Morning and welcome to the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop! I used the pretty Stampin’ Up! Frosted Forest bundle to make a fall note card for our hop today. This was fun because the tree was colored with the masks and blending brushes and sponge daubers! You can find the supplies I used along with card stock cuts at the bottom of my post.

We have a theme challenge this week, and it’s perfect for the cool mornings we have had this week, although the leaves haven’t started turning yet.

I embossed a Crushed Curry panel with the Leaf Fall 3D embossing folder and adhered it to the front of a Crushed Curry card base with liquid glue. I used blending brushes with Balmy Blue and Garden Green ink to color a Basic White panel. I cut the panel out with the Deckled Rectangles dies and stamped the little bird from the Stampin’ Up! Frosted Forest stamp set in Pecan Pie ink in the sky. I adhered the panel to the front of the card.

I stamped the tree from the Stampin’ Up! Frosted Forest stamp set in Pecan Pie ink on Basic White. I used mask #1 to color the tree trunk and branches with Pecan Pie ink using a blending brush. I used a sponge dauber to apply a little Pebbled Path ink. I used mask #2 to color the top. I applied Crushed Curry ink to the tree with a sponge dauber. I added splotches of Garden Green ink with a blending brush and Pumpkin Pie ink with a sponge dauber. I replaced the mask with #3 and applied Copper Clay and more Garden Green ink.

I cut out the tree with the coordinating die and adhered it to the card with dimensionals. I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Frosted Forest stamp set using Pecan Pie ink on Basic White. I cut the sentiment out with the Autumn Leaves label die and adhered a golden leaf to the back. I adhered the label to the card with glue dots and finished with three Copper Clay dots.

For the inside of the card, I adhered a Basic White panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal. I used the Autumn Leaves die to cut leaves from Pumpkin Pie, Copper Clay, Crushed Curry and Pecan pie card stock. I adhered the leaves to the inside of the card.

I love the mottled look of the leaves on the tree, and it was fun to use blending brushed and sponge daubers! The masks are pretty easy to use with the numbering and the alignment notches. And isn’t that a great sentiment to brighten a day?

Stampin’ Up! Autumn Expressions Beauty of the Season Card

Good Morning! The Stampin’ Up! Autumn Expressions bundle is a pretty new stamp and die bundle in the Splendid Autumn Suite from the new September – December 2024 Mini Catalog opening today. I used it with one of the pretty Fall landscapes in the Splendid Autumn 6″ x 6″ designer series paper. You can find the products I used at the bottom of my post along with the card stock sizes.

I embossed a strip of Cajun Craze card stock with the Leaf Fall 3D embossing folder and adhered it to the bottom of a panel of Splendid Autumn designer series paper. I adhered the layered panel to a Pebbled Path mat and wrapped it with a length of Copper Clay Linen Thread making a bow. I popped it on the front of a Cajun Craze card base with dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Autumn Expressions stamp set using Cajun Craze ink on a Lemon Lolly strip and cut it out with the die from the Unbounded Love dies.

I adhered a golden leaf to the card with a glue dot and cut out a Cajun Craze leaf using the Stampin’ Up! Autumn Expressions dies. I adhered the die cut leaf to the card with a glue dot and popped the sentiment on top with dimensionals. I finished with three iridescent foil gems.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the leaf from the Stampin’ Up! Autumn Expressions bundle in stamped off Cajun Craze ink in the corner of a Basic White panel. I trimmed the side with DSP and adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

The Stampin’ Up! Autumn Expressions bundle is finally out and it’s perfect for making beautiful Fall cards for any occasion.

Stampin’ Up! Autumn Expressions Sneak Peek

Good Morning! One of the pretty new bundles in the September-December 2024 Mini Catalog is the Stampin’ Up! Autumn Expressions bundle, a cling stamp and die set that is part of the Splendid Autumn Suite. It has beautiful sentiments and pretty fall images and gorgeous dies. I used the bundle with some of the pretty embellishments in the Suite for a fall note card with a change theme. You can find the currently available products I used at the bottom of my post along with the card stock sizes.

I embossed a panel of Wild Wheat card stock with the Timber 3D embossing folder and adhered it to the front of a Wild Wheat card base with liquid glue.

I stamped the wheat stamp from the Stampin’ Up! Autumn Expressions stamp set using Wild Wheat ink on a Wild Wheat panel. I stamped it several times and stamped it again using the stamped off image. I adhered the panel to a Cajun Craze mat with liquid glue and popped it on the card with dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Autumn Expressions stamp set in Cajun Craze ink on a Very Vanilla panel. I cut it out with the small side of the frame die. I cut the leaf sprig from Cajun Craze card stock and adhered it to a Woven Golden leaf (item 164059 – $9.00) with a glue dot. I adhered the layered leaves to the card with a glue dot and adhered the label on top with dimensionals. I tied a length of Wild Wheat Rustic ribbon (item 164061 – $8.50) and adhered it to the bottom with a glue dot. I finished with Faux Glass Dots (item 164060 – $8.50). All of these pretty embellishments are part of the new Splendid Autumn Suite and will be available on Sept 4, 2024.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the wheat from the Stampin’ Up! Autumn Expressions stamp set in Wild Wheat ink in the corner of a Very Vanilla panel. I stamped it several times and did some second generation stamping too. I adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

The Stampin’ Up! Autumn Expressions bundle will be available on Sept 4, 2024 when the new Sept-Dec 2024 Mini Catalog opens for orders. My card design is based on one of the cards in the new catalog, but I did change it, adding additional embellishments. That’s part of the creative fun! Here’s a picture of the stamps and dies included in the bundle.

Autumn Expressions Bundle (item 164056 – $51.25)

Aren’t those sentiments gorgeous? This is the perfect bundle for fall crafting!

Stampin’ Up! Thoughtful Wishes CAS Card

Good Morning! The Stampin’ Up! Thoughtful Wishes stamp set has pretty images and sentiments and so today I did something different and I made a single layer CAS (clean and simple) card. You can find the products I used at the bottom of my post along with the card stock sizes.

My card was inspired by the Paper Players PP694 Challenge – Clean-and-Simple.

I stamped the leaf sprig from the Stampin’ Up! Thoughtful Wishes stamp set using Wild Wheat ink on a Basic Beige card base. I used a blender pen to lightly color the leaves with Pretty Peacock and Old Olive inks.

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Thoughtful Wishes stamp set using Pretty Peacock ink next to the leaves and finished the card with a single small Pretty Peacock iridescent pearl. Since the new Basic Beige color is so light, I didn’t even put an inside panel on the card – you can write your personal message directly on the card base!

I love the new Basic Beige color and I love how well the Wild Wheat, Old Olive and Pretty Peacock inks look with it. And this card was so different for me, single layer, no dies and no adhesives! Clean and Simple – give it a try!
