Stampin’ Up! Forever Forest with Medley Mix Winter Hello Card

Good Morning! The Stampin’ Up! Forever Forest bundle is a sweet Tree themed set with stamps and dies for an evergreen forest. And it’s on the carry over list, so it will continue to be available after the catalog retires – Yay! I used the dies with some snowy A Walk in the Forest designer series paper and the pretty sentiment from the Medley Mix stamp set to make a simple winter theme Hello card. You can find the products I used at the bottom of my post along with the card stock sizes.

I adhered a panel of A Walk in the Forest designer series paper to the front of a Balmy Blue card base with liquid glue. I adhered a strip of white ribbon to the card with Stampin’ Seal and cut two Deckled Circles – one from Balmy Blue and one from Basic White. I embossed the Basic White circle with the Snowflake Sky 3D embossing folder and adhered it to the Balmy Blue circle.

I cut three trees from Basic White card stock using the Stampin’ Up! Forever Forest dies and adhered them to the die cut circles with glue dots. I adhered the circles to the card front with dimensionals.

I stamped the pretty sentiment from the Mixed Medley stamp set in Versamark ink on Balmy Blue and sprinkled it with white embossing powder. I shook off the excess and heated the powder with my heat tool until it was bright and shiny. I used a deckled rectangle to cut it out using a two step method and then used the die to cut a diagonal to mimic the white ribbon. I adhered the label to the card with dimensionals and glue dots and adhered a white dot to the end.

I kept the inside of the card simple, just adhering a strip of A Walk in the Forest DSP to a Basic White panel and adhering the panel with Stampin’ Seal.

The white die cut trees give just enough contrast to the embossed snow background to be visible and it keeps the design clean and simple. I love that there are so many different tree sizes in the Stampin’ Up! Forever Forest dies and I didn’t even use the smallest tree.

Stampin’ Up! Medley Mix Hello Card

Good Morning! Have you seen the Stampin’ Up! Medley Mix photopolymer stamp set in the Sept-Dec 2023 Mini Catalog? This is one of those easy to overlook stamp sets and it coordinates with the Inked and Tiled Punch Pack! I used it with the Merry Bold & Bright designer series paper to make a colorful Hello card. You can find the products I used at the bottom of my post along with the card stock sizes.

I adhered a panel of Merry Bold and Bright designer series paper to the front of a Blueberry Bushel card base with liquid glue. I cut a panel of Basic White with the small rectangle from the Radiating Stitches dies and stamped it with the stitch stamps from the Stampin’ Up! Medley Mix stamp set in Flirty Flamingo and Pool Party inks. I adhered the die cut to the card front with liquid glue.

I stamped the fabric stamp from the Stampin’ Up! Medley Mix stamp set in Blueberry Bushel on Basic White and punched it out with the star punch from the Inked and Tiled punch pack. I stamped the starry grid stamp in Granny Apple Green on Basic White and punched it out with the star punch. I punched a Crushed Curry star panel of the DSP with the same punch and adhered them to the card front with glue dots.

I stamped the floral stamp from the Stampin’ Up! Medley Mix stamp set in Melon Mambo ink on Basic White and cut it out with a circle from the Stylish Shapes die. I adhered the circle to the card front with dimensionals. I stamped the sentiment in Garden Green on Pool Party and trimmed the ends. I adhered the label to the card with dimensionals and glue dots and finished the card with a Sweet Sorbet baker’s twine bow and tinsel gems.

I left the inside of the card blank and simply trimmed the bottom of a Basic White panel with a strip of DSP. I adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

I love all the colorful geometric elements in this card and the Stampin’ Up! Medley Mix stamp set with the Inked and Tiled Punches is perfect for this style!
