Stampin’ Up! Frames & Flowers Thank You Card

Good Morning! The Stampin’ Up! Frames & Flowers specialty designer series paper is such a cool idea, full of pretty floral images and greenery frames. It has three sheets of double sided designer series paper and three sheets of lovely floral and greenery die cuts. You can find the products I used at the bottom of my post along with the card stock sizes.

I adhered one of the die cut panels from the Stampin’ Up! Frames & Flowers specialty designer series paper to a Lost Lagoon mat with liquid glue and popped it onto the front of a Petal Pink card base with dimensionals.

I adhered a floral bouquet die cut from the Stampin’ Up! Frames & Flowers specialty DSP to two greenery die cuts with glue dots and adhered them to the card with dimensionals. I popped a large flower die cut on the bouquet to give it some dimension.

I stamped the part of the sentiment from the Magnolia Mood stamp set in Lost Lagoon ink on a panel of Stampin’ Up! Frames & Flowers specialty DSP (I used the center of one of the large frames) and cut it out with the smallest Countryside Corners die. I adhered the label to the card with dimensionals and glue dots. I finished the card with Peach Pie shimmer gems.

For the inside of the card I adhered a small bouquet from the Stampin’ Up! Frames & Flowers specialty DSP to the corner of a Basic White panel with liquid glue and adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

The colors in the Stampin’ Up! Frames & Flowers specialty DSP are so soft and pretty and the die cuts are so fun to arrange! I hope you check it out.

Stampin’ Up! Pansy Patch Card

Good morning! The Stampin’ Up! Pansy Patch stamp set along with the Pansy Dies are one of the prettiest Spring flower stamp and die sets ever. The set has pretty sentiments, along with stamped and die cut pansies that are both wonderful. You can find the products I used at the bottom of my post along with the card stock sizes.

I adhered a panel of Poetic Expressions designer series paper to the front of a Pool Party card base. I stamped the Countryside Corners stamp on a Pool Party Panel and cut it out with the second largest octagon die. I cut another Pool Party Panel with the third largest die and embossed it with the Countryside Blossoms embossing folder and adhered it to the stamped octagon. I popped the panel on the card with dimensionals.

I made a die cut pansy using the Pansy dies from Blackberry Bliss, Daffodil Delight and Basic White. I cut the large center die from Daffodil Delight and two of the side petals from Basic White. I cut the borders in Blackberry Bliss and adhered the borders to the petals with liquid glue. I adhered the large petals to the center petal and cut the flower center pieces from Blackberry Bliss and Basic White. I made the bud with Basic White and Daffodil Delight and the stems and leaves from Garden Green.

I adhered the assembled bud to the card with glue dots and popped the large pansy flower on the card with dimensionals. I tucked three large leaves and one small leaf under the flower, adhering them with glue dots. I made a Pool Party bow and adhered it with a glue dot. I finished the card front with three small gold sequins.

For the inside of the card, I decided to stamp a pansy using the Stampin’ Up! Pansy Patch stamp set on a Basic White panel. I stamped the small flower detailed stamp in stamped off Blackberry Bliss and the center in Daffodil Delight. With the darker outline, it was easy to line up the Daffodil Delight center. I covered the flower with a mask and stamped the leaves in Garden Green. I finished by stamping the center in Blackberry Bliss and trimming the bottom of the panel with DSP. I adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

I am always anxious to plant flowers in the spring when it’s too early, so pansies are my go to since they can stand up to the cold nights. And This week I managed to get some in the ground by my mailbox, so I had to make a card using the pretty Stampin’ Up! Pansy Patch stamp and dies to celebrate. Sadly, these pretty items are on the retiring list, and beginning April 9, the dies will be on sale!

Stampin’ Up! Countryside Corners Birthday Card for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good Morning and welcome to the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop! I pulled out the beautiful Countryside Inn designer series paper and used it with the Stampin’ Up! Countryside Corners, Lasting Joy and Petal Park stamp sets and bundles to make a sweet birthday card in pretty shades of blue. You can find the supplies I used along with card stock cuts at the bottom of my post.

We have a sketch challenge for our Blog Hop this week:

I adhered a strip of the pretty Countryside Inn designer series paper to a Boho Blue mat with liquid glue and adhered it to another panel of Countryside Inn DSP. I adhered the layered panel to the front of a Boho Blue card base. I stamped the large image from the Stampin’ Up! Countryside Corners cling stamp set in Night of Navy ink on a Boho Blue panel and cut it out with the third largest die.

I stamped the image from the Stampin’ Up! Countryside Corners stamp using Versamark ink on Night of Navy card stock. I sprinkled it with white embossing powder and shook off the excess. I heated the powder with my heat tool until it was bright and shiny and cut a frame using the third and fourth largest dies. I adhered the frame around the Boho Blue image with liquid glue and adhered it to the card front. I stamped the sentiment from the Lasting Joy stamp set in Night of Navy on Basic White and cut it out with the second smallest die from the Stampin’ Up! Countryside Corners dies. I adhered the label to the card with dimensionals.

I stamped the detailed flowers trio from the Petal Park photopolymer stamp set in Night of Navy ink on Basic White. I stamped the filler using stamped off Boho Blue ink and punched the flowers out with the Petal Park punch. I adhered the flowers to the card with glue dots and dimensionals. I stamped five of the detailed leaves using Night of Navy ink on Balmy Blue and punched them out with the Petal Park punch and adhered them to the card using glue dots. I adhered rhinestones to the flower centers and a Night of Navy Bow to finish the card.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the sentiment from the Charming Sentiments stamp set in Night of Navy ink on a Basic White panel. I stamped the Petal Park Detailed Flowers in Boho Blue ink and the filler in stamped off Boho Blue ink. I stamped the leaves inn Balmy Blue and adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

The octagon dies from the Stampin’ Up! Countryside Corners bundle are a perfect backdrop for floral arrangements and the Petal Park flowers are pretty with the Countryside Inn DSP. The DSP is so sweet, it will go well with lots of different stamped or die cut flowers.

Stampin’ Up! Lasting Joy for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good Morning and welcome to the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop! I pulled out the Stampin’ Up! Lasting Joy photopolymer stamp set to use with the Countryside Corners bundle to make a card inspired by a handmade box from the new Annual Catalog for my card today. You can find the supplies I used along with card stock cuts at the bottom of my post.

We have a color challenge for our Blog Hop this week and it was fun to adapt the colors to our Hop color pallette:

I embossed a Crumb Cake panel with the Countryside Blossoms embossing folder and adhered it to the front of a Crumb Cake card base with liquid glue. I stamped the image from the Countryside Corners cling stamp in Crumb Cake ink on Pool Party and cut it out with the second largest Countryside corners dies.

I stamped the sentiments from the Stampin’ Up! Lasting Joy stamp set in Crumb Cake ink on Basic White. I stamped the large flowers in Pumpkin Pie and the small flowers in Petal Pink. I stamped the stems in Lemon Lime Twist – sometimes I inked up the whole stamp and sometimes I just inked up one section – until all the flowers were connected. I stamped a few long leaf branches in Crumb Cake. I cut the panel with the third largest die from the Countryside Corners dies and adhered it to the Pool Party die cut with liquid glue.

I cut the smallest banner from the Countryside Corners dies from Pool Party and adhered it to the panel. I cut the small leaves and flowers from the Dainty Delight dies from Petal Pink and Lemon Lime Twist card stock and adhered them to the banner and then adhered the banner to the die cut floral panel. I adhered a length of folded ribbon to the back of the panel and adhered the panel to the card front with dimensionals.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the flowers and leaves from the Stampin’ Up! Lasting Joy stamp set in the corners of a Basic White panel. I used the same ink colors as the floral die cut panel and left plenty of room to write a personal message. I adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

I love how the flowers in the Stampin’ Up! Lasting Joy stamp set go with the designs in the Countryside Blossoms embossing folder. The sentiments in the stamp set are also sweet and in a pretty font making them good for lots of occasions.

Stampin’ Up! Countryside Corners Mother’s Day Card with Video Tutorial

Good Morning! Here’s a Mother’s Day card made with the new Stampin’ Up! Countryside Corners bundle and pretty Countryside Inn designer series paper. It’s a book fold card and I used the Alphabest photopolymer stamp set to spell out ‘mom’. You can find the supplies I used at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

I made a video tutorial for this card and posted it to my YouTube Channel and you can see the video here:

I applied liquid glue to the end of my Boho Blue card base to seal it and create a book fold card base. I adhered panels of Countryside Inn designer series paper to Night of Navy mats and adhered them to the card front. I cut a Boho Blue panel with the 4th largest hexagon die from the Stampin’ Up! Countryside Corners bundle and embossed it with the Countryside Blossoms embossing folder before adhering it to the card front.

I stamped the frame from the Alphabest stamp set in Night of Navy ink three times on a strip of Basic White. I stamped the letters inside the frames in Night of Navy and then used the Best Labels punch to punch them out. I adhered them to the card with liquid glue. I stamped the large hexagons from the Stampin’ Up! Countryside Corners stamp set in Versamark ink on Night of Navy and sprinkled it with white embossing powder. I shook off the excess and heated the powder with my heat tool until it was bright and shiny. I cut the floral frame out with the 4th and 5th largest hexagon dies and adhered it to the card with dimensionals. I saved the rest of the hexagon for another project.

I used the Timeless Arrangements dies to cut a leaf sprig from Boho Blue card stock and the small triple flower die from the Sentimental Park dies to cut flowers from Night of Navy. I adhered these with glue dots and finished the flower centers with iridescent pearls. I wrapped a length of Night of Navy bordered ribbon around the end of the card and made a knot, securing it with a glue dot.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the sentiment from the Timeless Arrangements stamp set in Night of Navy ink on a Basic White panel. I stamped the corners with the small flower from the Petal Park stamp set in Night of navy and adhered the panel to the inside of the card.

Isn’t this a pretty frame from the Stampin’ Up! Countryside Corners bundle? And the gorgeous flowers from the Countryside Inn designer series paper are the perfect background for a pretty Mother’s Day card.
