Stampin’ Up! Autumn Leaves Friendship Card

Good Morning! The Stampin’ Up! Autumn Leaves stamp set and dies are a wonderful leaf set returning from last Fall. I’ve paired it with the Wildly Flowering designer series paper for a friendship card. You can find the products I used at the bottom of my post along with the card stock sizes.

I embossed a panel of Wild Wheat with the Timber 3D embossing folder and adhered it to the front of a Wild Wheat card base. I adhered a Wild Wheat floral panel of Wildly Flowering designer series paper to an Early Espresso mat and popped it on the card with dimensionals.

I used the sprig die from the Cheerful Daisies dies to cut an Early Espresso panel and adhered the die cut to the card with glue dots. I used the two oak leaf dies from the Stampin’ Up! Autumn Leaves dies to cut a Wild Wheat panel of Splendid Autumn 6″ x 6″ designer series paper and adhered them to the card with glue dots.

I folded a length of Moody Mauve ribbon (It’s currently on the Clearance Rack at 60% savings!) and adhered it to the card with glue dots. I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Autumn Leaves stamp set using Early Espresso ink on Basic White. I cut out the sentiment with the die and popped it over the ribbon with dimensionals. I finished the card with three Moody Mauve dots.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Autumn Leaves stamp set using Moody Mauve ink on Basic White. I trimmed the side with DSP and adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

The Stampin’ Up! Autumn Leaves stamp set and dies are some of the best sets for Autumn crafting. There are so many different sizes and types of leaves in the set and lots of pretty sentiments, too. The dies also include dies to cut out your stamped leaves and smaller dies that cut out textured leaves (like the ones I used for today’s card) and labels. It’s a pretty versatile set that goes well with so many current designer series papers.

Stampin’ Up! A Little Bit Festive Christmas Cards II

Happy Saturday Morning! Here are a few more quick Christmas cards made with the pretty Stampin’ Up! A Little Bit Festive specialty designer series paper. You can find the products I used at the bottom of my post along with the card stock sizes.

For both of these cards, I started by adhering the panels of the pretty Christmas tree boughs design from the Stampin’ Up! A Little Bit Festive specialty DSP to the front of Real Red card bases and adhered the striped panels across the middle.

For the first card, I wrapped a length of Real Red ribbon (Real Red ribbon is currently on discount in the Clearance Rack – Yay!!) around the card top and made a bow on the side. I embossed a Basic White panel with the Forever Plaid 3D embossing folder and adhered it to a Real Red mat. I popped the embossed panel on the card and popped a pretty Christmas Tree cut-out from the Stampin’ Up! A Little Bit Festive specialty DSP pack on top. I decorated the tree with Regal Foil Dots and a star.

For the inside of this card I stamped the sentiments from the Greetings of the Season stamp set in Real Red ink on Basic White and trimmed the bottom with DSP.

For the second card, I used the Spotlight on Nature die to cut a circle and adhered it to the card. I adhered the pinecone bough from the Stampin’ Up! A Little Bit Festive specialty DSP to the card. I gold embossed the sentiments from the Greetings of the Season stamp set on real red and cut them out with the fishtail end of the banner tag. I adhered the label to the card and popped the ornament cut-out over the end. I finished with a gold bow and added gold faceted dots to the ornament and pinecone.

For the inside of this card I stamped the sentiment from the Greetings of the Season stamp set in Real Red ink on Basic White. I trimmed the bottom with DSP and adhered another ornament cut-out from the Stampin’ Up! A Little Bit Festive specialty DSP.

It’s so quick and easy to make Christmas cards with the pretty Stampin’ Up! A Little Bit Festive specialty designer series paper. The cut-outs coordinate perfectly with the pretty patterned papers and other Stampin’ Up! card card stock and inks. And the touches of gold foil in the cut-outs make them extra special!

Stampin’ Up! Winterly Tree Tops for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good Morning and welcome to the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop! I used the pretty Stampin’ Up! Winterly Tree Tops stamp set with the sweet Nests of Winter designer series paper to make a simplenThinking of You card today. You can find the supplies I used along with card stock cuts at the bottom of my post.

We have a pretty sketch challenge this week:

I adhered a panel of Nests of Winter designer series paper to the front of a Thick Basic White card base with liquid glue.

I adhered a birdy panel of the DSP to a Shaded Spruce mat and popped it on the card front with dimensionals. I stamped part of the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Winterly Tree Tops stamp set using Memento Tuxedo Black ink on a Gray Granite strip and cut it out with the skinny banner die from the Stylish Shapes dies. I popped it on the card with dimensionals.

I made a bow with Gray Granite baker’s twine and adhered it to the label with a glue dot. I finished the card with Cherry Cobbler berries.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the bird from the Stampin’ Up! Winterly Tree Tops stamp set using twice stamped off Gray Granite ink on a Basic White panel. I adhered DSP to the side before adhering the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal..

The sentiments in the Stampin’ Up! Winterly Tree Tops stamp set are simple and perfect for use year round. The pretty Nests of Winter DSP are nice for Christmas cards, making the suite perfect for any occasion during the Winter holidays!

Stampin’ Up! September Paper Pumpkin Kit – Autumn Abundance

Good Morning! I received my Autumn Abundance Pumpkin kit last week and this is another beautiful kit! I put a set of cards together, but I used the coordinating add-on die and other embellishments from my stash to change them up! I used 1-1/4″ x 2-1/4″ scraps of colored card stock to cut out each leaf that I added to the cards.

Here’s the July 2024 Paper Pumpkin kit unboxing video from the Paper Pumpkin YouTube channel. It shows the kit contents and steps for making the beautiful cards.

Here is my first card. I decided to make it portrait instead of landscape, so I stamped additional sprigs and only used two of the pretty oak leaves. I used the add on die to cut a Cajun Craze leaf and made a loopy bow from Copper Clay Natural Tones Linen Thread. I finished the card with Cajun Craze Faux Glass Dots. My die cut leaf is the same as the pretty Copper foil and Crushed Curry cut out leaves that were included in the kit.

And here is a close up of my second card. I used two Wild Wheat die cut leaves in place of the wood and added a small Copper Clay Linen Thread bow to the label. I finished with Wild Wheat 2024-2025 In Color Opaque Sparkle Dots.

And here is my last card. I stamped lots of Cajun Craze sprigs and cut Night of Navy, Cajun Craze and Wild Wheat leaves to use around the sentiment. I saved the pretty die cut leaves that came in the kit. I made a loopy Night of Navy Linen Thread bow to adhere to the back of the sentiment and finished with Night of Navy Opal Rounds.

Here is the Cajun Craze ink spot and the stamp set included in the kit. I also included the pretty leaf die from the add-on kit.

The coordinating add-on item, the Every Celebration dies (item #164991 for $12) are still available.

It’s a beautiful kit with wonderful elements and designs. And there’s a refill available (item 165077 – $12.00)!

I didn’t make too many changes to the cards, and I’m glad that I got a chance to use the pretty die from the add-on kit. I love all the different designs in this kit and how beautifully it coordinates with other Stampin’ Up! products. This kit really does capture Autumn Abundance!

The October Paper Pumpkin Kit – Nests of Christmas!

Stampin’ Up! Prepaid Paper Pumpkin Subscription Options:

Stampin’ Up! Autumn Expressions Interactive Card

Good Morning! The Stampin’ Up! Autumn Expressions bundle is unique Fall themed bundle with gorgeous sentiments and a fun double frame die. I paired it with the pretty Splendid Autumn 6″ x 6″ designer series paper to make an interactive card where the pretty double frame opens to show a sentiment inside. You can find the products I used at the bottom of my post along with the card stock sizes.

I embossed a Cherry Cobbler panel ofSplendid Autumn DSP with the pretty Leaf Fall 3D embossing folder. I had problems with the DSP tearing and it didn’t look as good with the dark color, so I re-did it, using shims rather than the proper cutting sandwich so the pressure is less. I adhered the embossed panel to the front of a Pebbled Path card base with liquid glue.

I cut a copper textured foil panel with the frame, clasp and chain dies from the Stampin’ Up! Autumn Expressions dies. I picked out a small landscape from the Splendid Autumn DSP and cut it out with the large opening in the Frame die. I carefully applied liquid glue around the edge and adhered it to the small opening side of the copper foil frame. I burnished the folds of the frame and adhered the clasp on the large side and the chain on top using liquid glue. Note that I adhered the clasp facing down, so that it will hold the frame closed. I adhered the frame to the card with glue dots.

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Autumn Expressions stamp set using Pebbled Path ink on Basic White. I cut it out with the large opening in the frame die and adhered it to the card (inside of the frame) with glue dots. I closed the frame by tucking the front flap under the clasp and finished the card with bronze sequins and a Wild Wheat bow.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the wood from the Stampin’ Up! Autumn Expressions stamp set using stamped off Pebbled Path ink on Basic White. I cut a Cherry Cobbler leaf and adhered it to the panel and trimmed the bottom with DSP. I adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

The double frame die from the Stampin’ Up! Autumn Expressions is so unique and versatile! I’ve used the inside as a label die and seen the frame used for sentiments as well as a frame. I’ve also seen it used with the chain as the sides of a fancy treat box or mini purse. Today’s card is simple by comparison, but I used foil, and anything with foil is fabulous!

Stampin’ Up! Layering Leaves for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good Morning and welcome to the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop! The Stampin’ Up! Layering Leaves stamp set is a pretty returning stamp set with gorgeous sentiments and great leaf and flower images that coordinate with the pretty bough punch. I used them with the wonderful Splendid Autumn 6″ x 6″ designer series paper for a hugs card. You can find the supplies I used along with card stock cuts at the bottom of my post.

We have a pretty color challenge this week:

I embossed a panel of Wild Wheat and adhered it to the front of a Wild Wheat card base with liquid glue. I adhered a panel of Splendid Autumn 6″ x 6″ designer series paper to a Mossy Meadow mat and popped it on the card front with dimensionals.

I stamped two leaf clusters from the Stampin’ Up! Layering Leaves stamp set using Pecan Pie ink on Cajun Craze and punched them out with the Bough Punch. I stamped three flower clusters using Pecan Pie ink on Cherry Cobbler and punched them out. I adhered the leaf and flower clusters to the card with glue dots. I separated strands of 2023-2025 In Color Jute and tied them together before adhering them to the card with a glue dot.

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Layering Leaves stamp set using Mossy Meadow ink on Basic White and cut it out with the medium die from the Something Fancy Dies. I felt it was too stark, so I lightly applied Wild Wheat ink over the top with a Blending Brush, and it was perfect! I popped it on the card with dimensionals and finished the card with Cajun Craze dots.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the flower and leaf clusters from the Stampin’ Up! Layering Leaves stamp set using Cherry Cobbler and Cajun Craze inks in the corners of a Basic White panel. I ahdered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal..

The Stampin’ Up! Layering Leaves stamp set is a simple and wonderful set that is so versatile! The sentiments are just gorgeous and I love that it coordinates with the Bough Punch!

For the inside of the card, I stamped the flowers from the Stampin’ Up! Wildflower Designs stamp set using stamped off Smoky Slate ink on Basic White. I trimmed the side with a strip of DSP and adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

This is such a pretty panel of the Splendid Autumn DSP and It reminds me of Queen Anne’s Lace. And the inside flowers from the Stampin’ Up! Wildflower Designs stamp set reminded me of them too. I love how well the stamp goes with the DSP!

Stampin’ Up! Sentimental Wishes Joy Fold Christmas Card

Good Morning! The Stampin’ Up! Sentimental Wishes bundle is such a cute, vintage inspired bundle with gorgeous images that can be cut out with coordinating dies and wonderful sentiments in a fun font. I paired it with the pretty Christmas Wishes designer series paper to make a Joy Fold Christmas card. You can find the products I used at the bottom of my post along with the card stock sizes.

I adhered a floral panel of Sentimental Christmas designer series paper to the back and front flap of a Shaded Spruce card base as well as the inside flap of the Poppy Parade mini card base. I adhered the green stripe pattern to the inside flap and to the front of the mini card base. I adhered the mini card base to the inside of the main card base. I used the dies from the Stampin’ Up! Sentimental Wishes die set to cut out a stocking and bow from the Christmas Wishes DSP and adhered them to the inside flap of the main card base.

I stamped the holly spray and two sets of candles from the Stampin’ Up! Sentimental Wishes stamp set using Memento Tuxedo Black ink on Basic White. I colored them with Stampin’ Blends – dark Lost Lagoon, Light Old Olive, light Shaded Spruce, light Pecan Pie, dark Daffodil Delight and Poppy Parade. I cut them out with the coordinating dies. I used the Spotlight On Nature dies to cut out Poppy Parade and Basic Beige panels and adhered them to the front of the mini card. I adhered the candles, and holly bough to the card with glue dots.

I stamped the ‘Celebrate‘ part of the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Sentimental Wishes stamp set using Versamark ink. I sprinkled the sentiment with white embossing powder and heated it with my heat tool until it was bright and shiny. I cut it out with the Something Fancy die and adhered it to the card with glue dots. I adhered a Shaded Spruce bow with a glue dot and finished with Cherry Cobbler dots.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Sentimental Wishes stamp set using Poppy Parade ink on Basic White and adhered it to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal. I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Sentimental Wishes stamp set using Poppy Parade ink on Basic White and cut it out with the small Something Fancy die. I cut a Shaded Spruce panel with the large die and adhered the sentiment to it before adhering it to the inside of the mini card front flap.

I made this card live for our quarterly Inkin’ Krew team meeting. Each month, the Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators in the Inkin’ Krew have a virtual meeting and every quarter we craft live together. I haven’t done videos in a while, so I was a bit nervous showing everyone how to make the card. But it was fun! Karen Ksenzakovic and Terry Lynn Bright also made pretty cards with this bundle for everyone. Let me know if you’re interested in learning more about joining my team and participating in the Inkin Krew activities.

I love that the Stampin’ Up! Sentimental Wishes dies can also cut images from the Christmas Wishes DSP. These vintage designs are reminiscent of the best of Christmases long ago.

Stampin’ Up! A Little Bit Festive Christmas Cards

Good Morning! One of the fun new items in the new Mini Catalog is the Stampin’ Up! A Little Bit Festive specialty designer series paper. This is a fun Christmas themed pack of paper with three sheets of double sided DSP and three sheets of holiday cut outs. I have combined it with the Greetings of the Season bundle, and card stock, dies and embellishments from my stash to make three quick Christmas Cards. You can find the products I used at the bottom of my post along with the card stock sizes.

The first card uses the Night of Navy gingham paper as the background – I adhered it to a Night of Navy mat and popped it onto a Thick Basic White card base. I cut the large tag from the Greetings of the Season dies, looped Real Red baker’s twine through the hold and adhered it to the card. I adhered the presents and teddy bear cut outs from the Stampin’ Up! A Little Bit Festive DSP to the tag. I stamped the sentiments from the Greetings of the Season stamp set using Night of Navy ink and cut it out with the banner die from the Stylish Shapes dies. Before adhering the label to the card, I adhered some glittered night of Navy ribbon to the back and finished the front with peppermint drops.

For the inside, I stamped the sentiment from the Greetings of the Season stamp set in Real Red on Basic White, adhered a holly cut out from the Stampin’ Up! A Little Bit Festive DSP to the corner along with some gingham trim. I adhered the panel to a Night of Navy mat before adhering it to the inside of the card.

For the second card, I used the pretty poinsettia cut outs from the Stampin’ Up! A Little Bit Festive DSP pack. I embossed a Real Red panel with the pretty Forever Plaid 3D embossing folder and adhered it to a Thick Basic White card base. I adhered the large poinsettias to the card and stamped the sentiment using Garden Green on a strip of Basic White. I trimmed the end and adhered it to the card. I made a gold bow and adhered it with the small poinsettia cut out on top. I finished the card with lots of gold faceted gems.

For the inside, I stamped the sentiment from the Greetings of the Season stamp set in Garden Green on Basic White. I adhered the panel to the inside of the card and adhered a Real Red ribbon cut out from the Stampin’ Up! A Little Bit Festive DSP pack to the corner

For the last card today, I used the ornament panel from the Stampin’ Up! A Little Bit Festive DSP pack. I simply adhered it to a Real Red mat before adhering it to a Basic Beige card base. I used gold embossing for the sentiment from the Greetings of the Season stamp set and cut it out with the small banner die from the Nested essentials dies. I adhered a little gold bow to the top and adhered faceted gold gems to the label and each ornament.

For the inside of this card, I stamped the sentiment from the Greetings of the Season stamp set using Real Red ink on a Basic White panel. I decorated the bottom with a pine sprig and ornament cutouts from the Stampin’ Up! A Little Bit Festive DSP pack before adhering it to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

The Stampin’ Up A Little Bit Festive cut outs do coordinate with the Holiday ephemera packs, so you can use them together. I stamped all my sentiments, but you could also use the sentiments from the Joyful Sayings ephemera pack (item 164109, $9.50) and save even more time. The full sheet DSP patterns are pretty and the cut outs are great for cards like these, tags and scrapbooking, so it’s a versatile pack!

Stampin’ Up! Artful Amaryllis for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good Morning and welcome to the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop! One of the pretty floral bundles in the new Mini Catalog is the Stampin’ Up! Artful Amaryllis bundle. I just used the stamp set to make today’s card – it was so simple! But the die set makes it so versatile because you can make die cut flowers as well as use dies to cut out the stamped flowers. You can find the supplies I used along with card stock cuts at the bottom of my post.

We have a pretty sketch challenge this week”

I adhered a panel of Thoughtful Designs specialty designer series paper to the front of a Flirty Flamingo card base using Stampin’ Seal. I have had experiences where liquid glue left visible lines on the paper and I didn’t want to take a chance, but I had to be extra careful to line it up.

I stamped the line flower from the Stampin’ Up! Artful Amaryllis stamp set using Smoky Slate ink on Basic White. I stamped the filler flowers and buds stamps using Flirty Flamingo ink and the stems and leaves using Granny Apple Green ink. I popped the panel on the card with dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Artful Amaryllis stamp set using Versamark ink on Granny Apple Green. I I sprinkled it with white embossing powder and shook off the excess. I heated the powder with my heat tool until it was bright and shiny. I made a bow with Flirty Flamingo baker’s twine and adhered it to the back of the label before adhering it to the card with dimensionals. I finished the card with pink pearls.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the line flower from the Stampin’ Up! Artful Amaryllis stamp set using stamped off Flirty Flamingo ink on Basic White. I trimmed the bottom with DSP and adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

I love having an amaryllis plant for the Winter months, they bring cheerful color during during the cold, dreary days after Christmas. So when I saw the pretty Stampin’ Up! Artful Amaryllis bundle in the new catalog, I knew I had to have it! And I’m so happy that this simple stamped flower is so pretty!
