Stampin’ Up! Beautiful Motifs Thank You Card

Good Morning! Today’s Thank You card was inspired by the pretty box on page 52 of the 2025-2026 Annual Catalog using the Stampin’ Up! Beautiful Motifs bundle. But I wanted to use the new Peaceful Garden designer series paper and make a layered card. You can find the card stock cuts along with supplies at the bottom of my post.

Cut and adhere panels of Peaceful Garden designer series paper to the front of a Misty Moonlight card base using liquid glue.

Die cut the pretty wildflowers from Basic White and Cloud Cover card stock using the Stampin’ Up! Beautiful Motifs dies and adhered them to the card using glue dots. Stamp the flower from the Gallery Blooms stamp set using Misty Moonlight ink on Basic White and cut it out with the coordinating die. Adhere the stamped flower to the card with glue dots. Fold a length of Cloud Cover ribbon in half and adhere it to the card with glue dots.

Stamp the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Beautiful Motifs stamp set using Versamark ink on Misty Moonlight. Sprinkle it with white embossing powder and heat set. Cut it out with the small short Textured Notes die and adhere it to the card with dimensionals. Finish with Misty Moonlight flowers.

For the inside panel, stamp the wildflower from the Gallery Blooms stamp set using Misty Moonlight ink in the corners of a Basic White panel. Trim the bottom with DSP and adhere the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

I love that the stamped and die cut flowers from the Stampin’ Up! Beautiful Motifs and Gallery Blooms stamp sets are similar to the flowers in the Peaceful Garden DSP. I wonder if I should have put mats behind the smaller DSP panels. What do you think?

Thanks so much for stopping by and Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Gathering Moments with You Are Remarkable

Good Morning! I used the pretty leaf sprig stamps from the Stampin’ Up! Gathering Moments stamp set along with one of the pretty sentiments from the You Are Remarkable stamp set to make a simple Fall friendship card. You can find the card stock cuts along with supplies at the bottom of my post.

I did practice stamping my leaves on printer paper to determine the relative placement and colors of the different leaves and I recommend that you do so first so that you have a layout you are happy with. I started with the Old Olive large leaf in the lower left corner and built out towards the right and upper corners. I used Old Olive, Crushed Curry, and Early Espresso inks for the different leaves and Cajun Craze ink for the berries. And I stamped on Very Vanilla card stock.

After stamping the leaves using full strength ink, stamp along the edges using stamped off ink to fill in empty spots using Old Olive, Crushed Curry and Cajun Craze. I used the same ink for each leaf in the Stampin’ Up! Gathering Moments stamp set. After I was happy with the leaves, I stamped the sentiment from the You Are Remarkable stamp set using Cajun Craze ink in the empty space.

I adhered a panel of Cajun Craze Gathering Together specialty DSP to a Crump Cake mat and adhered the stamped panel on top using liquid glue. I wrapped it with Old Olive Linen Thread and tied a bow before popping it on the front of a Crumb Cake card base with dimensionals. I finished with retired Crushed Curry dots.

For the inside panel, I stamped the leaves and berries from the Stampin’ Up! Gathering Moments stamp set in the top corner of a Very Vanilla panel using the same colors as as the card front. I trimmed the bottom with DSP and adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

I really love stamping leaf sprays for Fall cards and the Stampin’ Up! Gathering Moments stamp set is great for this with the distinktive (different shades in one stamp) stamps and the variety of shapes. You get a chance to really get creative with your stamps and inks without relying on die cutting. A nice way to show off a great sentiment!

Thanks so much for stopping by and Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Simply Said Masculine Birthday Card

Good Morning! The Country Woods designer series paper has several different wood grain designs that are great for adding a rustic touch to your projects. I’ve used a few of the patterns to make a simple layered masculine birthday card and paired it with the Stampin’ Up! Simply Said sentiment stamp set. You can find the card stock cuts along with supplies at the bottom of my post.

Adhere a Misty Moonlight panel of Country Woods DSP to the front of a Crumb cake card base. Adhere two more panels of the DSP to Early Espresso mats and adhere them to the card front with liquid glue. This gives you a fairly flat card that can easily be mailed.

Stamp the birthday sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Simply Said stamp set using Versamark ink on another panel of Country Woods DSP. Since I wanted the sentiment to be short and wide and the stamp is long and skinny, I had to do something different.

  • Ink up the ‘happy’ and stamp it
  • Sprinkle it with white embossing powder and shake off the excess so you can see it
  • Clean off the stamp and ink up the ‘birthday’ and stamp it under the ‘happy’
  • Sprinkle the ‘birthday’ with white embossing powder and shake off the excess
  • Heat set the whole sentiment until the powder is bright and shiny

Adhere the stamped DSP to the left side of an Early espresso mat and tear the right edge to make it more rustic. Wrap the right side with Crumb Cake baker’s twine and tie a knot. Adhere the sentiment to the card with dimensionals and finish with a Crumb Cake dot.

Adhere another Misty Moonlight pannel of the country Woods designer series paper to the inside of the card. Stamp the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Simply Said stamp set using early Espresso ink on a Basic White panel. Adhere the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

Layering designer series paper on cards is easy when you use coordinating papers from the same designer series paper pack. And there are so many different card sketch ideas on the internet, Pinterest and even the Stampin’ Up! Catalogs to help you find the right layout.

Thanks so much for stopping by and Happy Stamping!!

Stampin’ Up! Beautiful Motifs for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good Morning and welcome to the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop! Here’s another super simple card made with the Stampin’ Up! Beautiful Motifs stamp set and the Beautiful Gallery 6″ x 6″ designer series paper where the pretty DSP does all of the work. You can find the supplies I used along with card stock cuts at the bottom of my post.

We have a color challenge this week and I let the Beautiful Gallery DSP panel meet the requirements:

Adhere a panel of the Beautiful Gallery 6″ x 6″ designer series paper to a Crumb Cake mat and wrap it three times with Crumb Cake baker’s twine, tying a knot. Pop the panel on the front of a Misty Moonlight card base using dimensionals.

Stamp the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Beautiful Motifs stamp set using Secret Sea ink on a Basic Beige panel. Cut it out using the long skinny label die from the Textured Notes dies, using the two step method. Adhere the label to the card using dimensionals, carefully placing the dimensionals over the twine so that it sticks securely. Finish with three antique pearls.

For the inside, stamp the flourish from the Stampin’ Up! Beautiful Motifs stamp set on a Basic White panel using stamped off Crumb Cake ink. Trim the bottom with DSP and adhere it to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

The landscape images in the Beautiful Gallery DSP are so serene and the sentiments in the Stampin’ Up! Beautiful Motifs stamp set work well with them and are great for many occasions.

Stampin’ Up! Spooky Halloween No Tricks Card

Good Morning! The Stampin’ Up! Spooky Halloween bundle is such a cute set for Halloween. Unfortunately, I did not get the seriously cute Spooky Sweet specialty designer series paper to go with it, so I paired it with some retired Cute Halloween 6″ x 6″ DSP from a few years back that I had in my stash. Even without the coordinating DSP the card was fun to make and is so cute because of the wonderful critters from the Stampin’ Up! Spooky Halloween bundle. I love the Halloween costumes!! The sentiments in the set are great too, along with the accent stamps and dies. It’s a great fun Halloween set!

Stampin’ Up! Gallery Blooms and Beautiful Motifs for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good Morning and welcome to the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop! I used the Stampin’ Up! Gallery Blooms and Beautiful Motifs bundles to make a quick and easy Thinking of You card. This is also a very simple fun fold where the landscape in the Beautiful Gallery 6″ x 6″ designer series paper covers the front of the card and extends to the trim on the inside. You can find the supplies I used along with card stock cuts at the bottom of my post.

We have a color challenge this week:

Start with a 3-7/8″ x 5-1/8″ Beautiful Gallery 6″ x 6″ DSP panel and cut 1 inch off the right side so you have two panels with a continuous design. Adhere the large panel to a Very Vanilla mat and adhere the skinny panel to the right side of the Very Vanilla inside panel.

Adhere the large layered DSP panel to the front of the card with liquid glue. Use the Stampin’ Up! Beautiful Motifs dies to cut the leaf cluster and wildflowers from Mossy Meadow and Basic Beige card stocks. Adhere the die cuts to the card front with glue dots. Make a loopy bow with linen thread and adhere it with a glue dot.

Stamp the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Beautiful Motifs stamp set on Very Vanilla using Pecan Pie ink and cut it out with the second smallest circle from the Stylish Shapes dies. cut a Pecan Pie circle using the second smallest Spotlight on Nature dies and adhere it to the back of the label. Adhere the label to the card with dimensionals and finish with Cajun Craze gems.

Stamp the left side of the inside panel with the wildflower from the Stampin’ Up! Gallery Blooms stamp set using twice stamped off Pecan Pie ink. Adhere the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

I love to use beautiful designer series paper on cards because it makes it so easy! Add a few complimentary die cuts with a pretty sentiment label and a few embellishments and you have an impressive handmade card that anyone would be happy to receive.

Stampin’ Up! Gallery Blooms for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good Morning and welcome to the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop! I used the Stampin’ Up! Gallery Blooms bundle along with other products from the Beautiful Gallery suite to make a Here for You card. You can find the supplies I used along with card stock cuts at the bottom of my post.

We have a pretty sketch challenge this week and I substituted a simple bow for the greenery below the center panel.

Emboss a strip of Cloud Cover Beautiful Gallery 6″x 6″ designer series paper with the pretty Damask Designs embossing folder and adhere it to another panel of Beautiful Gallery DSP. Adhere the layered DSP panel to a Pecan Pie mat and pop it on the front of a Basic Beige card base with dimensionals.

Stamp the sentiment from the Beautiful Motifs stamp set using Pecan Pie ink on Cloud Cover and cut it out with the second smallest square from the Stylish Shapes dies. Adhere it to a Pecan Pie mat and pop it on the card with dimensionals. Stamp the flowers from the Stampin’ Up! Beautiful Gallery stamp set using Pecan Pie ink on Basic Beige. Color the flowers with white craft ink using a blender pen and the leaves with the light Cloud Cover Stampin’ Blend marker. Use the light Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blend to color the flower centers. After the flowers dry (it takes a while for the white craft ink to dry completely) cut the flowers out with the coordinating die.

Adhere the flowers to the card over the sentiment with dimensionals. Make a loopy Basic Beige bow and adhere it to the card with a glue dot under the sentiment. Finish with textured dots.

For the inside, stamp the flowers from the Stampin’ Up! Gallery Blooms stamp set using Pecan Pie ink on the top of a Basic White panel and color the leaves with the light Cloud Cover Stampin Blend. Emboss a strip of Beautiful Gallery DSP with the Damask Designs embossing folder and adhere the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

I tried using white watercolor pencils to make the flowers white, but I found the white craft ink with the Blender Pen works best. I love how the white flowers pop against the beige background!

Stampin’ Up! Gathering Moments for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good Morning and welcome to the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop! The Stampin’ Up! Gathering Moments bundle is a new Online Exclusives bundle with pretty Fall leaves and sentiments. I’ve mixed the new with the old by using it with the pretty Thoughtful Journey 6″ x 6″ designer series paper for a ‘Gather’ card that would be great for Thanksgiving. You can find the supplies I used along with card stock cuts at the bottom of my post.

We have a theme challenge this week and the colors in the Thoughtful Journey 6″ x 6″ DSP are great for Fall:

Adhere a panel of Thoughtful Journey 6″ x 6″ designer series paper to a Mossy Meadow mat with liquid glue. Cut the large oak leaf from the Stampin’ Up! Gathering Moments die from a mottled yellow panel (I think this is actually the retired Wild Wheat colored panel, but it looks good with the current yellows too). Just use the outline die. Here’s the fun part (be brave) – crumple the die cut leaf in a ball. This gives it dimensional texture to add to the DSP color texture. Use a sponge dauber to distress the outside of the leaf with Pecan Pie ink.

Adhere the crumpled leaf to the DSP panel with liquid glue. Wrap Old Olive linen thread around the panel three times and make a loopy bow. Adhere the panel to the front of a Pretty Peacock card base with dimensionals.

Stamp the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Gathering Moments stamp set on a mottled panel of Thoughtful Journey 6″ x 6″ DSP using Versamark ink. Sprinkle with white embossing powder and heat set. Punch it out with the Labeled with Love punch and punch out a backing from Mossy Meadow. Adhere the label to the backing with liquid glue and pop it on the card with dimensionals. Finish with Daffodil Delight dots.

For the inside, stamp the large leaf from the Stampin’ Up! Gathering Moments stamp set in the corner of the last Basic White panel using Crushed Curry ink. Trim the bottom with DSP and adhere the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

The large leaves from the Stampin’ Up! Gathering Moments bundle are really impressive and fun to use. The crumpled, mottled die cut leaf reminds me of dried up leaves that have fallen and are ready to be raked up. I can hear the leaves crunch already!
