Stampin’ Up! Lovely and Lasting Thinking Of You Card with Video Tutorial

Good Morning! Here is a quick card made with the Stampin’ Up! Lovely and Lasting bundle and the Lovely in Linen designer series paper. This is a sweet floral photopolymer stamp set with wonderful sentiments for lots of different occasions that is bundled with a coordinating label punch. I used the die cut flowers for today’s card and you can find the supplies I used at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

Here is a video tutorial for this card from my YouTube Channel:

I embossed a panel of Pale Papaya with the Cane Weave 3D embossing folder and trimmed it to 4-1/8″ x 5-3/8″ before adhering it to the front of a Pale Papaya card base. I adhered a panel of the Lovely in Linen DSP to an Evening Evergreen card base and wrapped it in Evening Evergreen windowpane check ribbon and made a bow before adhering it to the card front with dimensionals. I stamped the sentiment and label border from the Stampin’ Up! Lovely and Lasting stamp set in Sweet Sorbet and Evening Evergreen before punching it out and adhering it to the card with dimensionals. I finished with red rhinestones.

For the inside, I inked up the pretty floral image from the Stampin’ Up! Lovely and Lasting stamp set in Pale Papaya, stamped off and stamped the image on a Basic White panel. I trimmed the bottom with a strip of the Lovely in Linen DSP before adhering it to the inside of the card.

I love how the flower from the Stampin’ Up! Lovely and Lasting stamp set matches the flowers in the Lovely in Linen DSP. And I love that there’s a border stamp that coordinates with the punch! And I used the cane weave embossing folder because it reminded me of an old woven laundry basket – perfect for linen!

The new Stampin’ Up! 2023 – 2024 Annual Catalog is due to be released on May 2, 2023. This means that the 2021-2023 In Colors will be retiring and probably the pretty Lovely in Linen DSP too since it uses Evening Evergreen, Pale Papaya and Soft Succulent. So I wanted to pull it out and enjoy making a few more cards with this sweet floral paper!
