Stampin’ Up! Itty Bitty Christmas With Wonders of the Season Christmas Card

Good Morning! Today I made a Christmas card with the Wonder of the Season Memories & More card pack and used several coordinating products, including the Happy Holidays sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Itty Bitty Christmas cling stamp set. You can find the supplies used to create this card at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

The white Christmas tree from the Memories & More card pack matches perfectly with the tree paper from the ‘Tis The Season 6″ x 6″ designer series paper. Cut a panel of it and adhere it to the front of a Shaded Spruce card base. Emboss a strip of Shaded Spruce card stock with the Winter Snow embossing folder and adhere it to the card front.

Cut a Whisper White panel with the Stitched So Sweetly scalloped rectangle die. Trim 1/8″ off the top and two sides of the tree card from the Wonder of the Season Memories & more card pack and adhere it to the front of the die cut card. Fold a length of Shaded Spruce Ribbon and adhere it to the card front and trim the ends. Pop the layered tree panel on top of the ribbon with dimensionals.

Punch the end of a 1/2″ strip of Whisper White with the Banners Pick A Punch and stamp the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Itty Bitty Christmas stamp set in Shaded Spruce ink. Trim the end and adhere it to the card front with liquid glue. Accent the banner with a green rhinestone.

Stamp the sentiment from the Wishes & Wonder cling stamp set in Real Red ink on a Whisper White panel. Stamp the pine sprigs from the Cherish The Season stamp set in Shaded Spruce ink under the sentiment and trim the bottom of the panel with a strip of the tree paper from the ‘Tis The Season 6″ x 6″ designer series paper. Adhere the panel to the inside of the card.

The Stampin’ Up! Itty Bitty Christmas stamp set has so many different small Christmas greetings that go well with other products. For this card, the sentiment is the perfect size to accent the tree without covering too much of it. And the pretty ‘Tis The Season 6″ x 6″ designer series paper is on sale this month at a 15% discount!!

Stampin’ Up! Snowflake Wishes Shaker Card Video Tutorial

Good Morning! Today I’m sharing a shaker card that I made during my Facebook Live video tutorial yesterday afternoon using the new Stampin’ Up! Snowflake Wishes bundle. This bundle is the most versatile snowflake set and the best yet, consisting of the Snowflake Wishes photopolymer stamp set and So Many Snowflakes Dies. It has so many different snowflake stamps and beautiful dies that can be combined to make many different style snowflake cards. And it has a die for a snowflake frame that I turned into my shaker card. The Stampin’ Up! Snowflake Wishes bundle will be available when the new Aug-Dec Mini Catalog premieres on Aug 4. You can find the supplies used to create this card at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

Here is the Facebook Live video showing how I made the card:

I also posted the video to my YouTube Channel and you can view it here if you prefer.

I started by cutting out the frame using the snowflake window die cut from the So Many Snowflakes Dies (available Aug 4) and a Thick Whisper White panel. I embossed the the die cut panel with the Winter Snow embossing folder (available Aug 4). I adhered the window sheet to cover the opening with Tear and Tape. I applied Adhesive Foam strips around the opening making sure the ends were tight so that no sequins would leak through. I applied additional foam strips around the outside of the frame so that it would not bend.

I adhered a panel of the Snowflake Splendor designer series paper to the front of a Pacific Point card base. I die cut six of the small snowflakes from the Christmas Layers Dies from Balmy Blue Glimmer paper (available Aug 4) and placed 5 of them in the center of the DSP panel. I added some snowflake sequins (available Aug 4) and some Whale of a Time sequins (making sure to remove all pink shells) to the center with the die cut snowflakes. I peeled the covering off the adhesive foam strips and adhered the panel to the card front, pressing to make sure the foam strips next to the window were secure.

I stamped the Christmas Cheer sentiment from the Itty Bitty Christmas stamp set in Pacific Point ink on a small scrap of Thick Whisper White card stock and cut it out with a stitched die from the Ornate Frames dies. I folded a short length of Iridescent Ribbon (available Aug 4) and adhered it to the card front with glue dots. I adhered the last Balmy Blue small snowflake die cut to the label with multipurpose liquid glue and adhered it to the card over the ribbon with more glue dots. I cut the small intricate snowflake from the So Many Snowflakes dies from Balmy Blue glimmer paper and the medium intricate snowflake from Pacific Point card stock. I adhered these together with multipurpose liquid glue and adhered the snowflake to the card front with glue dots.

Inside the card, I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Snowflake Wishes stamp set (available Aug 4) in Pacific Point ink on a Whisper White panel. I stamped the snowflake cluster in stamped off Pacific Point ink and trimmed the bottom of the panel with a strip of Snowflake Splendor DSP before adhering it to the inside of the card.

This was the first time I made a shaker card and it was easier than I thought and they are so fun!! The pretty snowflake window die is perfect, and using the pretty Snowflake Splendor DSP (available Aug 4) makes it so easy! This bundle is a definite must have from the new Aug-Dec Mini Catalog, available on Aug 4.

Stampin’ Up! Itty Bitty Christmas Snowflakes for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good Morning! Welcome to another Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop! For today’s blog hop, I am sharing one of the last Christmas Cards for this season since I will need to send them out soon! I used the Stampin’ Up! Itty Bitty Christmas bundle with the Wrapped in Plaid specialty designer series paper to make a sparkly card. The bundle includes the Christmas Layers dies and it has some snowflake dies – one with a cluster of snowflakes and two individual snowflakes. I used these to create my card today.

We have a sketch challenge this week, and here is the sketch we are using:

I started by die cutting 5 snowflake clusters using the Christmas Layers dies from Sparkle Glimmer paper and arranging them to cover a panel of Wrapped in Plaid DSP. I adhered the snowflakes with multipurpose liquid glue and trimmed the ends, using some of the trimmings to fill in bare spots. I ran a strip of Cherry Cobbler card stock through the Country Floral embossing folder and adhered it to the bottom of a Cherry Cobbler card base with multipurpose liquid glue. I adhered the snowflake covered DSP panel to the card front with dimensionals.

I made a layered die cut sentiment label, starting out by stamping the Stampin’ Up! Itty Bitty Christmas sentiment in Cherry Cobbler ink on a strip of Whisper White. I cut it out with the large label die from the Merry Christmas dies. I cut the long label from the Stitched Labels dies out of Gold Foil using the two step die cutting technique so it would be longer than the Whisper White label and adhered it to the back with multipurpose liquid glue. I cut the large label from the Detailed Bands dies from the Wrapped in Plaid DSP and adhered it to the back of the layered label with multipurpose liquid glue.

I cut the two small leaf clusters from the Christmas Cardinal dies out of Shaded Spruce card stock. I cut the two swirl flourishes from the Christmas Cardinal dies out of Gold foil. I arranged the large flourish and leaf cluster and adhered it behind the top left of the layered label with a glue dot. I arranged the small flourish and leaf cluster and adhered it behind the bottom right of the layered label with a glue dot. I cut out the two small snowflakes using the Christmas Layers dies from Sparkle Glimmer paper and adhered them to the label with multipurpose liquid glue. I finished it off by adhering the label to the card front with dimensionals.

I decorated the inside of the card by stamping the greeting from the Frosted Foliage stamp set in Cherry Cobbler ink on a panel of Whisper White. I trimmed the bottom with a strip of Wrapped in Plaid DSP and adhered to the inside of the card.

I love the Wrapped in Plaid DSP with the touches of Gold Foil and I love it in combination with the elegant Country Floral embossing and Sparkle Glimmer snowflakes. And while the Stampin’ Up! Itty Bitty Christmas stamps and Christmas Layers dies will be carried over (Yay!!), they will no longer be available as a bundle with the 10% discount.

Stampin’ Up! Christmas Rose Celebrate the Season Card

Good Morning! Today I have another Christmas card made with the Stampin’ Up! Christmas Rose stamp set from the beautiful Christmastime is Here Suite. For today’s card, I used gold embossing for the outline and the photopolymer stamps to color each section in different colors. You can find the supplies used to create this card at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

I stamped the outline image from the Christmas Rose stamp set in Versamark Ink on Shimmery White Paper. I sprinkled it with gold embossing powder and heat set. I then cut it out with the coordinating die. I was glad I used the shimmery white paper for two reasons. First after I stamped each section, I used my aqua painter to go over the sections and blend them (you can use the aqua painter on shimmery white card stock without pilling problems). This gave me a smoother look. The second reason is that the shimmer shows through the image nicely and makes it look special!

I stamped the flowers with Cherry Cobbler ink and then went over them with the aqua painter. Then I blotted it with a paper towel to clean the ink from the embossing. You need to blot it because the embossing resists the ink from being absorbed on the paper and so it has wet ink that can be smeared and spoil your project if you don’t blot it. I next stamped each leaf section with Mossy Meadow ink and repeated with the aqua painter on the broad leaves and paper towel after each. I then stamped the pinecones in Soft Suede and repeated with the aqua painter and paper towel. I finished it off by stamping the berries in Poppy Parade. I did not use the aqua painter on these, but I did blot the ink off the embossing with a paper towel. The Poppy Parade berries really brought the bouquet to life after they were stamped!

Next I cut a panel of the green paper from the Christmastime is Here specialty designer series paper and adhered it to a gold mat. I cut the lattice from gold foil with the large die and adhered it to the panel with liquid glue. I cut a strip of the shimmery gold ribbon and wrapped it around the panel, securing it in the back. I stamped the Celebrate the Season sentiment from the Itty Bitty Christmas stamp set in Versamark Ink on a strip of shimmery white card stock and sprinkled it with gold embossing powder and heat set. I then trimmed the ends and adhered it over the lattice with dimensionals. I adhered the floral bouquet on the panel with dimensionals and added a large bow made with the gold shimmer ribbon. I then popped the panel on a Mossy Meadow card base with dimensionals. I finished off the card front with three gold glitter enamel dots.

I stamped the sentiment from the Frosted Foliage stamp set in Mossy Meadow ink on a panel of Whisper White. I added a strip of the green paper from the Christmastime is Here DSO to the bottom and added a thin strip of gold foil. Then I adhered the panel to the inside of the card.

When I first got the stamp set I was surprised that it had both cling stamps and photopolymer stamps. But it makes sense that you have photopolymer for the solid images so you can see through the stamp to position it over the lined images. I was pleased at how easy this makes it to create the main focal image and how beautiful it came out with this technique. Stampin’ Up! did a great job of designing the pieces so you can use all the different colors on different sections of the bouquet. I definitely recommend trying it.

We hope you’re ready to make this holiday season magical, because the Christmastime Is Here Suite is, well . . . here! This exclusive, limited-time collection of festive, floral coordinating products has everything you need to share love, joy, and creativity this holiday season.

Products from the Christmastime Is Here Suite will be available while supplies last only.

Stampin’ Up! Frosted Foliage Seasons Greetings Card

Good Morning! Today I have a blue Seasons Greetings card made with the Stampin’ Up! Frosted Foliage stamp bundle. This beautiful set celebrates frosty cold nature in wintertime with leaves and snowflakes. The dies include a rectangular frame which can be decorated with other die cut elements. You can find the supplies used to create this card at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

I started by stamping the scattered snowflakes from the Stampin’ Up! Frosted Foliage stamp set in Delicata Silvery Shimmer ink on a Night of Navy card base. I cut the Frosted Frames large fancy frame die from a panel of Seaside Spray and the small stitched frame die from a panel of the Feels Like Frost designer series paper. I adhered the small stitched frame to the larger Seaside Spray frame with liquid glue.

I used the Frosted Frames dies to decorate the frame. I cut two of the leaf sprays from vellum card stock and one from Seaside Spray. I cut two of the star pairs from Sparkle Glimmer paper. I cut two of the small sprays from silver foil. I arranged the die cuts around the frame on the front and the back and adhered them with liquid glue. I adhered the decorated frame to the card front with dimensionals and finished off the snowflakes with pearl gems.

I stamped the Seasons Greetings stamp from the Itty Bitty Christmas stamp set in Versamark Ink on a strip of Seaside Spray. I sprinkled it with silver embossing powder and heat set. I stamped the snowflakes from the Stampin’ Up! Frosted Foliage stamp set in Delicata Silvery Shimmer ink on the embossed label and trimmed the ends. I adhered it to the card front with liquid glue and decorated it with a Seaside Spray silvery bow.

I decorated the inside by stamping the snowflakes again in Delicata Silvery Shimmer ink and the sentiment in Night of Navy ink on a Whisper White panel. I adhered the panel to a Seaside spray mat and then to the inside of the card.

The Stampin’ Up! Frosted Foliage bundle is a great set to celebrate the natural beauty of winter for any winter celebration. This is the first time I’ve used this beautiful stamp bundle. I hope you like it and break it out if you have the set in your stash too!

Stampin’ Up! Perfectly Plaid White and Gold Christmas Card for the Inkin’ Krew Blog Hop

Good Morning! Welcome to the November Inkin’ Krew Monthly Blog Hop!

Our team is doing a Blog Hop with the theme “Merry Christmas or Happy Holidays” and I am making a Christmas card with the Stampin’ Up! Perfectly Plaid Stamp photopolymer bundle. You can find the supplies used to create this card at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

I started with the trees. I punched two from Gold Foil card stock, one from Gold Glimmer card stock and one from Sparkle Glimmer card stock. I took one foil tree and embossed it with the Stylish Scrolls embossing folder. The last three trees were stamped and gold embossed on shimmery white paper before being punched. I used the tree stamp from the Stampin’ Up! Perfectly Plaid stamp set, the diagonal stripes from the Tiny Keepsakes stamp set and the star field from the So Many Stars stamp set. For all of these, I used my embossing buddy on the shimmery white card stock, stamped with Versamark ink, sprinkled with gold embossing powder and heat set. I then punched out the trees. Then I punched out 7 additional trees from Whisper White and adhered them to the back of the trees to add stiffness.

I took a panel of Thick Whisper White and embossed it with the Subtle embossing folder. I die cut two of the edge dies from the Christmas Rose dies from gold foil and adhered them to the back of the embossed panel on the bottom. I adhered a piece of the gold shimmer ribbon just above the edge with snail and wrapped it around, securing it in the back. I arranged the trees on the panel, adhering the ones in the back with liquid glue and popped the ones in the front with dimensionals. I then adhered the panel to a Thick Whisper White card base with dimensionals. Then I decorated the trees as shown with pearls, gold glitter enamel dots and gold metallic pearls.

I stamped the sentiment from the Itty Bitty Christmas stamp set with Versamark ink on a strip of Whisper White. I sprinkled it with embossing powder and heat set. I then curled it with my bone folder to give it some movement and adhered it to the card base with glue dots. I finished the banner with two gold metallic pearls.

I decorated the inside by embossing the sentiment and tree from the Stampin’ Up! Perfectly Plaid stamp set in gold on a Whisper White panel. I adhered it to a gold foil mat and then to the inside of the card.

I love the Stampin’ Up! Perfectly Plaid stamp set with the Pine Tree punch and wanted to try making an elegant sparkly Christmas card with it. I hope you like it.

Stampin’ Up! Snowman Season Christmas Cheer Card

Good Morning! Today I am sharing another snowman Christmas Card made with the wonderful Stampin’ Up! Snowman Season stamp set and Let it Snow designer series paper. You can find the supplies used to create this card at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

I used the Mojo Monday 526 Sketch Challenge layout for this card. I love the fishtail banners in this sketch and the Let it Snow DSP has so many pretty papers that look good together that I just had to make another snowman card with the layered look. Here is the sketch:

I embossed a panel of Coastal Cabana cardstock with the Winter Knit embossing folder and adhered it to a Thick Whisper White card base with liquid glue. I cut the different pieces of Let it Snow DSP and arranged them on the embossed panel according to the sketch and adhered them with liquid glue.

I stamped the happy snowman from the Stampin’ Up! Snowman Season stamp set on a panel of Shimmery White card stock and cut it out with the large circle from the Stitched shapes dies. I colored it with Real Red, Pool Party, shaded Spruce and Soft Suede Stampin’ Blends. I added the little snow balls from the Let it Snow embellishment pack with liquid glue and then added a Real Red scalloped mat made from largest scalloped circle from the Layered circles dies. I adhered the layered circle to the card front with dimensionals.

I stamped the Christmas Cheer sentiment from the Itty Bitty Christmas stamp set using Versamark ink on a strip of Real Red card stock. I sprinkled it with white embossing powder and heat set. I trimmed the ends of the label and adhered it to the card front with liquid glue.

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Snowman Season photopolymer stamp set in Real Red ink on a Whisper White panel. I added a strip of the little snowmen from the Let it Snow DSP to the bottom of the panel and adhered it to a Coastal Cabana mat before attaching it to the inside of the card.

The Stampin’ Up! Snowman Season stamp set is so cute and I have made so many different whimsical Christmas Cards with it. The Let it Snow designer series paper is also so cute and whimsical and the designs make the sweetest Christmas cards. I love the combination of the Real Red with the Coastal Cabana!

Stampin’ Up! Peaceful Boughs Celebrate the Season

Good Morning! Today I have another Christmas card made with the Stampin’ Up! Peaceful Boughs stamp set and Beautiful Boughs dies.

It’s in blue and gold and uses the design from this week’s Freshly Made Sketches #408. You can find the supplies used to create this card at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

I started by dusting a panel of Seaside Spray card stock with with my embossing buddy and randomly stamping the 3 branch stamps from the Stampin’ Up! Peaceful Boughs stamp set in VersaMark ink. I sprinkled it with gold embossing powder and heat set. I matted it with gold foil paper and adhered it to a Seaside Spray card base with dimensionals.

I cut 2 of the small branches using the Beautiful Boughs dies in gold foil. I stamped the sentiment from the Itty Bitty Christmas stamp set in VersaMark ink on a strip of Seaside Spray cardstock, sprinkled it with gold embossing powder and heat set. I trimmed the end and backed it with a strip of gold foil and arranged it on the card with the two gold foil branches.

I finished the card front with a gold satin bow and gold glitter dots, both from the upcoming Christmastime is Here suite (available Nov 1).

On a panel of Whisper White, I stamped the corners with branches from the Stampin’ Up! Peaceful Boughs stamp set with VersaMark ink. I also stamped the sentiment from the Merry Christmas to all photopolymer stamp set in the middle. I sprinkled it with gold embossing powder and heat set. I adhered it to the inside of the card.

Embossed cards at Christmas are so elegant. And this one is a simple design that easy to make. That’s a double bonus!!

Stampin’ Up! Snowman Season Christmas Card

Good Morning! Here’s a cute little snowman Christmas Card made with the Stampin’ Up! Snowman Season photopolymer stamp set. I also used the Let It Snow Speciality Designer Paper to create a layered look. This is is such a happy color combination, sure to make Christmas merry! You can find the supplies used to create this card at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used. Here’s the card:

I started building the background by cutting the Let It Snow DSP pieces. I matted the large panel on Basic Black and the smaller layering pieces on Real Red. I adhered it all together with liquid glue.

I then stamped the snowman from the Stampin’ Up! Snowman Season stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black ink on a Panel of Whisper White. I colored it with Real Red, Pool Party, Calypso Coral, Shaded Spruce and Soft Suede Stampin’ Blends. I then cut it out with the largest circle from the Stitched Shapes dies. I added some Snowfall Accents Puff Paint and heat set it. It is so amazing to watch it puff up!! Be careful though as it will start to turn brown if heated too much.

I used the largest scalloped circle from the Layering Circles dies to cut a Real Red mat and adhered it to the back of the circle. I created the label by stamping the Christmas Cheer sentiment from the Itty Bitty Christmas stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink on a strip of Real Red and trimmed the end. I adhered this to the layered background with liquid glue and then tied the curly ribbon around it and made a bow. I adhered the Snowman Circle to the background with dimensionals and used dimensionals to attach it all to a Real Red card base.

On the inside, I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Snowman Season stamp set in Real Red ink on a panel of Whisper White. I added some snowflakes in Coastal Cabana ink and added a strip of the little snowmen paper to the bottom. I adhered it to a Basic Black mat and then to the inside of the card.

Snowmen are great themes for Christmas cards and for Winter cards afterwards. The snowmen in the Stampin’ Up! Snowman Season stamp set are happy and whimsical and the Let It Snow Specialty Designer paper is a winner too! Thanks for visiting and have a great weekend!

Stampin’ Up! Itty Bitty Christmas Plaid Trees Card

Good Morning! Today I’m sharing a Christmas card with a greeting from the Stampin’ Up! Itty Bitty Christmas cling stamp set and a forest of plaid Christmas trees. The trees are all punched from the Wrapped in Plaid Designer Series Paper using the Pine Tree punch! You can find the supplies used to create this card at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

I started with a panel of Shaded Spruce cardstock that I ran through the Winter Knit embossing folder. I then adhered it to the front of a Shaded Spruce card base. I selected 7 plaids from the Wrapped in Plaid DSP. I punched out a tree from each using the Pine Tree punch.

Then I die cut 7 stars from gold foil using one of the stars in the star spray die cut in the Stitched Stars dies. The large star in the Twinkle Builder punch would also work well or gold star shaped faceted gems. These would probably take less time, but I didn’t have them, so I improvised and found that this star die cut was a good size. I adhered a star to the top of each tree with liquid glue.

I then arranged the trees and adhered them to the card front. I used liquid glue to attach the back trees and dimensionals to attach the ones in front. I stamped the Celebrate the Season sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Itty Bitty Christmas stamp set in Versamark ink on a strip of Cherry Cobbler. I sprinkled it with white embossing powder and heat set. I trimmed the end and adhered it to the card front with dimensionals. I finished it off with a gold glitter dot from the upcoming Christmastime is Here limited release suite next month.

I punched part of another plaid tree and attached it to a Whisper White panel with liquid glue. It’s hard to see, but I embossed a strip of Cherry Cobbler with the Winter Knit embossing folder and adhered it to the bottom. I then adhered the panel to the inside of the card with liquid glue.

This is an elegant Christmas Card that sparkles with the gold foil touches in the Wrapped in Plaid Designer Series Paper and stars. But it also has a flannel and knit sweater kind of look with the embossed background coupled with the DSP. Best of all, it comes together pretty quickly. I hope you like it. Thanks for visiting!
