Stampin’ Up! Framed Florets Thank You Card

Good Morning! The Stampin’ Up! Framed Florets bundle is an early release from the upcoming January-April 2023 Mini Catalog with beautiful oval die cuts and photopolymer stamps with wonderful floral images and sentiments. The Fitting Florets designer series paper coordinates beautifully with this set, but it is only available while supplies last until the new mini catalog opens on January 5, 2023. I used these products to make this pretty floral thank you card for today. You can find the supplies I used at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

I adhered a panel of Fitting Florets designer series paper to a Basic White mat and adhered it to the front of a Balmy Blue card base with dimensionals. I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Framed Florets stamp set in Balmy Blue ink on a Basic White panel and cut it out with the large fancy oval frame die. I adhered both die cuts to the card with liquid glue.

I cut the small oval frame from the Stampin’ Up! Framed Florets dies from Balmy Blue and adhered it to the card with liquid glue.

I used the two flower outline die from the Stampin’ Up! Framed Florets die to cut two of the large Polished Pink flower clusters from the Fitting Florets DSP and Basic White. I love when dies coordinate with designer series paper! I adhered the DSP flowers to the Basic White flowers with liquid glue and adhered the flower clusters to the card front with dimensionals. I finished with three sparkle gems.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the two flower stamp from the Stampin’ Up! Framed Florets stamp in stamped off Polished Pink on a Basic White panel. I trimmed the bottom of the panel with a strip of Fitted Florets DSP and adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

The Stampin’ Up! Framed Florets bundle is beautiful and goes so well with the Fitted Florets DSP. These products make it so easy to make beautiful cards and other projects!

Stampin’ Up! Blessings of Home for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good Morning! December birthdays are tough, so I wanted to make a birthday card with Christmas colors. So I paired the pretty Christmas themed Fitting Florets designer series paper with the beautiful floral bouquet from the Stampin’ Up! Blessings of Home bundle. You can find the supplies I used along with card stock cuts at the bottom of my post.

We have a sketch challenge this week and here is the pretty card sketch I tried to follow for today’s card:

I adhered a panel of Fitting Florets designer series paper to the front of an Evening Evergreen card base. I adhered a panel of Soft Succulent DSP on top with liquid glue. I stamped four greenery sprays from the Flowers of Home dies from Evening Evergreen and Soft Succulent and adhered them to the card front with glue dots.

I stamped the large bouquet from the Stampin’ Up! Blessings of Home cling stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black ink on a Basic White panel and cut it out with the coordinating die. I colored the flowers and leaves with Stampin’ Blends, doing some light shading with a lot of help from the stamp shading. I used Soft Succulent on the leaves, Real Red, So Saffron, Soft Suede, Fresh Freesia and Pale Papaya on the flowers. I used some light Smoky Slate to accent the shade marks on the large white flowers. I made a loopy Bow with white crinkle ribbon and cut lengthwise a length of Evening Evergreen ribbon and tied it. I adhered the ribbon to the card front with glue dots and popped the flowers on top with dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Blessings of Home stamp set in Versamark ink on a strip of Evening Evergreen. I sprinkled it with white embossing powder and shook off the excess. I heated the powder with my heat tool until it was bright and shiny and cut the sentiment out with the long label die from the Sending dies. I adhered the label to the card with glue dots and finished the card front with iridescent pearls.

For the inside of the card, I stamped part of the floral bouquet in the lower right corner of a Basic White panel. I trimmed the side with a strip of Fitting Florets DSP and adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

I love how the white flowers in the bouquet pop against the Soft Succulent and Evening Evergreen background. And the Real Red flowers tie into the Christmas themes while still making a pretty birthday card. I hope that this inspires you to make a handmade birthday card for your December birthdays, even though it’s such a busy time.

Stampin’ Up! Fond of Autumn for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Good morning and welcome to the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop! I used the beautiful Stampin’ Up! Fond Of Autumn bundle for an autumn wishes card, coloring the pretty floral fie cuts with Stampin’ Blends. You can find the supplies I used along with card stock cuts at the bottom of my post.

We have a pretty sketch challenge this week and sketch we are using:

I adhered a panel of the new Fitted Florets designer series paper to the front of a Soft Succulent card base. I used the largest stitched circle die from the Stylish Shapes dies to cut a panel of Rustic Harvest designer series paper and adhered it to the card front with liquid glue.

I partially stamped the two ends of the large bouquet stamp from the Stampin’ Up! Fond Of Autumn photopolymer stamp set on two panels of Basic White card stock using Memento Tuxedo Black ink and cut them out with the coordinating die that makes 4 separate die cuts. I colored pieces with Stampin’ Blends, using Dark So Saffron for the flower centers, light Soft Suede for the flower leaves, light Soft Succulent for the rounded leaves, Rich Razzleberry for the flowers, light Real Red for the berries and light Daffodil Delight for the berry leaves.

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Fond Of Autumn stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black ink on Rich Razzleberry and cut it out with the long skinny banner die from the Stylish Shapes dies. I adhered the label to the card with glue dots. I adhered the die cut berries to the card with glue dots and the flowers with dimensionals. I finished the card front with a Soft Succulent bow and opal gems.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the single flower from the Stampin’ Up! Fond Of Autumn stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black ink on Basic White. I cut it out with the coordinating die and colored it with Rich Razzleberry, So Saffron and Soft Suede Stampin’ Blends like the flowers on the card front. I trimmed the bottom of a Basic White panel with a strip of Fitted Florets DSP and adhered the flower on top with glue dots. I adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

The Stampin’ Up! Fond Of Autumn bundle is really pretty and with wonderful floral images that are fun to color. It also comes with great fall sentiments and fun dies.

Stampin’ Up! Framed Florets Sneak Peek with Video Tutorial

Good Morning! The Stampin’ Up! Framed Florets bundle will be available tomorrow when the Fitting Florets Promotion begins. The bundle is an early release from the upcoming January – June 2023 Mini Catalog and the promotion will also include products that are available for a limited time, including the pretty Fitting Florets designer series paper and the Framed and Festive cling stamp set. And this is all perfect for making Christmas cards. I used both of these products with the beautiful oval frames from the new bundle for a Double Easel fun fold Christmas card. You can find the supplies I used at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

You can watch my Facebook live from yesterday afternoon HERE. I have also posted it to my YouTube Channel and you can view it HERE.

I adhered panels of the beautiful Christmas themed Fitting Florets DSP to the sections of the Real Red easel section before adhering the easel section to the front of a Soft Succulent card base with liquid glue. I cut the large oval frame from the Stampin’ Up! Framed Florets bundle and stamped the Framed and Festive sentiment in Real Red ink on the oval (save the frame for the next project). I cut another large oval frame from Brushed Gold foil and a small oval from Real Red card stock. I placed the stamped large oval inside the large frame and adhered the small frame on top with liquid glue. I cut anther small oval from Basic White and adhered the frame and oval to the back of the large frame with liquid glue. This gives a nice finished look to the back of the large oval frame.

I adhered the frame to the front of the easel with liquid glue applied to the lower section of the oval. I stamped the double flower from the Stampin’ Up! Framed Florets photopolymer stamp set in Evening Evergreen ink on Basic White. I colored it with So Saffron, Real Red and Soft Succulent Stampin’ Blends and cut it out with the coordinating die. I cut the large greenery sprig die from Soft Succulent and two of the small detailed leaves from Evening Evergreen. I adhered the large greenery and detailed leaves to the frame with glue dots and the flowers with dimensionals.

I adhered white dots to the berry parts of the greenery and finished the front with three of the new adhesive gold swirls that will be available tomorrow.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the flowers from the Stampin’ Up! Framed Florets stamp set in Evening Evergreen in the corner of a Basic White panel. I stamped the little leaf pair in the top corner in Evening Evergreen and the sentiment from the Framed and Festive stamp set in the center in Evening Evergreen. I colored the flowers and leaves with Soft Succulent, Real red and So Saffron Stampin’ Blends and trimmed the bottom with Fitting Florets DSP. I adhered the panel to the inside of the card.

The beautiful Fitting Florets designer series paper and the Framed and Festive stamp set will only be available during the promotion period that begins tomorrow. But the beautiful Stampin’ Up! Framed Florets bundle will be available afterwards when the new January – June 2023 Mini Catalog goes live. It’s sure to be a favorite!

Stampin’ Up! Framed Florets Friendship Card

Good Morning! The Stampin’ Up! Framed Florets bundle is an early release from the upcoming Jan-Jun 2023 Mini Catalog and it is so beautiful! It will be available on Tuesday along with the beautiful Fitting Florets designer series paper when the Fitting Florets promotion begins. But the designer series paper will only be available during this special promotion, so I’ve layered it on today’s friendship card so you can see how well it goes with the beautiful stamp set. You can find the currently available supplies I used at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

I adhered a plaid strip of the Fitting Florets designer series paper to a leafy Soft Succulent panel of the DSP with liquid glue before adhering them both to the front of an Evening Evergreen card base. I adhered a floral panel of the DSP to an Evening Evergreen mat before adhering them both to the card front with liquid glue.

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Framed Florets stamp set in Evening Evergreen on Balmy Blue. I cut it out with the long label die from the Potted Succulents dies and adhered it to the card front with liquid glue. I stamped the single flower in Night of Navy on Basic White and colored it with Balmy Blue and So Saffron Stampin’ Blends, with a light shading on the petals. I stamped the little leaf pair in Evening Evergreen and colored it with Soft Succulent Stampin’ Blends, shading it darker in the leaf centers. I cut the leaves and flower out with the coordinating dies.

I adhered the leaves to the back of the flower with a glue dot. I folded a short length of Evening Evergreen ribbon and adhered it to the card front with glue dots. I adhered the flower and leaf on the ribbon with dimensionals. I colored the flower with Wink of Stella to give it a little sparkle and finished the label with a Balmy Blue faceted dot.

For the inside of the card, I stamped the little leaf pair from the Stampin’ Up! Framed Florets stamp set in Evening Evergreen ink in the corner of a Basic White panel. I colored it with Soft Succulent Stampin’ Blends like the leaves on the front. I trimmed the bottom with a strip of Fitting Florets DSP and adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

A layered card design is the perfect way to show off beautiful designer series paper, because you have so many pretty colors and patterns that coordinate well together. And since it’s Stampin’ Up!, the colors also coordinate with card stock, inks and markers, so you can easily put together a pretty card. Look closely and you’ll notice how the little blue flower in the background DSP goes perfectly with the stamped and colored flower on the label. Learn more about the Stampin’ Up! Framed Florets bundle below.

I’m planning to go live on my Facebook Page at 1:00 ET this afternoon to play some more with the Framed Florets bundle and the Fitting Florets DSP. I look forward to seeing you then!
