Good Morning! My posts have been light for the past few weeks because of having company and visiting family, but I’m back and ready to roll up my sleeves to bring you some more card ideas. And it’s just in the nick of time because the rollout the Stampin’ Up! 2019 Holiday Catalog is just around the corner! But before I start with holiday items, I want to show you this vintage card made with the Stampin’ Up! Very Versailles cling stamp set from the Stampin’ Up! 2019 – 2020 Annual Catalog. You can find the supplies I used to create this card at the bottom of my post along with the cardstock sizes.

Collage cards have been very popular for a long time, and are great for creative expression. You can play with combining different colors and textures, and they often have nature themes and vintage items with a sentimental feel. The Stampin’ Up! Very Versailles stamp set makes it very easy to create a collage card because the elements are perfectly proportioned to each other and they’re very beautiful!

For today’s card, I started with a Very Vanilla panel and stamped the script image in Rococo Rose after stamping off. I then stamped the leaf image over it in Old Olive. I then took the filigree stamp and stamped it in Versamark and then embossed it with Gold embossing powder. I then sponged the edges in Crumb Cake and adhered the panel to a Rococo Rose mat. I finished it with Linen Thread and a bow. I stamped the large flower from the Free as a Bird cling stamp set in Rococo Rose ink. I fussy cut the flower, added a gold metallic pearl to the center and popped it on the collage with a mini dimensional.

I took another panel of Very Vanilla cardstock and ran it through the Pinewood Planks 3D embossing folder and matted it with Rococo Rose and adhered it to a Thick Very Vanilla card base with dimensionals. I added the collage to the card with dimensionals.

To finish off the card front, I embossed the Have a Beautiful Day sentiment from Stampin’ Up! Very Versailles stamp set in gold on a piece of Rococo Rose cardstock and cut it out with the Stitched Nested Labels die. I finished the label with two gold metallic pearls and adhered it with multipurpose liquid glue.

I decorated the inside of the card by stamping the leaf image from the Stampin’ Up! Very Versailles stamp set in Old Olive after stamping off and then stamping the large rose from the Free as a Bird stamp set in Rococo Rose after stamping off.

The Stampin’ Up! Very Versailles stamp set updates the Collage Card concept with fresh images that can be combined with several other stamps in the catalog for easily making unique Collage Cards with that vintage feel. I hope you try it. Thanks for visiting and have a great weekend!
