Stampin’ Up! Thoughtful Wishes Thanks Card

Good Morning! Here’s a simple thank you card made with the pretty Stampin’ Up! Thoughtful Wishes bundle along with the Thoughtful Journey 6″ x 6″ designer series paper. I also used the gorgeous Thoughtful Designs specialty DSP for a luxurious background. You can find the products I used at the bottom of my post along with the card stock sizes.

I adhered a panel of Thoughtful Designs DSP to the front of a Pretty Peacock card base with Stampin’ Seal. Sometimes I’ve seen glue lines when I use liquid glue on specialty DSP, so I didn’t want to take chances and I was extra careful lining it up on the card base. I did use liquid glue to adhere a panel of Thoughtful Journey 6″ x 6″ DSP to a Petunia Pop mat – I love these designs with the white wildflowers!

I used the Stampin’ Up! Thoughtful Wishes dies to cut two flowers from Basic White and adhered them to the panel with dots of liquid glue. I wrapped a length of Linen Thread around the panel and made a bow.

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Thoughtful Wishes stamp set in Versamark Ink on Mossy Meadow and sprinkled it with white embossing powder. I shook off the excess and heated the powder with my heat tool. I cut it out with the long skinny banner die from the Stylish Shapes dies and adhered it to the panel with Dimensionals. I adhered the panel to the card with dimensionals and finished with three iridescent pearls.

For the inside of the card, I simply trimmed the bottom with a strip of DSP and adhered the panel to the inside of the card with Stampin’ Seal.

There are so many beautiful designs in the Thoughtful Journey 6″ x 6″ designer series paper and they all compliment the stamps and dies in the Stampin’ Up! Thoughtful Wishes bundle so perfectly! This makes it so simple to make beautiful cards with different designs! And the Thoughtful Journey 6″ x 6″ DSP will be discounted 15% during the DSP sale that starts August 6, 2024.
