Stampin’ Up! Cutest Halloween for the Inkin’ Krew Blog Hop

Good morning! Welcome to the Inkin’ Krew Monthly Blog Hop! The theme for this month’s hop is “Halloween Fun” and I’m using the Stampin’ Up! Cutest Halloween bundle for my card today. You can find the supplies I used at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

I cut the top front off of the card base by cutting down the score line 1-3/4″ and cutting straight across the top with my paper trimmer. This left the bottom 2-1/2″ on the card front. I adhered a panel of Old Olive haunted house Cute Halloween 6″ x 6″ designer series paper to the inside of the card.

I adhered a panel of the ‘boo’ Cute Halloween 6″ x 6″ DSP to the inside front flap and I colored the candy panel for the outside front flap. I colored the candies with the Bronze, Pumpkin Pie, Daffodil Delight, Highland Heather and Granny Apple Green Stampin’ Blends and then adhered the panel to the front flap. I stamped six Jack-O-Lanterns using the Stampin’ Up! Cutest Halloween photopolymer stamp set – I stamped the outlines in Memento Tuxedo Black, the solid pumpkins in Pumpkin Pie and the Jack-O-Lantern faces in Memento Tuxedo Black. I colored the stems with the Granny Apple Green Stampin Blend and punched the Jack-O-Lanterns out with Halloween Punch.

I adhered the Jack-O-Lanterns across the top of the front flap with glue dots and dimensionals (the one in the middle and the two ends). I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Cutest Halloween stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black on Old Olive and cut it out with the Messages die. I adhered it to the card front with glue dots.

I stamped the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Cutest Halloween in Memento Tuxedo Black ink on a Basic White panel. I stamped the little spider in the corner and adhered the panel to the bottom of the inside of the card. I adhered the last Jack-O-Lantern to the front flap next to the inside panel. I stamped the little ghost outline in Smoky Slate on Basic White and the face and arms in stamped off Highland Heather. I punched out the ghost with the Halloween Punch and adhered it to the top of the inside with dimensionals. I finished the card with iridescent stars.

I also used the Stampin’ Up! Cutest Halloween bundle to decorate a little Halloween treat box made with the Pretty Pillowbox dies. It’s so cute and really puts me in the trick-or-treatin’ mood!
