Happy Wednesday! Today I have a bold, floral friendship card made with the Stampin’ Up! Pretty Perennials bundle and the Paper Blooms Sale A Bration designer series paper. You can find the supplies used to create this card at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.
I adhered a panel of Paper Blooms designer series paper to the front of a Seaside Spray card base. I cut another Seaside Spray Panel with the Stitched So Sweetly die and adhered it to the front. I cut two of the leaf dies from the Stampin’ Up! Pretty Perennials bundle from Old Olive card stock and adhered them to the top and bottom of the scalloped panel.
I stamped the happy word from the Stampin’ Up! Pretty Perennials photopolymer stamp set in Night of Navy ink on Basic White. I fussy cut around the word with my paper snips which was easier than I imagines since the font is so bold. I adhered the word to the Seaside Spray die cut. I stamped the sending lots of sentiment on Night of Navy card stock with Versamark Ink and sprinkled it with white embossing powder. I heat set it until shiny and trimmed it to size before adhering it to the panel.
I stamped the flowers from the Stampin’ Up! Pretty Perennials stamp set on Basic White as follows: 1 large flower in Petal Pink, 2 medium flowers in Rococo Rose and 3 small flowers in So Saffron. I cut them all out with the coordinating dies. I cut a large outline flower from Petal Pink and 2 medium outline flowers from Rococo Rose. I adhered these to the coordinating stamped flowers and added rhinestone gems to all the flowers. I arranged the flowers around the label and adhered them with glue dots and dimensionals. I wrapped a strand of Misty Moonlight twine around the top of the card and made a bow to finish the card front.
For the inside of the card, I stamped a Basic White panel with Petal Pink large flowers, Rococo Rose medium flowers and Night of Navy flower centers using the flowers from the Stampin’ Up! Pretty Perennials stamp set. I adhered the panel to the inside of the card.
The Stampin’ Up! Pretty Perennials bundle is so versatile with flowers and dies of different sizes and styles and wonderful sentiments. I love the focus on happy because happy cards are the best cards to receive!
