Stampin’ Up! Tag Buffet

Good Morning! Today I want to show you a pair of versatile Christmas products called the Stampin’ Up! Tag Buffet kit and Stampin’ Up! Tag Buffet photopolymer stamp set. The Tag Buffet kit has supplies to make 30 gorgeous tags – five each of 6 different designs. You can see the contents of the kit in the picture below. The tags are double layered, with gold foil accents, gorgeous images and laser cuts. Plus it all comes in the cute holly box!

Here is the tag that I made featuring the Christmas Tree. It’s a gorgeous tree and I added some red rhinestones and made it pretty much according to the instructions included. Note the pretty sentiment – it’s from the Stampin’ Up! Tag Buffet photopolymer stamp set. The labels in the kit are perfectly sized to fit the sentiments in the stamp set.

Before I talk more about the stamp set, I want to show that the tags can easily be made into cards. Here I made a Real Red card base and adhered a Real Red panel that was embossed with the Winter Snow 3D embossing folder. I made the pretty stocking tag according to the kit instructions and adhered it to the front of the embossed card base. Rather than using the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Tag Buffet stamp set, I used a sentiment from Itty Bitty Christmas and stamped it on a pretty circle die cut from Tasteful Labels dies. I wanted to show that you can use the tags with many different Christmas stamp sets, including some that you may have in your current stash!

But I think the Stampin’ Up! Tag Buffet stamp set is perfect for the tag project kit. And when you’ve completed all the tags, you can still use the stamp set on it’s own! Here’s a card that I made with the stamps, along with the Heartwarming Hugs designer series paper and the Painted Labels Dies. Isn’t that Merry Christmas sentiment beautiful!!

Here is the inside of the card showing the wonderful inside Christmas greeting.

Here is a closeup of the pretty stamp set. You can see how beautifully the stamps coordinate with the images in the Stampin’ Up! Tag Buffet kit. With both, you can pretty Christmas cards with coordinating tags for all your special holiday gift needs.

And the pretty Heartwarming Hugs designer series paper that I used in my last card is on sale this month!

Stampin’ Up! Daisy Lane Fall Card Video Tutorial

Good Morning! Today I’m sharing a fall card made with the Stampin’ Up! Daisy Lane stamp set accented with leaves from the Gathered Leaves Dies. You can find the supplies used to create this card at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

Here is the Facebook Live video showing how I made the card:

I will post an edited version of how I made the card in my YouTube channel later this week so you can view a quickie version.

My card layout uses Freshly Made Sketches 457 – this is a good one, check it out.

Adhere a panel of Plaid Tidings 6″ x 6″ designer series paper to the front of an Early Espresso Card base (don’t forget that the Plaid Tidings DSP is on sale this month! 😊). Stamp the Birch cling background stamp in Early Espresso ink on a Bumblebee panel and emboss it with the Tasteful Textile 3D embossing folder. Adhere it to an Early Espresso mat and pop it on the card front with dimensionals.

Adhere a berry branch from the Forever Gold Laser cut specialty paper to the embossed panel. Cut the Gathered Leaves dies from Cajun Craze, Pumpkin Pie and Pear Pizzazz card stock. Adhere the leaves to the card front. Stamp three small daisies from the Stampin’ Up! Daisy Lane stamp set in Bumblebee ink on Bumblebee card stock. Sponge the centers with Cajun Craze ink and sponge Pumpkin Pie ink around the petals, leaving just the tips. Punch out the three petal clusters with the medium daisy punch. Gently bend the petals back on one cluster, back and forward on the second and all forward on the last cluster. Adhere the clusters together with liquid glue.

Cut the center from gold foil using the flower center die from the Poinsettias Dies and adhere it to the middle of the flower. Pop the flower on the card front with a dimensional. Adhere a gold trim bow under the flower. Stamp the sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Daisy Lane stamp set in Early Espresso ink on a strip of Pumpkin Pie and trim the ends. Adhere it to a strip of early Espresso and pop it on the card front with dimensionals. Finish the card front with three Gilded Gems.

Stamp and emboss a strip of Bumblebee card stock to match the front panel and adhere it to the bottom of a Whisper White panel. Cut a small Gathered Leaves Die leaf from Pumpkin Pie and adhere it to the top corner of the card.

The Stampin’ Up! Daisy Lane stamp set and the coordinating punches are perfect for creating fall floral cards – just change up the colors to coordinate with your favorite fall designer series paper. This is perfect for birthdays and other occasions when a pumpkin just won’t do.

Stampin’ Up! Flowers for Every Season Birthday Card

Good Morning! Today I made another card with the Stampin’ Up! Flowers for Every Season Memories & More card pack. The Stampin’ Up! Memories & More card packs are excellent for making pretty cards quickly and easily. You can find the supplies used to create this card at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

Adhere a panel of the Stampin’ Up! Flowers For Every Season 6″ x 6″ designer series paper to a Misty Moonlight card front. This DSP pack coordinates with the Stampin’ Up! Flowers For Every Season Memories & More card pack with many of the same colors and designs, so when you pair these, you know that the elements in your card go together and your card will be pretty.

Adhere the strip of Misty Moonlight dotted Stampin’ Up! Flowers for Every Season DSP across the card and top it with another strip of the Just Jade floral paper. Using the third largest scalloped rectangle die from the Stitched So Sweetly dies, cut a backing from Whisper White card stock. Trim 1/8″ from the sides of the 3″ x 4″ Memories & More card, and then 1/16″ from the top and bottom. Adhere the card to the scalloped rectangle and pop it on the card front with dimensionals.

Accent the card front with a Misty Moonlight bow and three enamel dots. The recipe is simple

  1. Decide on a layout or sketch and cut card card stock
  2. Adhere DSP to card base according to layout
  3. Pop on Memories & More card – mat optional
  4. Finish with stickers, ribbons & embellishments

Adhere the coordinating floral and Happy stickers on a Whisper White panel and stamp the Birthday sentiment in Misty Moonlight. Trim the bottom with another strip of Stampin’ Up! Flowers For Every Season DSP. Adhere the panel to the inside of the card.

The Stampin’ Up! Memories and More cards are excellent for quickly creating pretty cards that can be used for any occasion. Here’s another card that I made earlier in the week using the Wonder of the Season Memories and More card pack. Check out the Stampin’ Up! Memories & More card packs that are currently available. The World of Good Memories & More card pack is especially good for masculine cards.

Flowers for Every Season Memories & More – coordinates with the Flowers for Every Season designer series paper
World of Good Memories & More Card Pack – coordinates with thee World of Good specialty designer series paper
Wonder of the Season Memories & More card pack – coordinates with ‘Tis The Season 6″ x 6″ designer series paper

Stampin’ Up! Wishes & Wonder Christmas Card

Good Morning! Today I made a Christmas card with the Stampin’ Up! Wishes & Wonder cling stamp bundle. The reindeer in this bundle are so cute, both the stamped version and the die cut one. Today’s card features the stamped deer. You can find the supplies used to create this card at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

Emboss a panel of Cherry Cobbler with the Winter Snow embossing folder and adhere it to the front of a Cherry Cobbler card base. Cut a panel of Wonder of the Season specialty designer series paper with the tag die from the North Pole Wonder Dies from the Stampin’ Up! Wishes & Wonder bundle and adhere it to the panel. I used a piece with the Rudolph feed image in red foil. Cut a gold foil circle with the North Pole Dies. Stamp the mistletoe from the Stampin’ Up! Wishes & Wonder cling stamp set in Shaded Spruce ink on a small Whisper White panel and color it with the Light Shaded Spruce Stampin’ Blend. Cut it out with the coordinating die and adhere it to the bottom of the gold circle.

Stamp the reindeer from the Stampin’ Up! Wishes & Wonder stamp set in Early Espresso ink on Crumb Cake and cut it out with the coordinating die. Adhere it to the mistletoe and adhere the layered piece to the card front. Adhere a gold trim loopy bow to the front. Stamp the sentiment from the Cherish the Season stamp set in Versamark ink on a Cherry Cobbler strip and heat emboss it with white embossing powder. Trim the ends with the Banners Pick A Punch and adhere it to the card front with dimensionals. Finish the card front with three red rhinestones.

Stampin’ Up! Field Journal for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop! For today’s hop, I used the cute little chipmunk from the Stampin’ Up Field Journal cling stamp set to make a rustic thank you card, pairing it with the Poinsettia Place designer series paper and the Beautiful Boughs Dies. You can find the supplies used to create this card at the bottom of my post along with the sizes of cardstock used.

We have a sketch challenge this week, and here is the pretty sketch we are using for our projects:

Adhere a panel of the wood grained Poinsettia Place designer series paper to the front of a Crumb Cake card base. Cut a panel of the pinecone paper from the Poinsettia Place designer series paper with the Stitched Rectangles Dies and adhere it to a Garden Green mat. Adhere the layered panel to the card front with dimensionals.

Cut out the medium bough from the Beautiful Boughs dies from Garden Green card stock. Cut out the pine cones – two detailed small pinecones from Soft Suede and two solid pinecones from Crumb Cake. Adhere the pinecones together and adhere the bough and layered pinecones to the lower corner of the panel. Stamp the chipmunk, plant and sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Field Journal stamp set in Early Espresso ink on a Whisper White panel. Cut it out with the large oval die from the Stitched Shapes Dies.

Color the images from the Stampin’ Up! Field Journal stamp set using Stampin Blends – Cinnamon Cider, Crumb Cake, Bronze, Old Olive, Rococo Rose, and Soft Suede. Cut out the largest scalloped oval die from the Layering Ovals Dies from Soft Suede card stock. Adhere the stamped image to the scalloped oval and adhere it to the card front with dimensionals. Finish the card front with a braided linen bow.

Stamp the plant and sentiment from the Stampin’ Up! Field Journal stamp set in Early Espresso ink on a Whisper White panel. Adhere the panel to a Garden Green mat and adhere it to the inside of the card.

The nature images from the Stampin’ Up! Field Journal stamp set are great for making cards for many different occasions. And they are a perfect when paired with the Poinsettia Place rustic nature papers, which are currently on sale this month at a 15% discount!
